A GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

I appreciate the time the sales staff spent with me to transfer my phone contract over, and I feel that Shelley went that extra mile to help me get away from Business Phones Direct. Hopefully I will further enjoy making contact with them in the future.

Terrible

After being phoned with the offer of an upgrade and new phones out of the blue we were naturally excited. After a lot of negotiation we agreed a deal and were told to expect our phones the following week. After hearing nothing and not having received any phones we chased and chased and couldn't get a straight answer. Documents we were asked to change weren't, excuses were made until eventually, 2/3 weeks later we were told actually you didn't have authority to give us the phones yet as EE weren't sure whether they were going to honour the deal!
More delays and excuses followed until eventually we were told we could have the phones, they then turned up promptly.

We were told the buy out would be sorted as well and it hasn't been as EE have taken £2500 from our account. I understand that we will get it repaid which is fine but again the communication was wrong.

Basically we wouldn't have had an issue if we would have been told the truth from the beginning. i.e. all this is subject to EE approving the deal and its out of your hands as then we wouldn't have sat here waiting for new phones. The fact we never called asking for the deal in the first place and then weren't told the whole truth was annoying. As I say if we had just been told we will do what we can but we cant promise then it would all have been fine!
The whole process left a bad taste in the nouth

Another case of miss-selling?

It seems to me that after various banking "cons", energy company "cons" etc here is another industry ripe for investigation. Having been a victim of T-Mobile/BusinessMobiles "con" and reading the same experiences of their customers relived on this site it seems only a matter of time. I would urge the industry to get their act together before the regulators wake up.

Dont Deal with this Company

Do not believe anything from their customer services department.. I have 3 phones with this company on a 3 year deal .. supposedly with a monthly rebate in place , worked for a couple of months then had to remind the company .. Despite repeated reminders i have not received a rebate from them since August ( same old excuse computer issues ).. Cant remember the amount of times they said they would pay and havnt .. I will now be talking to trading standards about this company and reporting them to the credit agencies i work with. And for those who think i am a rival company discrediting them my company is APT fabrics ltd and i dont sell phones

Worst company I've ever dealt with

Everything that everyone else is saying is true, check the companies credit rating, they have a zero credit score and their credit has been suspended!

They are supposed to reimburse my company every month but fail to do so, we constantly have to chase this money and we are given the excuse that their new system is not working so they have a back log of payments to make, in reality the business is clearly in financial difficulty and can't or won't honour it's agreements. And to to it off they are now quick to point out that as long as they reimburse my company the money by the end of the 2 year deal then that are not in breach of their contract.

Stay well away from this company

BusinessMobiles.com

Same as everyone else - DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!

Now have 11 months of payments owing to me. Same crap excuses as everyone else :-(

BusinessMobiles.com

SOMETHING HAVE TO BE DONE REGARDING THIS FRAUDSTERS

Same problem as the below mentioned "happy" customers. BusinessMobiles.com owes us now £1914.00 for 11 months of the contract since October 2012, last payment have been done in July 2011!
The 36 months contract with T-Mobile is for 4 Nokia handsets, 6000 free minutes to be shared (and be aware that calls on Lyca, Lebara, Vectone, etc. are outside the allowance) and the line rental (£174.00 without VAT) have been agreed to be returned by bank credit for months 2-25 by BusinessMobiles.com.
All the struggle, emails and the calls for the last year have had no results, even for the previous payments in 2011 we had to chase them for months to get some money back.
Definitely somebody have to do something regarding this company and maybe legal procedure can be started to save other customers from this fraud.
If there are any other customers wishing to go further, contact the appropriate regulating institutions and advertise this problem in media please do not hesitate to contact us.

Horrible, scam artists, 7 months late in paying me back

bought a phone from them for my company and was on a deal were i pay 90 pounds and they pay me back 45, which happened the first 4 months of my contract and now i haven't been paid back for 7 months, customer service know of the problem and yet, you cannot to speak to anyone, they refuse to transfer your call to any senior management and you cant terminate your contract, because there is a break clause that says you cannot terminate the contract because of late payment
Maybe legally there is nothing i can do, but from now on it is my duty to use every single social network to expose them spread the word on how they treat their clients

AVOID!!!

