This company sharing personal information with other company. I gave full evidence and they refused to take any action. My credit is down to hell now and they are not willing to take any action. They changed my personal address directly calling network company without letting me know and cancelled my contract as part of deal. Debt collection people behind me now....Shame

So far unimpressed!

I bought a phone from these guys and I too am waiting for my cash back payment...I have tweeted them and emailed them to no avail...I will pursue this but so far I can't give them a positive review.

Had a lil bit of a fuss getting my phone delivered, as I was expecting next day delivery. But even so the delivery has still been fast and the lady on the phone was very helpful and polite.

Still waiting for my "cash back" payments for 2 orders placed in December

Very disappointed that I am still waiting for 2 cash back payments I expected in March. I have emailed the organisation many times, none of which have even been acknowledged. Spoken with various members of staff and have been offered different accounts as to the reasons why. There is clearly a desperate need for some intense Customer Service training.....starting with the basics; Listen/Acknowledge/Keep your customer updated/Don't over promise and under deliver. Consumers should be AWARE that if a deal appears to be too good to be true, it's because it is. Getting fundamental basic customer service right in the first place helps an organisation retain their customers and promote their reputation - obviously not the ethos of this organisation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

One extreme to the other

So I place two orders a month ago. One for a Samsung S4 on a good deal. This arrived literally the morning after which amazed me as I placed the both orders the evening before. Absolutely no problems with that.

The second order was accepted but I haven't heard anything since. A galaxy Ace with PS4 package. The £49.99 fee was taken but no order has been sent for either the phone or PS4. I have sent 5 emails with no response and after umpteen phone calls finally got through to someone who had no idea what was wrong and said the order would be escalated and I would receive information regarding this that very evening. That was last week and still no new information, phone or ps4?

If I don't get a result soon (i.e. next couple of days) I will be cancelling the order outright. If anyone from BuyMobiles is reading this then please find me a solution. Order #37290697

Not in stock, no indication of stock date!

No indication that this item was not in stock until my order went through. I tried calling and couldn't get through, emailed and no reply.

Was reffered this site from a friend & placed an order couple of years ago and got the shiny phone with no problems on Orange network. And automatic redemption worked magic !!
Now I want to buy Galaxy S5 on EE, but don't know what exactly is Clone lite?

Still waiting for cashback…why??!

First time user of buymobiles.net - thought i'd give them a go - purchase of the phone went ok and received fine. The bit which is/has concerned me from the start is this cashback redemption thing and if it's actually legit. Well me and my partner (who also bought a new phone pretty much same time using BM) have both been keeping up to date with bills and sent off the first lot which were accepted (mind you, this wasn't confirmed as soon as we had liked so for weeks we were waiting wondering if we would hear back or if money would just magically appear in our bank). So time is quickly moving by and still no payment on the timeframes we were given. I've managed to get one reply from CS stating some technical error or something like that and that this week it should have cleared - well, it's not looking like that is it?!
I/we would like cashback as soon as possible and to know this isn't going to be a regular occurrence when we submit our other claims for the remainder of the 24mth contract.


hello and thank you for responding. Our order numbers are as follows: 3438623 and 3434119. I hope you can assist and make this happen as it's now 2 months since the initial email stating the acceptance of the claims. Today still no sign of any payment. It really is unacceptable and it would be a good idea if the buymobiles website stated about such issues so that customers can see for themselves there is an issue etc.
As I say, hopefully you can get this sorted and hopefully very soon.

I do hope this doesn't become a regular issue with the remaining claims and please please please try to reply to all customers promptly - if there are issues then these need resolving swiftly in order to keep people happy customers!!

Was a bit skeptical about using this company, but ps4 deal seemed too good to miss.

Ordered the phone which arrived a day later and no issues whatsoever with the phone.

On Monday evening I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email confirming ps4 had been dispatched which arrived Tuesday evening.

changing my palns upgrade my existing plan on EE

Im get my e-mile to akcept my order to upgrading(change plan on my existing contract)but Im worry about, to get 2 diferent contracts, if is, Im whant to cancel my order!! straigt avay.I think Im got a plenty of time to cancel my order , becose my handset is out off stock :) new 2014 year phone the blue (electric blue ) on EE is aveiable on 22 aprill.

