Company Gone Bust!

placed an order weeks ago and never arrived, noticed a new number of their website this week so gave it a ring, to discover that a new company has now taken over the website. Unfortunately means that I still wont be getting my money back and not sure that I will trust the new company to try and order again!!

My order has just turned up out of the blue well over a month after I ordered it Andover a month since it was supposedly shipped!, so theirs hope for everyone else...however I'm not going to change my rating!!

One star because I can't give less

This is 29th March and I am still waiting for an order placed on 28th February. They have my money (£61.97!!!) but I do not have the inks.
Do not use this company, you too will lose your money. I have tried numerous e-mails and phone calls, none of which are ever answered.
I have also tried to contact Nochex through whom I paid the money - no response to phone calls.
Can anyone out there tell me how to take this further and get them banned from the net, if that is possible?

Bad, bad, bad - I have only awarded one star because no stars isn't an option!

I ordered ink and paid for it on 7th March. It is now 22nd March and the order is still marked as "awaiting fulfilment" but no contact at all from Britannia Inks. E-mailed them yesterday, no response. Phone the number on the web site which is either engaged or simply rings out with no facility to leave a message. Zero stars for customer service. From my experience I wouldn't ever use them again and will be contacting trading standards in Somerset.

Do not use - no star rating!

I ordered two genuine Canon cartridges on 5th March 2012. Says 'awaiting fulfilment' on order status. Money has been taken out of my account on 7th March (£45!!!) and no goods received to date. Tried to email and call, but no response. Reporting to my bank now. Not happy at all.

I should have found these posts earlier, lesson learned.
Paid a tenner for a cartridge which still is waiting for fulfillment.
no answer from firms no reply from emails
might get in contact with watchdog.

How can a Company be allowed to trade on the internet

No customer service

I ordered inks from Britannia Inls in December 2011, received several emails one saying "awaiting fulfulment" another "awaiting shippin" , after several attempts trying to contact them in January 2012 with no success I receive an email in February saying that the money has been refunded!! Now in March and no money !!!! and still not been able to contact them ! well I have sent emails and tried ringing with no reply !! I have even been in touch with there local trading standards office who are now helping me !!

They have taken my money!

No goods, no reponse to my emails, and their telephone not in operation. I ordered £39-00 worth of ink on 29th Feb. I have previously been very satisfied with their products and service, they must be in trouble but are still taking customers money without intending to supply!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered some cartridges last year and then cancelled them due to changing the printer. I cancelled the order and requested a refund which I never received. I have tried to ring them without success and emailed them several times but I have now given up. I have lost my money.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER.

I placed my order in October 2011. My payment was taken, but NO GOODS RECEIVED. I complained and was told that the was a problem with their new computer system. Despite numerous complaints I have still not received my order. They eventually said it must have been lost in the post and asked me to fill in a postal delivery complaint form. Duly done, I have been waiting a further 2 months for this to be processed or a refund. I would not buy from Britannia Inks ever again and would recommend that everyone STAY AWAY.

My first review of this company has been taken down by Trustpilot it was along the same lines as most of the reviews, order put in money taken, no ink sent, after many e-mails they said that they had refunded my money that was back in December, still nothing received. I have been in contact with somerset trading standards and have made a statement for them, I think that is about all that can be done for the moment. They are still taking peoples money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Similar experience to the genuine reviews on this page. Placed order money taken but no inks have arrived. Similar experiences on other reveiw sites. Luckily ordered iwth a credit card so seekign a refund through my card provider.
DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely Rubbish- NOT even worth 1 star!

Didn't even deliver the inks- so i am now twenty something pounds worse off- made numerous attempts to contact to no success- AND they keep spamming me with discount offers- DO NOT TRUST THEM. Crooks!

Not satisfied

Unbelievable! First order never appeared and, after much threats of action against them, rather than a refund, they gave me a 'store credit' which was rather amusing as they didn't have the cartridges I needed. So I used to 'store credit' to order a genuine HP cartridge. As soon as I had done that, they marked the original order as 'refunded' and cancelled the replacement order and the 'store credit'!! If there was any doubt this company are a bunch of chancers, that confirms it. Anyone trying to contact them should forget the address on the web page. Stay away, no goods, no response, no good

Several weeks after placing a simple order I tried to contact them to enquire about my order. My emails were read (read receipts) but never answered.
I never got anything whatsoever and had to ask my bank to do a chargeback for the payment I made using my card. It was duly refunded a week after I made the claim.

Please don't give your money to Britannia Inks, you won't see anything for it!!

I have been waiting since 5th January for my order, inks were in stock and quoted dispatch within 48 hours. On the 12th or 13th I emailed them to see what was happening and I didn't get a response but I did get up update email saying goods were 'Awaiting Shipment.'
I emailed again on the 16th January and heard nothing so on the 19th January I found their Facebook page and commented on there. My comment was deleted so I reposted it, again deleted. I then checked my email and had received another update.
My order was now 'Refunded.' As of today, the 27th January there has been no refund!!
Please stay away from this company, this has caused me a lot of stress trying to get my money back. I ordered some more inks from Ebay for half the price and they were deliverd the next day. .
The flourish of recent 5 star posts leads me to believe you are spending your time repping your company under false names rather than spending your time sending out orders.

Impressive Service

Great service

I have never had a problem ordering from britanniainks there always quick to get any thing i need. The prices are the best around and i order in from cornwall. I would/do recomend britanniainks to any of my colleges and clients.

Great value and promt delivery.

Can't recommend this company enough. Have used Britannia on multiple occasions due to their great value, having some of the lowest prices I could find on the web. Ink has always been with me the next day.

dreadfull

They do not deliver and just take your money

they also remove any negative feedback from Facebook and block you.
avoid at all costs.

BEWARE

They just rob me. They took my money after two days from my order, only a month later informed that the item was sent to me when I prompted for it. And today 2.5 month passed from my order I get no money, no goods, no response to inquiries, that's Christmas and the festive mood

Would even give them one star!

Dont buy from this company. They dont answer e-mails and there is no contact number on web site (a bad sign). I placed an order and then realised it could be some while before order filled so cancelled. e-mailed them countless times for a refund and eventually got a reply stating that they no longer deal with paypal (another bad sign!) so I would have to get my refund from paypal. Happy to report that paypal are brilliant have agreed to refund me.

Great Service 5*

When my HP printer failed a week ago, not only did Britannia Inks take back my recent order, they recommended a new printer, told me where I could get it from at a good price, and sent new cartridges for the new Epson printer. The guy in Comet was a bit surprsied I didn't a full set of Ink cartridges when I picked the new one up as most people do when having a new printer - well when the full set of Epson inks were going to cost me £39.99 and the printer only cost me £53, why wouldn't I keep buying from Britannia Inks? Thanks Luke for all your help!

Brilliant service and great product

i got my cartridges from britannia i only paid ~£15.99 for 12 inks got them within 48hrs and work as good as original
