I ordered from the US; three bras. One fit absolutely great. I was unable to return or exchange the other two, as due to long overseas shipping and an out of country vacation, I did not return in 30 days. I sent an e-mail explaining at about 50 days; I found the response I got less than flexible. I do understand policies, but I ended up paying way too much on the one bra I can wear, when I would have just wanted an exchange. I probably wouldn't have even been so bothered except the site says "We are committed to providing the best possible service at all times." If the focus is low prices and great selection, that's fine, but don't indicate that customer service is a prime concern.
Ordering internationally can be an ordeal at times.
My first order was a gift from my mother and sister, and I was absolutely blown away!
I ordered the wrong size, but after contacting a helpful customer service, I was soon returning them, and within a day they had both recieved and resent the new items for me!
I can't wait for the next time I'll be ordering from them, and have been mentioning them for as many as I can!
First order I put in, turned out not to be available, but it took a week for me to get an email informing me this.
Second order has arrived today (very quickly, 48 hours from order which is great) but the sizing is all wrong. I am a 34 g (and own about 20 bras in that size), but ordered a 36 g this time as I was ordering a bikini. The bikini that has turned up cannot be more than a d cup maximum, and is certainly not beach friendly! Anyone looking at it can tell that the sizing is wrong, I knew immediatly when I took it out of the bag, and yet a company selling bras didn't notice!
I will not use them again.
Over the past 18 months, I've placed 3 orders through Brastop.
While the first two arrived very quickly, the third one didn't.
Customer service was amazing in dealing with this issue. After the required 20 day wait period, they did the lost package procedure, and resent the lost items to me.
International mail can be tricky, no matter which site you order from (I will be using registered mail from now on, to limit issues of lost/stolen packages in the mail in the future).
In my experience, Brastop did a great job of solving the problem.
I will definitely order from them again and recommand them to my friends.
I have never experienced such fantastic service. Having ordered the wrong size I telephoned Brastop to advise them and they were so helpful. They checked the size I wanted was in stock and reserved them for me. They sent an email to say they had received my return and my my new Bras would be sent out which I received two days later.
I had ordered from the comapny before and received my items form UK to US within 7 days. I recently ordered from them again May 31st , spent $80 and to this day July 5th I have still not received any items. I have emailed the company NUMEROUS times and only received one reponse telling me to wait until 6/29 before I contacted them again. I even tried to call the company and for some reason the number didn't work. I really like the company's products, the services and delivery is just HORRIBLE. It's a gamble doing business with them. I tcould be worth it, or it could be a disaster!
Ordered from the site a month ago, never received a thing. Its been soo long that none of the items I wanted are even available. No tracking info is provided. I wouldnt recommend anyone waste their money on the possibility of it not arriving ever. In all my years, I've never had a package just not show up. . . this is not the norm for me.
I am very disappointed and sadden by this.

Har handlet hos dem en håndfuld gange og levering sker problemfrit og indenfor en uges tid med PostDK til Danmark. Det er så dejligt at kunne købe Freya, Panache og den slags til en brøkdel af DK-priserne og uden at skulle i specialbutikker. Man skal bare kende sin størrelse i mærket/modellen på forhånd.
Larger bras can be very expensive so their special offers are much appreciated. The only downside is they don't always seem to know what is in stock and have let me down twice now and the website can do 'strange' things that make purchases time-consuming.