Thank you for your review. I have checked your account and can confirm that it is an upgrade that you have ordered with EE for the Samsung Galaxy S5. This handset is not due for release until the 11th April, this means therefore, that the order you have placed is classed as a pre-order and that is why it hasn't gone to the network yet to be credit checked and connected. This will be the reason they will have no record of the order at this present time. The money that is the upfront cost for the handset of £29.99 has been reserved from your available funds, but remains with your bank until such a time as the handset is shipped to yourself and it is only at this point the funds are transferred from your bank to ourselves. I have also checked to see if your upgrade is due, and unfortunately it isn't due until later in the year. This means that unless you pay an early upgrade fee to the network, you would not be eligible to upgrade at this point. I have tried to contact you twice by phone today, and was unable to get hold of you so I have sent an email to the address you provided on the order.

Would not recommend to anyone! Should be closed down!

This is by far the worse company I have ever seen exist. They make everything seem amazing on the website but from the moment you click 'buy' its all a con! I bought an iPhone 5s on Friday and rang them shortly after (baring in mind I was waiting for someone to answer the phone for 30 minuets) asking them would it be delivered on the Saturday. They reassured me that it would be. Today is now Monday and I still have no phone! I phoned parcel force to see if they knew where my parcel was and they told me buymobiles had not even given them the item. Discovering this I was straight on the phone to buy mobiles which a very unhelpful member of staff could not even tell me why I hadn't received my phone nor when I will be getting it. So the only other option I had was to cancel the purchase. After all this gadget (something, can't remember) email me telling me they've set up a direct debit to take £26 out every 6 months. I didn't ask for that service and refuse to pay for it! I would say stay well away from this company as they seem like a bunch of con artists. Absolutely appalling that they treat paying customers is such a disgusting manner!

It would seem that there is either an issue with the order, or the handset was out of stock, but without having your order number I am unable to check your account. The Gadgethelpline is on all orders as standard, and if you ordered online it does state information regarding this under the insurance section - and this can be found by clicking the 'i' button at the side of 'Gadgethelpline Free - 1 month. Alternatively if you ordered with our sales team this should have been fully detailed to you. If you have cancelled your order before the handset was shipped, then the Gadgethelpline won't have been activated, however, if you would like me to check the account for you then I am happy to do this, please do confirm your order number.

AVOID .. REELED IN BY GREAT DEALS; BUT HORRENDOUS AFTERCARE SERVICE!!!

Bought 2 contracts from buymobiles.net on 3, got a fabulous deal that even the provider couldn't beat. Both phones arrive, on time no problems at all here. However, i soon found my purple Xperia Z1 was faulty and contacted the technical dept. several times via e-mail with NO REPLY. eventually as i was nearing the 28 days grace period for faults, I called them directly. I returned my phone as agreed, received an e-mail a day or two later to say the phone had been received but heard nothing else. Over 1 week later called them again (was waiting in the queue at 5p for min of at least 15 mins before it was answered?) to be told that i had be granted an exchange but was not other info, so the adviser would escalate this and should have a response soon... over 5 weeks later and I've lost count of how many phone calls (each one waiting approx 15mins) still no phone, no resolution and nothing but the same old conversation with each and every adviser!! Got to a point during my last phone call that I even agreed (reluctantly) to have a replacement phone in a different colour as they claimed this one was "In Stock" but that's right still NOTHING and just about to make YET ANOTHER phone call (but i'm not holding my breath!!) ... BEYOND A JOKE is an understatement.

What's all the fuss?

After looking around for the best contract deal I came across Buymobiles.net. I found two great deals, one from Three and one from EE, both of which were £10 cheaper a month than I could get anywhere else. I called both networks who each in turn said they couldn't match the offer and the Three sales team member even told me he buys his contracts through buymobiles.net. In the end I decided the EE package would be best for me so I placed my order for a Sony Xperia Z1 late on Thursday night. I got an email straight away confirming the order and then didn't hear anything at all on Friday daytime. On Friday evening I got an email telling me that my order had been accepted and the phone will be despatched. This morning (Saturday) I was amazed when Parcel Force knocked on my door with my new phone at 9am!

I would say that the slow(ish) processing time is a very small price for an amazing deal. Cannot recommend the company enough.

I regret from buying Buymobiles.net soooooo much!!!

