I had a few issues in regard to my booking. Initially I had trouble getting hold of Bravofly, and the invoice I received connecting to Bravofly customer service kept on being returned undeliverable. Panic bells went off - Are Bravofly a real company? Are my personal and credit card details all over the net?
I tried several times to contact Bravofly via telephone, but there lines were always busy. However, after much research I found a number here in Australia and manged to talk to Pierre (I think) - who reassured me I had indeed been booked on flights and all was ok.
But get this - I had seen an email on a review website which said if you have to contact Bravofly then email Sofia. So I had emailed her before I spoke with Pierre - well, I can't praise her enough. The next day, not one, but three emails from Sofia, confirming my flight, my booking and guaranteeing my details had not been sent elsewhere.
I am sure Bravofly employs lots of wonderful people like Sofia - but as far as we are concerned SOFIA ROCKS!
