We cannot sing this company's praises enough, ordered our wedding invites and personalisd serviettes with them. The whole process is outstanding, the website is so easy to use and you can see exactly how the finished product will look, and we can 100% assure everyone whose thinking of using them do not hesitate, they look even better when we received them, absolutely well done to all involved.

If you want your wedding to bloom- go to bride & groom !

Excellent Service!

I ordered 120 invitations for my sister. I designed them myself by tweaking one of the sample invitations on the website. The invitation I chose was in the May sale so I saved 30%. I had priced some local stationery companies and they were charging at least twice what I paid for them on Bride & Groom Direct. The website was very user friendly and I received a number of emails letting me know the progress of the order. When the invitations arrived I was very happy with them as was my sister. She wanted something simple yet classy and that's exactly what she got. The card and envelopes are of very high quality. I would definitely use this website again.

I was able to choose exacting what I wanted quickly and easily and it was not too expensive! It came in a short space of time and is a very food standard. Would use again! :)

Great service for Wedding Invites

The cards were good value for money, and well presented. We were very happy with them, and came promptly in the post!

Brilliant service, quick delivery and proffessional products

If you are looking for good quality wedding stationary, this is the place to go. I was sent several sample invitations completely free of charge and delivery was within 3 working days each time. once we had chosen the design to go for it was easy to put together the wording for the invitation. We created one personal to us with no extra charge. I will recommend this site to friends and family.

Would think twice before ordering in future.

Recieved the invites with no problems, only to find that we have to make the invites up ourselves. I expected them to be already made for the price which was paid.

Elegant range

This range of invitations came across very elegant -shabby-chic. I like how simple but pretty the design is. This is a DIY product but it isn't difficult to put together.

I sent the invitations back and forth for amendments (via email) and customer service were great at helping me make changes however big or small!

I cannot wait to send these to my guests!

Great customer service

My first delivery of invitations were not as I expected. The hearts had not been printed and I will a little disappointed. However, I telephoned customer services and they couldn't have been more helpful. They offered to re-print them for me. I was sent a proof which I confirmed was ok and two days later they arrived. Perfect.

Great quality and prompt delivery

Looking at the price of stationary I didn't know how I was going to afford it all. These invites only cost you the £6.95 postage and come with envelopes. They certainly don't look or feel cheap either! Big thank you!

I have been very impressed with the service. I have bought my invitations, menus, place cards and thank you cards from the Empire range. They all looked wonderful and many people commented on how beautiful they were.
I got a bit confused regarding fonts etc when ordering the invitations and was assisted by the support staff which I was very grateful for. I think this is an excellent company.

Being a first time bride, I had never heard of Bride & Groom, I told someone I was looking for Invitations and they recommended www.bride&groom.co.uk to me. I was very impressed and truly delighted with the everything about Bride & Groom.
There was an excellent choice from a large range of different invites to suit everyone, as well as prices to suit everyone! You could spend as little or as much as you wished and still have something lovely to show for it. I did not go for top of the range but you would think I had paid a small fortune for our invites, they were beautiful.
It was a nice straight forward service to use but what impressed me most was that their customer service number was clearly stated if you needed to contact them with any queries and when you rang it, someone actually answered straight away! No waiting, no being put on hold, just straight through to someone friendly and helpful.
Everything was done to help me with my queries and requests.
The service was quick and prompt too. Delivery even came earlier than expected.
I love our Wedding invitations, I was just so pleased with everything that I had to phone and thank them for all their help. I will definitely be looking to use them for anything else we may need for our Wedding. Thanks Bride & Groom :-)

When it comes to deciding what to pick can be so difficult and not to mention expensive. When I was browsing I couldn't believe the prices I was seeing not to mention the selection on offer, it never took me long to pick my invitations and when I looked at the final bill the saving was amazing it was a third of the price of others from else where so on behalf of my partner and myself thank you so much our invitations are gorgeous and would not hesitate to recommend your company also service and delivery was excellent .

Average service

I ordered my cards and after a week I have been told it was out of stock, only when I called to ask about the delay. They have been helpful but the invites have been delayed for too long. Two weeks before my wedding I received them and realized they made a spelling mistake. Too late to send it back so I had to go with it but I was really upset. The team made an effort but it just wasn't good enough.

We don't access any of your files and make changes, unless you get in touch and ask us to amend it before printing - we'd also proof this for you to check before we print it.

Some tips for improvement.

When saving the personalised invitations I'd crafted on the site I had problems because I had to register and then the work I'd done didn't save so I had to do it again. Sorry I can't be more specific/cogent, but perhaps this could be reviewed.

When you can view what you've saved could it be done so the proof you see is life sized. The first batch of invitations I ordered ended up having smaller writing than i'd expected because I thought the proof was life sized, but in fact it was slightly smaller.

Also, could you add matt grey to the font colour options. I went for silver but matt grey would've been even better.

I was pleased with the invitations when they arrived . Looked exactly as they did on the website. The invitations arrived within the 5 days quoted .
Also very reassuring on the phone when I had made a slight mistake on the invitation and it had to be corrected.

Ordered delivered quickly, no issues.

Quality of product is good

Getting samples was slow, but it is a valuable option when looking at cards. Ordered the day and evening invites, although didn't get sample of evening so was disappointed as were not as nice as day. Also didn't realise I would have to make up all the day cards but it was a nice little job I could get the other half involved in. So all in all OK. A piece of advice if you are planning to order and you receive a discount code do it quick cos they only last a few days.

Good service, products as expected.

I was pleased with the service provided- I had made a silly mistake with the wording on my invitations order and this was dealt with promptly and efficiently following my email. Customer services were also helpful in putting my orders together to save on postage. Delivery was prompt and I was pleased with the quality and value. I would happily recommend this company for printing and supplying wedding stationery

Initially promising, but sadly disappointing

Initially I was very pleased with the company, they were happy to send me a sample, despite living abroad, and it arrived quickly and in good order.

The customer service was pleasant and any queries were replied to quickly and concisely. Our order also arrived quickly and safely.

I have yet to actually put together the invitations, so cannot review that process.

Our disappointment came when we saw our invitations. We had ordered the Ribbons Day Invitations for our day wedding guests and then also decided to order the Ribbons Evening Invitations for our evening guests. We had assumed that, like the day invitations, the “Ribbons” evening invitations featured ribbon (I now realize that that must just the name of that line and is used as misleading marketing purposes). Naturally, we had assumed that colour behind the cut out hearts was ribbon rather than just pink card and we felt let down as the day invitations had been so nice (simple, but tasteful).

We had sent our guests such great Save The Date cards (with <external link removed> including personalised envelopes), that we feel a little disappointed having to send such boring invitations.

As many of my friends are starting to also tie the knot we are all recommending companies to one another, and sadly I have to admit that I won’t be recommending Bride and Groom direct, indeed I rather wish I had opted for <external link removed>, to whom I was recommended.

Exactly as described and beautiful

The invites were well packaged and delivered promptly. They were exactly as described, in fact they were much nicer. Good quality paper and card, nice fonts and great ribbons.
