do not use them ever

I booked a flight on 19th April and ticket back on 21st april ... recieved the confirmation email in 4 hours . Went to the airport and BAM the flight is booked for 17th MAY which is a month later ... teied to email them .. nothing . Tried to call them , they asked fir my credit card , which after I didnt talk to anyone and they took .5 € from me .
I call this a scam

    Our Technical Team has verified that the flights chosen by you during the booking process were those confirmed therefore we have been unable to find an error in the booking.

    Regarding your request to change the flight, whether this is possible and the cost of it depends both on the airline and the type of ticket purchased as rules vary greatly. Most airlines charge a standard fee (normally per person per flight) for changing your flight as well as any difference in price.
