Totally sucky service....!

Bravoflys "customer service" totally sucks in my opinion. I cancelled a flight some time ago and needed information about the ticketprice, my insurance company wants to know how much of it includes taxes and so on. So I called and asked for help with this. The guy who answered my call couldn't help me with this(!) but instead refererred me to some other instance and gave me an e-mail adress. He couldn't mail me the adress, for god knows what reason, and though I asked him to several times, but no. On top of it he misspells it to me, and I can almost feel him getting irritated when I ask him what his problem with mailing me the information is. So now I've tried to send my inquiry to 5-6 versions of this adress but my mail bounces back. Unbelievable! That's why I wanted him to mail the adress to me in the first place...
Never bravofly again, if I can help it...
