Can I recommend Bullguard Online Backup as a service then the answer has to be "No". As a customer for some years and using the service to protect the data for a small company (8 PCs) we need a service we can rely on. Bullguard have decided to upgrade the service during Oct '12 without any warning to customers or any information on their Service Status page. The result is constantly failing backups and a service that I cannot rely on or trust and one that I have to supplement with local manual backups. They have now told me that this situation could last 30 days - a service that I am paying for which is not delivering and cannot be trusted to backup our latest data. Worst of all is the lack of communication before they went ahead and put customers data at risk.
Poor show Bullguard - am currently reviewing alternatives with a better Service Policy and will not be renewing.
and they took 8 months to reply to this!!!!!!
