I am in to my second year as a Bullguard customer and have had occasion to contact their customer support department on a few occasions. A few days ago my desktop machine was hijacked and rendered useless by a fake AV malware. As I have done in the past I contacted Bullguard's Customer Service from my laptop for advice. Bullguard's response was heroic! after a few emails giving sound advice my desktop machine was clean and working perfectly! I guess most AV packages do pretty much the same thing, but what marks Bullguard as the best is the outstanding customer support they give - it's like having your own personal IT support team at a moment's notice! I have never received this quality of support from any supplier and as far as I am concerned, Bullguard have no adequate competitors!
