Fast, beautiful stationary
I have wedding favours and save dates from Bride and Groom, and have been thrilled with them both. had no problems with delivery or payment. I have taken adventage of the freebies on this website, as not many wedding sites do this. I love this about this website, as for your special day you are anxious everything will look exactly how you want.

Helpful and patient staff
We ordered orders of service for my daughter's wedding. We had some decisions to make and changed our minds a couple of times but the staff were always very helpful and patient and reassuring! The result is great.

good quality but poor service
I went with bride and groom as the invitation cards were reasonably priced and the quality looked good (based on sample).
however, when it came to ordering, it all went downhill. firstly, the invitation card i ordered came in the wrong colour font (having paid extra for this). i didnt have the time for re-print and was disappointed with the reduction they gave me, which i didnt feel adequately compensated for THEIR error.
Secondly, i order white note cards as the rsvp cards were too expensive (more so than the invitation card which I didn't like). the ordering process wasn't made clear on the website, or over the phone which led to delays in our order. i would have expected better service from this company.
overall, i wont be using them again.

Thank you for taking the time to review Bride & Groom Direct. I would like to apologise as yes we did print your order using the wrong ink colour. Normally if we make an error we always request the opportunity to make this right by doing a free of charge reprint. As you advised you had no time for a reprint and we refunded the cost of the ink colour charge and a further goodwill discount.
With regards to your note cards these are clearly priced on the website and we can always be contacted on our 0800 freephone line to help and advise a customer to choose another product if they cannot find what they are looking for.

Three p's, prompt delivery, properly packed and perfect product.
My daughter saw this Rose ring box in Bride & Grooms brochure which was in wedding magazine, it caught her eye but we didnt order it straight away, she then decided that this was what she wanted her flower girl to use to carry the wedding rings to the ceremony, I really thought we'd left it too late but I was really pleased that it arrived just two days after ordering. It is just perfect and something she will treasure.

the wonders of bride and groom
Brilliant i stumbled on the site to be honest by accident as i was getting fed up trying to design my wedding invites but needed a protype.....and then Bride and Groom was there i clicked on the site to hundreds of designs and colours.The idea of me getting a template from these would be great but i looked and it done it all for me, set up your invite and choose your wording and edit and then sit back order and wait........i did they arrived and i was made up less fuss stress and everything in place and all for half what il paid to make my own...I got to say brilliant i wont have a bad word said if Ronseal made Bride and Groom it would be they do everything they say on the tin

Our invitations are beautiful. The whole process was very easy and the designs are beautiful. We received the invites very quickly and even though we had to spend time putting them together the finished result was flawless! The quality of these invites is second to none I have seen and we were also sent a lovely free photo frame. I would recommend anyone wanting to wow their guests to use these!
