I ordered a silver memo holder, to be engraved, on Monday evening and needed to have it to take to a function the following Friday. A bit short notice, I know. However,I paid a little extra for speedy delivery and was absolutely amazed and thrilled when it arrived two days later on Wednesday morning. It is beautifully engraved and just exactly what I wanted so am very, very happy with the product and the service.

I ordered an engraved pen from Business Gifts Express, the pen arrived 2 days after ordering it standard delievery which i can not fault, and the pen was good value for money and looked really nice. I would definatly order from them again.

Delighted to add my voice to gifts that are the 'perfect choice'
No need to worry that you have to spend a lot to get quality as there's such a range of gifts with prices to suit any pocket.
I only wanted a token gift but, at the same time, something that would make the person I was buying for remember me.
I opted for the simple 'footballer' keyring but the inscription I chose added that personal touch.
I was not disappointed - it was perfectly etched and certainly didn't look 'cheap'.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Business Gifts to anyone.

All's well that ends well !
I ordered an engraved pen for a birthday present. When it arrived I was gutted !! someone had obviously stood on the package and the pen case was well and truly squashed ! I spoke to a very nice lady in customer services and she could not have been more helpful. A new case arrived the next day and I had to laugh at the size of the box and the amount of bubble wrap ! This one was not going to get squashed !
I did not have to pay for a replacement or for the postage, I imagine the first one was damaged at the post / sorting office so I expected to have to pay something.
Very happy with the pen and the quick service......and the pleasant staff !!!

Amazingly good service
I ordered two pens (with engravings) for birthday presents. My order was placed on Monday pm, I received the pens Wednesday morning. The pens were beautifully engraved and packaged. The quality for the price is outstanding. Most certainly shopping here again.

Excellent product that was delivered as quickly as promised.
I found this great gift for my friends 21st Birthday (silver dominoes set in engraved case) this was great as most websites only sell engraved beer glasses, tankards, hip flasks etc and as my friend does not drink these weren't really suitable. I missed my delivery and we emailed in and got a reply within 10 minutes advising they would get in touch with the courier. We managed to pick up our order the same day. I couldn't wait to open it! The gift is perfect and the quality of the engraving was better than expected. I will definitely use this website again.
The only downside was that the box it came in is very dented which is a shame as it would have been nice to wrap the present in the box but it is not a big problem and I know things probably get knocked around a bit in the delivery process.

Fantastic personalised card holder
I'd ordered the business card holder and pen gift set, which came within only a couple of days. The gift set itself arrived in a nice cardboard presentation box and the quality of the card holder and the pen are of excellent quality. The personalised engraving was also of very high quality, proving this was a very worthwhile purchase at excellent value.

Easy to navigate website and excellent service
I found this Company by entering the item I wanted to purchase into Google. I then looked at what one or two other Companies had to offer but this one had a very good selection of items at very good prices. Free engraving was a bonus. I have now purchased the item which is of a much better quality than I thought, is engraved with the name I wanted, and was received by post within two days.
Excellent product, excellent service, excellent prices. Would not hesitate to use this company again and can recommend it without hesitation.

Fantastic products and service - Ive used other engravers in the past but these are the best by far.
I wanted something special and found it within the gift section, but was apprehensive about the engraving and finished result as it was a special present. I couldn't decide on the font etc for the engraving and decided to opt for the option of 'engraver decides'.
I did not have to worry at all, my gift arrived today and I am over the moon with the end result. 3 days from ordering to receiving the finished product is brilliant. Such a professional company. I shall be back.

I would recommend the site to anyone looking for a personal or corporate gift.
I wanted an engraved keyring for my grandad who is 90 in March and I was struggling to find one that I liked.
I stumbled across this site and I found the booking process to be really easy. My gift arrived within a few days and its perfect for him.
The only thing that would have improved the gift would have been the option of a gift box or gift wrapping service. The keyring arrived in a small box which for my purposes will be fine however the option to upgrade could be an option for the future, although as the site is for business gifts this may not be something that is asked for generally speaking.
I would recommend the site to anyone looking for a personal or corporate gift.

Good service but feel don't feel I got what I paid for
The products in themselves are of a very good quality at a reasonable price. However I paid six pounds for next day courier service and did not receive this. I understand I ordered late on a Friday but even with the exclusion of the weekend the order should have been received Monday and the products with me tuesday. They did not arrive until Wednesday afternoon. Ordinarily This would not be a problem but they were presents and so had to be given late.

We're sorry you feel you didn't get what you paid for, but respectfully it seems you have your dates confused. Your order was placed at 09.40 on Saturday morning (not Friday night). It was processed on Monday morning and dispatched with Next Day Delivery. It was delivered at 13.37 on Tuesday afternoon and was signed for by Mr. Taylor. You posted your review on Tuesday night (5th March) in which you praised the quality of the products but claimed you didn't receive them until Wednesday afternoon - which would be at least 12 hours later than when you posted your review. Your expectation, and our promise, was delivery on Tuesday and we did exactly that - delivery was made on Tuesday.

Firs class service!!
I was looking for a business card case, and BGE has a wide variety to suit all tastes, as well as a free engraving service. The website was easy to use, and the prices are very competitive. I ordered my holder on Sunday, and it arrived on Wednesday. It looked exactly as it did on line, and was beautifully engraved. I was unsure if it came with a pouch, so I sent an email to BGE on Sunday asking this question, and received a reply first thing Monday morning. I would definately order/recommend from BGE again.

Order a key ring and they will not 'fob' you off!
Ordered leather key fobs for our new B&B and they arrived as promised, they were engraved as requested, they are very smart and quality produce, they look very upmarket and give the bedroom keys that element of sophistication in presentation.

Nice looking business cards holder, you could almost use it as a pocket mirror!
I ordered this business cards case after doing some research online. As it is my first, I decided to go for something relatively cheap (it is all in the eyes of the beholder?).
My choice was also influenced by the fact that Business Gifts Express does engravings. I am glad I did! The personalised inscriptions transformed it - into a classy item for "business" - very professional.