I bought by S4 galaxy contract from bymobiles with a redemption scheme. FINE!!! BUT It NEVER EVER indicate that I can ONLY redeem the cashback after every 5 fxxking months before I confirm the transaction!!!!
my order number is: 3407139
I phoned to the service hotline and it took me ages to get through, and I was BLESSED that i COULD manage to do so for that ONE time to ask for what to do with the redemption voucher.
The assistant NEVER told me that I have to redeem it within 60 days after the 5th month of the contract.
AND more than 1 month ago I forgot when i should post the redemption voucher so i tried calling the service hotlinessss for ages and NO ONE pick up the damn phone!!!!
Now I send the voucher to them and they said it is expired !!!! WHAT THE HELL?!!!! you dun even pick up my call and tell me what to do with the voucher, neither on the the webpage (there is NO WAY you can find these doggy hidden terms and conditions) , nor including the instruction of redemption with the voucher!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely unsatisfied and furious regarding the service i have experienced and I am recently seeking a remedy from them ! I am asking them to accept my cashback claim to compensate such horrible service i have unfortunately suffered!!

When looking at our deals online and clicking 'buy now', it brings up the details of that tariff and handset. If there is a line rental redemption deal available on that particular one, where is states the amount of months free, there is an 'i' and if this is clicked it states how and when the redemption can be claimed. It is also explained in full detail in our terms and conditions, which you are agreeing to when placing the order online, and this is stated on the 'basket summary' page. I do appreciate however, the frustration of queuing to be connected to an advisor, and for this we do apologise, we are experiencing high levels of calls. Whilst your first claim has expired, you are still able to redeem the subsequent claims and your next one is due at the end of June. So you would send your bills for February - June (inclusive) with voucher number 2, and this would need to be with us within 60 days from the date on the June bill. I would also advise sending it recorded delivery as it can then be tracked.

I regret buying with Buymobiles.net

My experience with buymobiles.net hasn't been good. I ordered Samsung galaxy Note 3 and received next day. Great!! But when I opened the box I found that the lens cover on the back was loose. I sent them back the phone the next day as requested by them. It's been 2 weeks by now and I had been calling quite few times and every time someone answers the phone says I will have a look what's going on with your phone and then after a while says to me it will be sent today and you can receive by tomorrow but nothing happens until I ring them again after waiting 2 days and same promises again that the phone will be sent the same day. Still waiting for my phone!!

Beware tech cover scam!

I recently purchased my new phone from buy mobiles, phone and service were all good and I had no complaints. However just over a month later £23.94 left my account to tech cover, when I looked into this I found that it was a 6 month contract I had paid for gadget assistance on my iPhone! I never requested this and will never need it, but when I rang to cancel it I was told that my 30 days had expired (despite never receiving any information on what I had purchased and how to cancel it!) my policy was cancelled but I was tied into a 6 month contract and my £23.94 will not be refunded. I am disgusted with the service I got from the gadget helpline, and also with the underhanded way buy mobiles use small print to con unrealising customers out of extra cash! They claim it is in their terms and conditions, but yet there is no option to opt out of receiving it!! Anyone thinking of buying from buy mobiles should watch out for this and any other scams they are trying at the time to bump up extra charges, be prepared to spend your time reading all terms and conditions then making countless calls between the two companies to avoid them stealing your cash like they have in my case

Sorry to hear that you weren't aware of the gadget helpline that comes as standard with any order. When placing an order online, the information for this is situated below the insurance section on the order. If the 'i' button is clicked at the side where it states 'gadgethlepline free - 1 month, it gives a detailed account of what this is and how it can be cancelled down free of charge etc. You should also have received an email from them directly around 48 hours after you received the handset, to which you can reply asking to cancel. If this was not received, I would advise that you call them and explain that you didn't get an email, so weren't fully aware of how to proceed with cancelling the service within the first free month, therefore incurring no costs.

no gift received

I have recived my order today but no free gift with it ( a ps4)my order number is 37315521. in the confirmation email they dident specified that my gift is not on stock or something. I write them on twiter but no respone. I try to contact them on the phone but after 6 min and some money spend i give up. Bad customer service and this is not for me . I see that is a common thing for them to do that. I will never come back to this company again i would not advice any of my friends to colaborate with them.
