Been a customer for many years. Running Bullguard on three computers including one laptop. Using Windows Vista, XP and Windows 7. I feel all are well protected. On occasions when I needed Help... Bullguard Team was always there very quickly to help sort things out.

Simply the best

This is thebest internet security programme I have ever used. Never had any problems with the software and certainly had no issues with viruses,malware etc.

Love Bullguard

I have been using it for over 5 years now. Never was an issue, it's perfect. And when I had question, their support team would answer me right away.

Excellent antivirus

Brought this product about 3 years ago, after trying others, this is the best i have used by far, doesn't slow up my PC like others have in the past, very pleased, keep up the good work Bullguard, i tell all my friends and family to use this on their PC's,

I have been a subscriber to bullguard for 2 years and have consistently found them to be superior to any major internet security firm. In the 2 years i have used them I've needed their customer support 3 times. Each time for a situation which I did not fully understand and needing knowledge of how I might be affected and what to do. Their email support had a response to me in an hour or usually much less. the response clearly explained the situation I was experiencing and gave me a full understanding of how I might be affected and step by step processes to eliminate the problem with the help of Bullguard support. Their security support team is friendly, professional, thorough, accurate, timely and they follow up every step of the way until the problem is solved. No more paying fees just so i can get rid of infected files without ever understanding what the process involved or how at risk my system might be. Whether you're a professional or just an anxious novice the Bullguard team will make you realize you've signed up with a real family of people to
handle your internet security needs. They are the 'little guy' compared to some but they are the biggest when it comes to what matters most for internet security..Dependability... ...

Great Protection online

Other peeps say their packages catch loads of viruses, BG10 prevents them getting on your system to start with. I've used Norton and McAfee and had major issues with both due to resource 's used and infections yet 4 years of BG and no problems, Simple to use yet has more advanced settings for those that want, Great live help and online backup.

New to Bullguard

I am new to Bullguard and not a techie but they have already helped me out setting up V10.
After years with McAfee I am converted to Bullguard.It is easy to use ( with the on line help) and you feel in control.
Also I got 3 licences for the price of one !

Great protection & low system resource use

Bullguard has been my choice for years now. It out shines other cumbersome Antivirus programs & gives me 3 licences so I can use it on an extra 2 PC's for free! It has always blocked any attacks on my computer & any viruses that get on are either dealt with swiftly or else I am given easy to follow instructions to manually remove them. Thanks Bullguard.

Great Service!

I have used Bullguard for years and I have to say that we are very, very pleased with it. We have 1 home pc and 2 lap tops in Ireland covered by it and then my 2 daughters computers in the USA all covered under the same plan, easy and convient and well worth the price to know that all the comps are protected. Thank you Bullguard for all your great years of service.

great product, good livechat support, poor renewal experience

expensive to renew direct - amazon is 75% less,
install of renewal process is maddening
product is great but someone needs to look at the written intrsuctions - we are not all techies!
Issue redeemed by good livechat support.

By far the best protection for me, it runs smoothly and seamless.

System was slowed down

I downloaded the free Trial of Bullguard internet security. Bullguard scanned my system and fixed the problems, fortunatly only cookies, and did not find a virus which I had been warned about. However, it slowed the computer down by a good factor of 3 or 4, and would not allow the system to shut down. It also locked up an older program called Paperport. I uninstalled Bullguard and the system was back up to speed. I have an older computor. Pentium 4 @ 3GHz, 3 GB RAM, running Windows XP version 2002 SP 3.

Bullguard failed! No tel no anywhere for tech support

It is bad enough when the protection fails but then Bullguard send you useless instructions by email. No contact number for help. In safe mode you longer have access to the internet and would have to set up your mail account and server etc on another PC to reach them!
This has cost my business a 1day in reformatting and reimaging etc.
Advice: Use an internet security provider with a telephone number for tech support. John O'Neill

Used for years with confidence

Had Bullguard of my machines for a number of years but V10 does take the award for operation in all areas along with the continued support that is faultless and effective, in my one bad experience they had me back up a long time before my friends with the same problem had theirs. Would reccomend to everyone - First class product and a first class support team, which is very rare these days

Best protection for my computer

I am lucky to have this wonderful suite protection. Best speed for my computer, best protection against treat of internet!!! Great company, and it very important one thing: it's dezvolted in Romania Labs :)))

Bullguard ROCKS

The customer service is excellent and they give out updates every day to protect computers from viruses

Very satisfied with the Virus protection.

I had no viruses while I was protected by BullGuard and also my PC had a normal performance.

Customer service

I am in to my second year as a Bullguard customer and have had occasion to contact their customer support department on a few occasions. A few days ago my desktop machine was hijacked and rendered useless by a fake AV malware. As I have done in the past I contacted Bullguard's Customer Service from my laptop for advice. Bullguard's response was heroic! after a few emails giving sound advice my desktop machine was clean and working perfectly! I guess most AV packages do pretty much the same thing, but what marks Bullguard as the best is the outstanding customer support they give - it's like having your own personal IT support team at a moment's notice! I have never received this quality of support from any supplier and as far as I am concerned, Bullguard have no adequate competitors!

excellent service for several years

I have had one less thing to be concerned about with Bullguard looking after the internet security

World class AV protection and support.

It is a excellent way to protect your pc from viruses etc.
Customer support is on the whole excellent.
