Having been unable to find a last minute flight to Malta (one way) for anything near a reasonable price, I tried Bravofly. Even with the 12 euro commission for using my debit card the ticket still worked out as cheaper than the same flight offered by Ryanair on their website.
Trip was great but the very large credit card charge at payment time for the flight hurt, so won't be using you again until this changes. Would have helped if the true price of the flight was displayed or a mention of the card charge was made at the beginning(unless I missed it).
Cheapest on site comparison site, directed to Bravofly, requested flight was presented, filled in the form, checked and confirmed, then paid. No hassle. Journey was with Virgin Atlantic and everything went smoothly.

Bravofly came up with far cheaper flight options than any other online engine, yet there was no compromise on service. Will definitely be using them again!
I don't understand why there is a charge that is equal to the flight ticket if we didn't print out the boarding pass. This is just not on!
We booked our flights with Bravofly because they were the cheapest of any that we tried. It was easy and totally stress free. We would certainly use them again..
During July I wanted to travel from Barcelona to Lisbon and found, upon a web search, Bravofly fitted my needs exactly.
They had good flight timings and in comparison to others, had by far the best price deals. I promptly made a reservation and also booked a rent-a-car for my arrival in Lisbon.
If you need to make an air reservation, I would recommend you try Bravofly first.
Booked on line, quick confirmation and that was pretty much it.
Didn't need to phone anyone so my experience doesn't extend to what happens if you need to change something, but everything else fine.
I saw a good deal from london to Paris from £89 return with bravofly and I bought on line. I did found later that they charged my credit card £111 pounds, been the rest fees and charges from them.
I did also notice the dates was wrong and by trying to exchange it I
discovery that the customer 24hrs help line don't work as is always busy or with an answer machine, so they can charge you per the minutes you are waiting ! After days trying to get true and sending e -mails in order to try to resolve it I've got a phone call from france ,with a person propose -me to exchange the dates for only £134, pounds !!
That will cost me 245 pounds a return tkt to paris !!!!! Hahahahaha This people are JOKING. I end up buying a return new Flight with another company and I'm getting a good travel insurance.
I will find out how can i report it to the authorities.
They ARE A TOTALY SCUM COMPANY !

I am at the end of my tether with bravofly...
They do not answer their phones, I have been trying to get through for days...
They do not answer e-mails either,
I need to ask a simple question about my booking, but I cannot get anywhere with their telephone number or e-mail, how they get a good score on here is beyond me
The flights were booked 3 days ago and no money has left my account....worried!
Could`nt fault the outward journey. Everything on time and to schedule. The return trip was a nightmare. Firstly we were told the flight would be delayed by an hour and a half due to the weather conditions (strong winds) at Heathrow. That was`nt a problem. Then as we taxied out the captain informed us that we had a problem with one of the engines. Yet again not a problem, rather than in the air. We then were told it could take a couple of hours to find fault and hopefully fix engine. Everybody were given vouchers for some food. Three hours went by and more appoligies followed by more food vouchers. Eventually after five hours had passed we were informed the plane was not fixable and they would be sending another from Heathrow. We finally left at 9 p.m. and had spent 12 hours in Dublin airport for an hours flight home. finally getting to my bed at 2.40 a.m.
Received an official Virgin Atlantic booking reference immediately after paying which was reassuring. I booked 3 tickets and asked to change the return date of one of them, which caused Bravofly some problems and they couldn't quite cope with the request. In the end I was unable to change the flight dates, but I suppose it would have been difficult to do that with any supplier anyway.
Flights were cheap, website was easy to use, everything worked really well. They even sent reminder texts
BOOKED FLIGHTS WITH RAYNAIRE THROUGH BRAVOFLY... WOULD GAVE BEEN BETTER TO BOOK DIRECT WITH RYANAIRE AS THERE WAS A CHARGE FOR BOOKING THROUGH BRAVOFLY ? COST OK THEN A SURPRISED CHARGE ON TOP.... THIS NEEDS TO BE HIGHLIGHTED IN THE COST !!!! NO ONE LIKES SURPRISE COSTS TO AN ALREADY EXPENSIVE FLIGHT !!!!

Despite reading some adverse reviews, I found that the booking was seamless and efficient.
Being not too great on line/computer literate it was a great relief and pleasure to book my flights with Bravofly. Simple easy and no hidden extras. i got what I wanted a good deal on a good airline to my destination. What more can you ask for.
The Staff at Southampton, were not particularly helpful nor supportive, indeed quite the opposite. On the otherhand that Glasgow staff were very pleasant, supportive and very helpful.
The plane for the return flight was certainly more comfortable than the outbound.
It would be fair to say that the outbound flight and service did not give a good impression of the company at all. Whereas the return flight was more in keeping with what I have experienced with Flybee.
The trip to Dubrovnik was so simple. It would have been a bit easier at Manchester Airport if you could have booked in on line as the queue to check in did take some time. Dubrovnik airport however was so quick. BAA take note!
Everyone was very helpful but I was delayed by the above and missed an important appointment. Compensation was £5 drink/food voucher.
I will never use Bravo Fly again due to excessive charges for changing flights.

I was so impressed with this company - it was the frist time I had looked at this companies website, but I thought they had some great deals. In this instance, I was searching a number of sites, looking at a last minute booking for a flight to Rome on the Jubilee Week-End but the flights were all too expensive. I was just about to give up when I came accross Bravofly and picked up the exact flights I wanted around £300 cheaper than anywhere else - I couldn't believe it. The company was extremely efficient too - needless to say I have recommended them to all my friends.
Was the cheapest offer on line. Very easy website and everything was as stated. Only negative was that there was no mention of Meridiana operating on behalf of BMI.
