I just got my Samsung Galaxy S3 back from them; I sent it in to get the cracked glass replaced. Many local shops won't do this repair, so I found brokemycell.com online. Their prices are as good or better than many other online services, and shipping was easy and reasonable. Highly recommended!
I love my Samsung Note 2. Unfortunately the screen and its LCD got damaged in my fitness center. Complete one week got passed away and I was dying to see my note fine. Then one of my friends suggested to connect with brokemycell to get it repaired. What an amazing service they provide. They repaired the screen and LCD so well that it just looked like original one. Thanks to brokemycell, they did amazing job.
I was looking for a way to fix my phone and I found brokemycell through google. I called and left a voice mail and got a call back in 2 hours. I got their address and put it into google maps and it belongs to an actual store. I live in North Carolina so going there was out of the question but I sent my phone in and got it back fully functional and it looks great.
I sent in my Galaxy S3 which had a broken screen from a bad fall. I sent it to brokemycell.com and I had my like new again phone back in just 4 days. I was very happy with the repair. Hopefully I will not need to use them again :)
I broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy 3. I sent the phone via next day delivery to to broke my cell. I anticipated a 1-2 day turn around. It has now been 7 days. Broke my Cell does not answer emails and NOBODY answers the phone. It Seems like a scam company or some 16 year old fixing phones in his parents basement.
It pains me to write a bad review, but here it goes.
My phone fell out of my pocket on my way to the gym, leaving the corner of the screen cracked. I shipped it out to them just before the winter holidays, and it took them approximately two weeks to get my phone fixed (the LCD behind the screen broke in the repair process, but they provided a new one free of charge). I didn't mind the longer-than-expected wait, but as a gift for waiting, I received a complimentary back cover and overnight shipping. The screen is as good as new now, but when I got it back I noticed that there were other problems with the phone:
1.) The original back cover was cracked and chipped.
2.) Both of my back covers snap onto the phone alright, but now there are open crevices between the phone and the cover. With it being slightly thicker, my phone no longer fits in my protective hardshell case.
3.) The GPS/navigation features of the phone no longer work.
4.) The camera no longer functions.
5.) I've experienced a few dropped calls. I'm not sure if this is a result of their service or my carrier.
For me, it was an inexpensive service that tried to provide good customer service that fell short, and ended up producing headaches in spite of it all.
UPDATE 2/25/2013:
I revised my review, changing my ranking from 2 stars to 1. Following my bad experience in January, I sent my phone back to BrokeMyCell.com so they could manage the repairs, but they haven't been very good with communicating with me. They don't answer their email or phone calls, and it's basically been since December since I've had a phone. They still haven't fixed the problem. My experience with BrokeMyCell.com has truly been terrible.
