I booked a flight 3 weeks ago with Bravofly, within 1/2 hour I realised I had made a mistake with the time so phoned and cancelled the booking. I was told 'no problem' we will refund you asap but will be charged 20 Euros for Admin. OK I said, that was acceptable even though I had already been charged £13 (5% for using Credit Card) I have phoned 4 times now, (calls are to Switzerland) each time I am told the refund is being processed. I have phoned the Airline (United Airlines) who have told me the FLIGHT WAS NEVER CHARGED TO BRAVOFLY....... So basically they have had my money for 3 weeks now, not had to pay for anything at all. I have now put a claim into my Credit Card company to get a refund. I know it was my fault with the time mistake, but it does not take this long to rectify a problem.
