A cut above the rest!
Bought a Rubi TX-700 tile cutter from BuyBrand Tools. Excellent service and a great product at good price. First time I have used BuyBrand but will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Efficient, economic and easy to deal with
I needed a specific bulb for a foreign-made lamp. The lady with whom I spoke was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. My questions were answered, payment was easy and the goods were delivered the following day. Outstanding service!

Quick and easy
Found my tools straight away. Great, clear description of the tools making it easy to make the choice. The site was good as well, easy to navigate and very to the point. The delivery was next day and was free! The tools are great so far, very high quality and a vast improvement on my old tools!
Overall a very happy customer.
Will definitely be ordering from this site again when i need something new!

Happy with my first purchase from this site
I think their product range is a bit limited but they do offer good prices on what they have and they get your purchase to you quickly. I will be adding them to the small number of sites that I always check in on when buying tools online. Please note my review is based on a single transaction.

Just What The Doctor Ordered
My husband needed some good hard wearing work trousers, comfortable, which had plenty of pockets for all his work needs, including a phone pocket.
I didnt want to spent to much on a pair because he seems to get silicon, paint, and other stains all over and needs more. These are just what the doctor ordered and delivery was very quick, thanks.

Bought a rubimix BL9 plus this mixer is the business .
It replaced a colormix and its a world away better build quality performance , even the height above the mixing vessel is better - no more acheing backs !
The best price my "trade" tiling supplier C t d could do was £166.00
buybrand was £119.99
With free delivery if you spent £120.00 so I got myself a pair of gloves for £0.99p
Delivery was next day
Overall a smooth superb transaction

ATTENTION TO DETAILS BY STAFF MEMBERS
We ordered a "Diamond Steel" and recieved what appeared to be a very well travelled item. The packaging hand been opened and the steel looked in very poor condition. The red protector on the end of the steel was filthy. What on earth where the staff doing sending out an item in this conditon in the first place. When I called to complain, I was told that they where out of stock, so rather than send me a new one, they hunted around for the next best thing. They did send a new one, when the stock arrived and I was told to dispose of the old one, so on that, they where fine. I feel that this is not very good service, on the basis that they sent the item in the first place. Do the staff think that it is acceptable to send out damaged items and we, the customers, are supposed to accept them, you decide

Buybrandtools had what I wanted, and more.
I was looking for a straight edge to use servicing/maintaining my electric guitar, a straight edge was needed to check the neck for straightness. It had to be the right length and although straightness was a requirement, the price had to be right. I feel after searching several other companies that Buybrandtools was the right choice.

Uncommon customer service.
Romantic devil that I am, I ordered a leather gardening apron as a gift for my wife on our 35th anniversary. I assumed I made the order too late for it arrive here in the States in time. But in followup correspondence to clarify our address here, in passing I mentioned it was for a gift. It was here three days later. I am impressed.

Fantastic products, price and service
I have purchased many items from Buy Brand Tools. The website is easy to use, and the selection of products is good. I typically purchase my Panoply Overalls, and work trousers from them. Each time they have arrived promptly, as indicated. I also recently ordered a body warmer (as we know what British Summers are like:-) ), which they didn't have in stock. Rather than holding back my entire order, they contacted me immediately the next day to advise there would be a slight delay on the item, and advised they would dispatch the rest of my order, with the body warmer to follow at no extra cost once it was in stock. Great friendly service, at a good price. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The item(s) have been securely wrapped for postage and have been with my person in a few working days after purchase.
