Restored in faith!!!!
Having received a box yesterday from my friend in Spain,
knowing that they contained flowers thought I had better
open them as my birthday wasn't in fact until today.
Thank goodness I did. What a 'bunch' of tosh. My friend would
be mortified to be giving her best friend this. I have taken a picture
and will be very happy to send it on.

GREAT DELIVERY - AWFUL FLOWERS
Came promptly via Royal Mail but very disappointed with the amount and quality of the flowers. After paying over £30 for my mum's bouquet for Mother's Day and the incredibly small amount of flowers that arrived I will not be using them again. They came on Friday, today is Monday and they are alreading beginning to fade. Supermarket flowers that my brother bought for a third of the price were glorious and I shall be doing that in the future.

Very poor quality flowers
While the delivery was prompt, the flowers I ordered for my wife were of extremely poor quality. Two dozen roses with a hefty price tag and glowing description is not what materialised. the flowers were very small, slightly shriveled and with browning petals.
All in all, very disappointed.

Dreadful
I ordered flowers for Valentines day from Australia for delivery to my girlfriend in the UK.
When I called to see where they were I was told 'they have gone missing'. I was offered a delivery the next day or a refund!
Terrible customer service, not willing to arrange anything or help
Cannot be relied upon when it counts the most. Terrible. Do not use, EVER.

Awful, wrong delivery date
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend for valentines day to be delivered on the 14th and they came a day earlier. What a terrible company!!

Apalling bunch of flowers
Sent flowers to a sick friend in Frinton on Sea. She sent me a photo of them they were half dead and nothing like the web illustration. Would never use this company again

SUPERB LITTLE COMPANY - GREAT QUALITY
I have only used a couple of times but have been very impressed with the quality of the flowers. The designs are modern and innovative and they are very reliable - When i need to send flowers I will always use Bunches they are super and there is always something different to send without breaking the bank, lots of nice little touches and great offers - get on the mailing list to receive all the offers! :)

Great alternative to Interflora
Liked this as was more personal in my opinion and FAR cheaper than the larger florists online. Same quick choice of delivery. Very impressed.

Beautiful bouquets

Fabulous!
I ordered a few times flowers with this company. I have never been dissapointed. The flowers are fresh, beautiful and they last for weeks on end. You also get free chocolates and the customer service is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who wants to put a smile on someone`s face!
