Bad customer service
I booked a lesson on the BSM website for a certain date but was very disappointed when after that date BSM had still not found me a driving instructor & did not even bother to contact me to inform me about the matter. After a week I call them to cancel the lesson as I found another driving school, and I was disappointed with there poor service & asked for a refund. But I was told I can not cancel my booking, because they still willing to offer me their service, but if still I want to cancel my booking the refund will be less administration chargers which was 50% percent of total amount I paid to them. I was furious and extremely disappointed with this so called big company. After a month I received cheque of my refund less so called administration charges. The service from BSM is very poor indeed.
