I've requested several times proper invoices for ID Bookin196185910 and 195443701. Replies are allways NONE or 'WRONG ADRESS'. So, how could this be so difficult? Try to do as all other online agencies: Issue a proper invoice as soon as payment is accepted. As long as you can not adress this issue, money will get lost for us due to normal accounting rules, and we must therefore use other alternatives..
I booked 2 return luggage included flights to coolangatta from ACT. to be first quoted 613.aud then it jumped to 647.aud then when I checked my account to discover they had taken 672.aud. it wasn't an easy process to purchase online. then when we got to the airport I was told I would be charged 40.aud per bag each plane change.which made the flight cost a further 240.aud. totally unreal price. I willnot be recommending bravo fly ever.
I booked a return trip with Bravofly to attend a one-day event, which cost me altogether EUR 2300. I was called by a lady from Bravofly the day before (on Oct 15), who informed me that the flight on 16/10 is cancelled and I was offered two options:
- fly on 17/10 -impossible because I would miss the whole purpose of the trip - and the totality of my investment;
- fly on 15/10 -with some unpleasant consequence, such as updating the security protocol; re-organising my work in Mali; and taking an additional unpaid day off.
I chose the second option because though not ideal, it created les problems. I managed to secure all chanegs and got to the airport on time.
At the airport, upon checking in I was handed only one of the boarding passes (Bamako-Casablanca but not Casablanca-Paris). I was surprised and asked why. The check-in stewardess looked embarrassed and referred me to the "Chef d'escale". The cehf d'escale checked the screen, alos nodded as if there is a problem, but told me that everything is fine, not to worry, and I will get my boarding pass in Casablanca. I insisted because I know that if the boarding pass is not issued, there might be a problem. He confirmed that everything is fine, not to worry. I informed him that I would be returning on Friday (3 days later) and that if there was any problem he would meet me again. I have 2 witnesses to this scene.
The chef d'escale confimred all is fine and guaranteed my boarding pass will be issued in Casablanca.
When I arrived in Casablanca, I went to the transit desk and asked for my boarding pass. I was informed that although the first leg of my trip (Bamako-Casa) was moved one day early, the second leg (Casa-Paris) was moved 2 days later. This is not what appeared on my revised ticket (below this message), but it seems that the booking was not done properly and does not match with the info that was sent to me.
According to this booking - that was not communicated to me- I would send 2 days in Casablanca airport, instead of attending the important meeting in Europe. Meaning, I would have taken 3 days of and made the investment detailed above, to spend 2 days in Casablanca airport.
After some explaining and insisting and even shouting, a place was found on the plane departing that morning. This means there was place, simply someone didn't bother to book correclty the change.
I wrote to Bravofly to ask for an epxlanation, and specifically, if the mistake was done by them or by the airline, and to ask fro compensation, but I have not yet received an answer. Until this is clarified, I will not book again with Bravofly.
I have booked the flight through the bravo fly and all administration fees were included in the price, but when we arrived at the airport, I had to pay administration fees all over again.
I HAVE NOTIME TO WRITE MOERE THAN UP;
what I didn't like ..while I checked some other things (hotel, car or better arrivel hours) ..happend that the offer was not more available.

Not a 100 % smooth travel because of all the time we spent in que before entering the flight at Ryggn this waiting time at Rygge and Faro airport. Had we been able to sit down and have a cup of coffe or tee while waiting for entering the plain it would have been a perfect travel.
I tried to book a flight and then rent a car using your service. I am a Canadian living in Budapest and so naturally want to communicate in English. As soon as I started the process, your system at some point figured out I was in Budapest and automatically switched my language to English. Most better websites allow you to choose whatever language you want, independent of the geographical location you are in and I was amazed that there was no way for me to switch back to English. This is a major weakness in your service approach and it is unbelievable that you have sorted this earlier.
If, by accepting the Terms & Conditions below, I receive one promotional email from BravoFly in the future, I will never use the service again, and will encourage others to avoid it as well.
The website is easy to use and the interface through mail is convenient.
I had no idea the flight didnt include food or drinks. Hope to be notife of that information thruogh your website also.

Based in Australia I have had several occasions to make flight bookings in Europe in the past two years. Bravofly comes up with a comprehensive list of flight and cost choices. Very good.
It cost me about 150 euros more to buy my tickets from Bravofly.It's better to buy it right from the airline.
I loved my experience with bravofly because I got a good price, a wonderful service and they fly from the airport nearest from my home. Although, I paid a few more because my bank account is from Portugal and suposedly there woudn't be any more charges because Bravofly is a company situated inside the Europeen Union and I never had any explanation for that.
