Since december 14th 2011 I am awaiting for a answer for my problem : My computer doesn't works properly. Bullguard message: the scanmotor doens't start.... I payed for a Bullguard protection for 3 years and 3 computers till 2013. But the Bullguard system on my computer doesn't works properly! Several persons from support helped me quite well (a lot of hours in remote control) but they also promised me an answer from your developpement team. I'am still waiting!!! Since a month!!!
