Rubbish

I don't even know where to begin.

I submitted the info I wanted on the invitations via the website and the confirmation email was incorrect. I immediately responded to say that isn't what I typed in - my name was spelt wrong?! 4 people checked this, I know it wasn't submitted wrong. This is where the first delay started. I had to correct this and re-submit it and wait for another proof. Then something else was wrong. Part of the address was missing this time. Again I had to change the proof and resend it. This time however I sent it on an email, and 2 attachments - a word document and pdf. Guess what? They sent me the wrong proof again! The town had been spelt wrong but I have the proof to say I didn't spell it wrong. I phone up. They said this was down to human error and would get it changed. This all took place over 3 weeks. I was wondering if I would ever get my invites. On the Monday they said they would be with me 100% by Thursday. On Friday I called, they still weren't here, I was livid. They said they didn't know where they were! I eventually spoke with a manager - took a lot of persuasion on my part to be put through to her. Anyway, she said she would go and look for them! An hour later she called and said that because the order had taken so long to process, it looked like I hadn't paid as my payment details were on a sheet of paper from a few weeks ago, when it came to dispatching them, they went to check the payment, couldn't find it, didn't think to check the others, and so, had left them in a box and not even called me to check! She was apologetic and they arrive the next day. To top it all off, I only received 47 invites instead of 50. The manager did say that she would give me a discount and would look into it but I need to put together a chain of events for her to investigate and send this to her on email. To be honest, I haven't bothered. It was hard enough getting the invites from them and I don't really have the time to go through all my emails, work out the dates of the calls etc etc - I think they should of just done this themselves! I haven't bothered calling them about the 3 envelopes, I am hoping that a local card shop will be able to help me with those, I just won't be using them for the evening invites, table plans, menus etc now as I don't trust them.

Simply Stunning!!

Beautiful quality product and highly efficient, friendly service. We used rival website Celebrations Plus for a number of items and there is simply no comparison. Would highly recommend anyone to stick exclusively to Bride & Groom Direct for all their wedding stationery needs!! Cannot find fault with a single thing.

Highly recommended

We were all delighted with the wedding invitations. They are elegant and produced on good quality paper. Also an unexpected surprise with a beautiful wedding album. We will be ordering a table plan when we have the final guest list. Many thanks for your quick and efficient service.

Excellent invites!!

Simple to order, quick delivery, well packaged & excellent quality product. No complaints at all & even included a few extra imvites & envelopes in case of mistakes or afterthoughts. Very pleased all round.

Does everything it says on the tin!

Beautifully packaged; excellent service!

Our Save the Date cards arrived beautifully packaged and were such a high quality. All our guests have admired them and have said they are looking forward to seeing the invitations now! We will most definitely be ordering our invitations from Bride & Groom Direct as their service is excellent. We can amend the wording to our own specifications, alter the font to suit, the quality we receive is excellent and the packaging upon delivery was more than we expected. Excellent service and product

I ordered wedding invitations on line and found the process one of the simplest i had come across.
Everything could be seen as I was typing and easily ammended or altered.
When the invitation came i was extremely happy with the quality and how they were packaged to protect them

Fabulous service, couldn;t have been better.

Quick, efficient service; good selection of cards

There was a good mixture of different styles and types of cards; perhaps there could have been more detail on things such as size of card, whether envelopes were included, how long it would take for the order to be fulfilled; but the helpdesk were very quick and efficient at responding and knew their stuff.

Overall I would recommend the service.

Lovely invites, great price, not so hot courier

Invites beautiful and arrived really quick. Only gripe is the courier left them in a bin, not so keen on that! On the plus side packaging really sturdy so no damage done:-)

Stop looking!!! Get your invites here, trust me....

I was nervous about ordering invites online. There was no need to worry, the invites are such good quality and look much more expensive than they are!!!! Any Bride to be will be over tge moon with their products, I can't wait to send the invites out

Wonderful service at an exceptional price

Having considered making our own invitations in order to save money, I came across the invitations at Bride and Groom Direct when looking for ideas. I found some really charming invitations at a considerably reasonable price (cheaper than if we had made them ourselves and obviously without the huge time commitment). The personalisation was easy and completely flexible but with guidance and ideas. We ordered our daytime and evening inviations, and also response cards with personalised envelopes. They arrived in a week and are really great invitations! I could not fault the service and would recommend Bride and Groom Direct to any friends looking for invitations. A very happy Bride to be :o)

Lovely product, delivered fast!

An excellent, helpful, no nonsense service

My bride was let down by another company at the last moment and Bride & Groom direct came to the rescue. My order was placed on the monday and i had the products in my hands by the thursday. The staff were really helpful, and kept me informed with the status of the order. I would definately order from this company again, and spread the word!
