One of the Worst Customer Service - Bunch of Liers
First of all BA is not cheap but may be the one of the most expensive airline. One of the Worst Customer Service - Bunch of Liars working there. Either British Airways has a policy to lie to their customers (or they encourage Customer Service to say whatever to boost the sales) or they let it happened on purpose.
Unfortunately I and my wife have been flying BA for last 10 years (due to the reason my in-laws lives in Newcastle, UK and no other lines has a connecting flight beside BA plus since my wife is Britisher she want to be loyal to BA)
But enough is enough, I am done with the worst airline that monopolized their customer and lie to them with no extended.
When I booked my last trip they told me that I can change my wife’s ticket 24 hours before flight for $25 When? I called them to change her tickets first they put me on hold forever then hanged up on me. After several attempts they told me its not $25 it is now $275.00 after going back and forth talking to several robotic human being I was told I cant even do that and have to change my ticket too. When I asked them to let me talk to the supervisor, agent name Gloria XX from Florida center refused to let me talk to the supervisor and when I insisted she put me on hold and disappeared for forever.
