I took out a contract where they are due to compensate me the line rental each month for the first 2 years then the final year i pay the line rental. Well they never sent the money into my account, i had to chase every month. the still owe me over £100 and have the cheek to try and get me to sign another deal with them. This money has been owed for over a year now and they are just not paying it. I must have had at least 5 different sales guys calling to try and get new business, when i mention the outstanding money they promise it will be transferred. Not funds yet.
***Avoid this scamming company at all costs***
This is the second time i have had to report about this supplier : They are back to their old tricks , promising the earth and not delivering ..will never use them again as they have the worst accounts department in the world ..or maybe the best Scam going.. They offer you a good deal ( the sales people are good and i would like to think sympathetic) by offering a monthly rebate system direct into your account...unfortunately after the first month or 2 they forget to do this and you have to constantly chase ( wasting your own time) as to be quite honest you cannot believe a word they say...Luckily for me i only have 10months left on my contract to run and if they dont come up with an excellent deal which doesnt include a rebate system it will be bye bye.... still waiting over 7 months for rebate.
Absolutely disgusting. Sign people up on a contract where you pay a high rate to the network such as T-mobile then they will refund you monthly. They made the rebates for so many months then it just stops. You have to chase constantly to get it. Normally i would have received it after 3 months but it has now been 8months this time. Each time they say they have sent it to accounts and it will go out soon and never does. Will never do business with them again.
They will offer you a great deal with a low monthly payment. It will turn out to be a high monthly payment to the phone company, with a rebate from Business Mobiles.com. Then they will not pay you the rebate. You will be left with the high monthly payments and they will have the high commission. The good reviews posted are suspicious to say the least. This company cannot be trusted, you will waste so much time chasing them for payment.
They credited my first three months of my contract, I thought I would check my statements regarding the credits and surprise surprise, these scum bags have`nt paid the last 15 months!!!!! Seriously, they must rely on people not checking there accounts(like me!!!!) and hoping they get away with it. I`m 18 months into a 36 month contract with these gangsters, another 18 months of chasing my credit payments....great!!
I spoke to a lady, eventually, and her words were `we must have accidentally dropped you out of the system`.....what a load of crap!! She has promised to chase this up and pay the amount outstanding within a week....Why oh why did I fall for this con!!
Its obvious they are doing this scam, surly they need to be reported to Rogue Traders....thats my next move....
And yes they only got 1 star as you have no choice but to give 1 star!!!
I have been signed up with this company for the past two years and have never come into any trouble with them. I have 5 handsets on my company account, all of which are in constant use and whenever I need to call the Customer Service Team, my query is dealt with quickly. The consultant that I spoke to was very good. He gave me valuable advice and ensured I was on the cheapest and most effective package available.
I recently went to a CPW and requested some information about roaming and was told a complete load of rubbish, the information he gave did not even exist! The BusinessMobiles.com sales person gave me the correct information on all counts.
I appreciate the time the sales staff spent with me to transfer my phone contract over, and I feel that Shelley went that extra mile to help me get away from Business Phones Direct. Hopefully I will further enjoy making contact with them in the future.
After being phoned with the offer of an upgrade and new phones out of the blue we were naturally excited. After a lot of negotiation we agreed a deal and were told to expect our phones the following week. After hearing nothing and not having received any phones we chased and chased and couldn't get a straight answer. Documents we were asked to change weren't, excuses were made until eventually, 2/3 weeks later we were told actually you didn't have authority to give us the phones yet as EE weren't sure whether they were going to honour the deal!
More delays and excuses followed until eventually we were told we could have the phones, they then turned up promptly.
We were told the buy out would be sorted as well and it hasn't been as EE have taken £2500 from our account. I understand that we will get it repaid which is fine but again the communication was wrong.
Basically we wouldn't have had an issue if we would have been told the truth from the beginning. i.e. all this is subject to EE approving the deal and its out of your hands as then we wouldn't have sat here waiting for new phones. The fact we never called asking for the deal in the first place and then weren't told the whole truth was annoying. As I say if we had just been told we will do what we can but we cant promise then it would all have been fine!
The whole process left a bad taste in the nouth

Everything that everyone else is saying is true, check the companies credit rating, they have a zero credit score and their credit has been suspended!
They are supposed to reimburse my company every month but fail to do so, we constantly have to chase this money and we are given the excuse that their new system is not working so they have a back log of payments to make, in reality the business is clearly in financial difficulty and can't or won't honour it's agreements. And to to it off they are now quick to point out that as long as they reimburse my company the money by the end of the 2 year deal then that are not in breach of their contract.
Stay well away from this company
I have used Businessmobiles.com for the last 5 years. Every contract roll around they have found me a better deal every time without fail - and thus have saved me a lot of money over the years.
I am surprised by the comments above because I have found them brilliant to work with myself.
I have pointed this out to them - and they said the above comments are more than likely competitors out to sully their good name.
Shame as they are an awesome company!
I rate them highly!
Do NOT use this company, the way this 'to good to be true' scam works is they offer you a deal for say £35 a month. What they dont say is you actually sign up for a £60 (with say orange), then when you get the bill you call and they say "we will do a ALRC each month to your bill" what this means is they pay a credit of £25 to your bill! You will get the first 2 payments then they stop, you cant get the money, you cant get out of the contract because its with orange. Even if they promise to pay they wont and also i have credit checked the company, & guess what they have CCJ's heres one (£456 NORTHAMPTON CCBC 1QZ36547) and also their credit rating is Suspended !!! check out all the negative feedback on google!!!!!!!
Business mobiles.com.. <private data removed> is one smoothy and promises everything. However they deliver on nothing. I am meant to be getting cashback every month and the first month it came like clockwork however since then the money comes in randomly and only because we chase it up. Which is a hassle not worth any savings.
I was also promised that any problems would be dealt by the expert businessmobiles team - however having had a few issues I have found it is much much easier to contact the service provider - the service was much better and I managed to speak to a person who knew what they were talking about.
In my opinion avoid business mobiles unless you have a high pain threshold.
They are not trustworthy at all. They are high on promises and very low on delivery.Do not believe anything they tell you.Rather speak to me if you want to know more about my horrible experience with them.
By the way, they expect you to handover your mobile if you do not renew the contract with them.

Businessmobiles.com- a company which sells empty promises and delivers less than zero.
1 star was only given because you have to click on a star, but they don't deserve any stars! If anybody is remotely considering using businessmobiles.com I recommend that you visit http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=120782 to see what happened to my colleague and his family - scroll down the page. As and when there are updates I will post them there.
Mobile contract was meant to be subsidised by dealer to the tune of £40 per month. Have had to chase for payments to be made. First time waited 6 months for payment then waited another 3. Very unreputable!
