Just excellent service
The product was easy to order and was delivered as it said it would. This is all you expect of a company and it definitely did deliver. The real test of a good business is if there should be a problem but in my case the product worked from the box without a hitch. Everything that a novice requires.

Worked - but took over a week.
Fitted 9 days ago. Absolutely no difference until I checked this morning. Consistent speed of 1.7 download now over 3. No change to upload speed but did not expect that anyway. Well worth a few quid, I would say!

A Great Service
I bought a DrayTek Vigor 120, a modem which I knew and trusted. It arrived the next day. The price was very good but what really impressed me was the Broadband Buyer website. It was full of useful information and, as far as I could see, only the best equipment. I'll know where to go for network equipment again.

Excellent advice excellent products
Having spent weeks if not months trying to improve broadband speed and extend wireless network coverage in the home including over 4 hours on the phone to BT who are absolutely hopeless, one phone call to broadband buyer and all my issues were resolved. My broadband speed increased from 1.7 to 2.3 by the addition of an Iplate and wireless coverage went from hopeless to excellent.Nice to deal with a company who knows its business.

I never worry about buying from Broadbandbuyer either form their site, or from their EBay shop; if I have an issue I know it will be sorted quickly and without argument. The definition of a good company

Very Impressed with the service!
Very rare to find a company with such great service. I ordered my product around 5pm Tuesday and by 5:10pm I received an confirmation email saying my order had been dispatched and a royal mail tracking number!
On the Wednesday my item arrived at 11pm!!! I know I paid for the Special delivery but I have done previously with other companies and it arrived the day after next.
Very impressed with how quick my item arrived and would recommend Broadbandbuyer to anyone and definitely will be using them again.

Broadbandbuyer had what I needed in stock in the UK at a good price and delivered in a timely way.
I was looking for a long range wireless receiver - with USB connection for our place as we are a long way from a local wireless access point.
After reading a number of reviews on various websites they recommend, and I found, the Solwise Long Distance CPE Outdoor Wireless USB Adapter w/ Built-in Antenna (12dBi) NET-WL-USB-CPE2512bgn. It was cheaper here on the Broadbandbuyer website than on the Solwise website and hence the reason to buy.
Before buying I needed to ask a technical question and sent an e.mail to get advice. The response from technical person at Broadbandbuyer was quick and assured me I was choosing the right product.
I could pay easily and securely pay with Paypal and the product was delivered in 2 days.
If I am looking for anything else like this I will definitely check with Broadbandbuyer again.

Well worth the few £s extra
I have used two or three range extenders before and they have never been easy to set up, or reliable in performance.
This one is different! The instructions that come with the equipment are clear, but they are really superfluous, as there is such a simple set up process. No need to connect the extender with LAN cables as I had before. No need to change IP addresses and then change back. Just plug in, wait for a green light, open browser and the set up is simple as can be.
Once it's working the performance is great too!
I would highly recommend this product. The extra £20 was money well spent; in fact I have bought a further two for my office and my boss!

I bought a Solwise HomePlug AV 500mbps HomePlug Adaptor starter kit ( pass through ) from Broadband Buyer earlier this month. This was to marry up with my Freesat HD PVR to enable me to access BBC & ITV i players without the need to run additional cables.
