|I just want to say have speakers and dab radio for bathroom. Really pleased with sound. Speakers really discreet look like spot lights would use this company again. In fact have just order docking station for ipod

I am very pleased with the purchase of my KB Plus 2" bathroom radio. The order was delivered quickly and communications from the company were very good. It was reletavely easy to fit and works well with a suitable arial.
The only small annoyance I have is that the Company advertises "Free UK Delivery". I live in Campbeltown at the end of the Kintyre peninsula and whilst it is still part of the UK mainland it is a long distance to travel. I feel that rural areas are being discriminated against with a delivery surgarge of £9-97p. I had to read the small print to discover this. Having said that I placed the order because I still thought it was good value for money.

We are working on a few website updates and we will endeavour to make the costs to Scotland, Ireland and other surcharged areas clearer on the new layout prior to the checkout pages.
We would also like to offer a fair price (or free) for delivery to our Scottish customers, but unfortunately all carriers class Scotland as a premium area and we have to pass on these costs.

Excellent Service
Ordered a kitchen flip down tv by internet. Arrived next morning by 10:30, very well packed and protected. Was kept informed of order progress by e-mail throughout and received a text from shippers to say it when it would be delivered, plus options to delay if required. Absolutely first rate, will definitely use them again.

EXCELLENT!
Service was excellent from order to delivery. Another company had item advertised considerably cheaper but did not have stock and did not know when they would get more in.
Item was packed well and parcel tracking very good.
I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service
From initial enquiry about the functionality of an iselect DAB bathroom radio with ipod dock through the online ordering to delivery I received excellent service. John was very helpful and knowledgable about the product which arrived exactly when they said.
The product was easily installed the same day and is now working perfectly.
I would definitely recommend this company and hopefully will be using them again.

Fast service and excellent customer relationship
I bought a mirror TV for the bathroom from BuyCleverStuff which the manufacturers (Tilevision) dropped the price on significantly, practically before it was out of it's box!! The people at BCS were excellent. As soon as I told them about it, within an hour they managed to get me back a large part of the difference in price even though they do not operate a price matching policy. 5 stars to BuyCleverStuff from me.

Superb Service
Shortly after placing my order I had a phone call from CleverStuff telling me the product was out of stock and would I mind having a free upgrade. Of course, I agreed and the goods arrived the following day as promised, albeit a week before Christmas. Excellent service! Fast delivery but damaged

We are very sorry to hear about this, we have no details on the system that you have raised this matter directly with our customer service.
The last contact on the system with yourself is regarding the defective backbox for your Waterproof TV, the replacement backbox was coming direct from SOVOS.
We have followed this matter up with SOVOS and requested that they provide a update today.

Excellent Service.
Ordered after 3 p.m. and the operative I spoke to apologised that they couldn't get it there for the next day as I had missed the deadline, however would be there the following day and it duly arrived on time. ceiling radio now fitted and providing high quality sound.
Extremely satisfied with product & service.

Wonderful product
Visua 10.2" flip down TV. Before I ordered, I rang the company with a query. Very helpful person answered my question. The TV & CD & radio all works perfectly in my new kitchen. Quite a talking point with my friends. It does need to be connected to an outside aerial for a perfect TV picture.
I would recommend this company. Next day deliverey was a bonus. Delivery driver was rude & unhelpful, but that is not Buy Clever Stuff's fault! I have complained to UK Mail about him.
Great product, great customer service. I am very happy & I will certainly use them again. Thanks.

Very happy customer.
I recently bought a television from BuyCleverStuff and have been extremely satisfied with their customer service, which I agree is second to none. The staff on the telephone helpline were incredibly helpful and even agreed to price-match the television when I realised that I could have bought it cheaper elsewhere due to a limited time offer. I will definitely use this company again based not only on their competitive pricing structure but also on their sales and aftercare service.

Purchased Flip Down TV which was delivered damaged. Had issues with local courier service. Phoned sales who were very concerned and helpful. They arranged an immediate replacement that was delivered the NEXT MORNING.
This company is "2nd to none" for after sales service.
Will definatley use them again.

Purchased under unit Sovos Flip down TV which we are really pleased with, looks sleek and quality of picture is great. Had a delivery issue (with the delivery company) but had an almost immediate response from buycleverstuff to my e-mail out of hours which gave me the details I needed to resolve the problem.

1st purchase met all expectations
Purchased a Sovos under kitchen unit TV, these are not widely available and this was the cheapest on the internet. Easy online transaction, several emails received confirming receipt of order and payment and advice on delivery. Arrived to specified address earlier than expected and well packaged. Excellent.
First class, goods delivered speedily. The set had a problem(integral design fault, no fault of the company) in the early stages which was resolved very promptly by the excellent back up service. They even installed some extra software free of charge. The lines of communication are very good and without exception the staff in all departments were helpful. I would certainly deal with them again.

Sovos flip down tv - cool
This is a lovely tv and looks very cool in my kitchen, unlike earlier reviews we have no problem viewing the TV at different angles.My only minor complaint was that the remote only worked for a week or so but I sent an email and a new one was posted to me within a few days. I would have no problem recommending this product to a friend.

They did exactly what they promised they would.
Very helpful on the 'phone when ordering, precise as to timing for delivery and with good explanation of what could go wrong because of import arrangements for the item. In the end nothing did go wrong and the item arrived on the doorstep exactly as promised and with helpful tracking emails and texts beforehand.

Clever Clogs
Well maybe not shoes but gadge, superb. I've bought twice from BuyCleverStuff, KB Select 2.5 bathroom ceiling radio and KB sound 5 kitchen ceiling radio. Both products are first class quality, assistance/advice from BuyCleverStuff was extremely helpful. Delivery was trouble free and prompt in both cases. All in all a pleasureable experience.

Very good service, very prompt, text in advance to notify of delivery. Only slight weakness was flimsiness of packaging for expensive electrical item: just some rather weak corrugated cardboard. Luckily there was a branded box inside too, but packaging not robust.

Just a quick follow up regarding your comment.
I've just been informed that we use Corrugated Cardboard Roll to reduce the use of non-recyclable materials like Bubble Wrap or Polystyrene Pieces. We will be looking into shipping within stronger Corrugated Cardboard or Cardboard Boxes over the next few weeks.