I took 2 phones from them a few years back. What you don't realise at the time is that the offer which for example says £25 a month actually works out at £35 a month....how?...well once you've signed all the paperwork and get your first bill you realise that your actually under contarct with Orange (for example) on a £50 per month contract.

The way they work out the monthly payments is £25 plus VAT on the original contract value which means you end up paying £10 VAT per month on top of the £25. All very good if you're claiming back VAT but not so rosy for smaller companies who may not be VAT registered.

At no time during the process is this brought to the notice of the buyer. Then the 'ALRC' system of payments...the system is always down and they are always late in making their payments to the mobile phone provider and you have to keep chasing them up.

Funny thing is you think that you're under contract with Businessmobiles but you actually sign the contract with the respective mobile service provider making you liable to make good any payments due whether those are due from you or from Businessmobiles. In the end the mobile phone company will be chasing you up for payments.

Not one positive comment for this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I had to stick with them for 2 yrs to honour the contract but no way would I go back to them no matter what offer they gave.

And no I'm not giving a bad rating to let them down in the face of competition.....the reviews by others are ample proof that the company lets itself down!!

BusinessMobiles.com

Look legit, but in essence scammers

As a company we contracted a couple of phones from them whereby they would reimburse us each month against the T Mobile bill, which is fine, but businessmobiles DO NOT make their payments. You will receive emails saying how they are having difficulties with their computers etc., etc. and they will not give you a straight answer. We will not be renewing with them when the contract runs out. I can only suggest you avoid them and do business elsewhere.

BusinessMobiles.com

woukdn not touch

their customer service sucks, and what they promise is false. avoid at all costs

BusinessMobiles.com

Trading standards should close them down.

Without sounding like a broken record based on previous reviews this company should be reported to trading standards and closed down. Throughout the whole contract period (24 months) they were always behind on paying back the rebate and were upto 6 months late. Only when you phone them and nag them to give back the money they owe you do you eventually get it. They always say the reason why there has been a delay is because of a computer problem that automatically pays clients back has not been working properly and my response was why cant they pay people manually as a short term solution. Response to that.......... eh company policy etc. What for 24 months..... cowboys.
So to anyone out there who have their own business and looking to save costs with someone like businessmobiles.com, DON'T DO IT WITH THEM it will cost you more money instead!
With businessmobiles.com i had unlimited text and calls with a blackberry bold for £45 per month, just taken out a new contract with the business team at buymobilephones.net and i have got a new samsung galaxy ace with unlimited calls, text and data AND a free top of the range laptop AND £35 cash back all for £41 per month (Inc VAT)!
Please take note of these reviews and shop around for your phone contracts and NEVER USE BUSINESSMOBILES.COM.

Stay well clear

My experience is very much the same as previous reviews.
They hook you with a good deal, then once you have signed, reveal that the deal only stacks up if they retrospectively pay you a rebate every month by direct debit. When this does not arrive, you phone them up to query why not. You are then told that the rebate automatic payment system is not working, and this is the story you get for the duration of your contract.
I am now chasing them for my final quarters rebate and will be doing my bit to spread the word of their shoddy service.
To the reviewer who gave them 5 stars and a glowing review, I do not work for a competitor to businessmobiles, or within the mobile phone industry. YOUR comments do seem contrary to everyone elses though ???!

Great Company

I have used Businessmobiles.com for the last 5 years. Every contract roll around they have found me a better deal every time without fail - and thus have saved me a lot of money over the years.

I am surprised by the comments above because I have found them brilliant to work with myself.

I have pointed this out to them - and they said the above comments are more than likely competitors out to sully their good name.
Shame as they are an awesome company!

I rate them highly!

Pathetic

They are not trustworthy at all. They are high on promises and very low on delivery.Do not believe anything they tell you.Rather speak to me if you want to know more about my horrible experience with them.
By the way, they expect you to handover your mobile if you do not renew the contract with them.

You will be taking good advice from me
