What is the point of dealing with this company I've been trying to get £30 cash back for 134 days which is no way instant cash back I was even asked to prove im not a lier by sending a bank statement when I think they have not made any payment the constant bullshit I have injured about getting my cash back its cost me 2 months calling credit plus another 21 minutes at 40p so im now out of pocket even if they do pay up

I bought the iphone 4 of them and they said it would be here in the next day guess what 10 days have past and they keep blaming it all on T mobile even though mobilephonesdirect.net quote it will be delivery which it has not been

After I got my son the nexus 4 that he always wanted he was obviously so happy he has been waiting for this phone for a long time. After he used the phone for about 2 weeks he dropped it on hard concrete floor and the screen cracked and it was not responding to touch. I called buy mobile up they told me to call up the insurance, I did they said they could not cover the damage as my son was under 18 when i'm the one paying for the contract? This really annoyed me. i called buy mobile back they told me there is nothing they could do about it. the cheapest i saw to fix the screen was about £120?
They were cheap and the phone and sim arrived quickly and without issue, as did the vouchers for getting 8 months cash-back. I won't be able to use them to reclaim money yet, so I can't comment on whether that will be as trouble-free as everything so far- I'm currently one month in. I was a little nervous before based on some bad reviews, but for the most part those were idiots complaining about the insurance which is very clearly shown and removable in the shopping basket prior to final checkout.
How on earth could you mistakenly cancel my new T-mobile contract?!! And then, rather than sort it out, tell me that I would have to return my new handset and take out a new contract which was now £100 more expensive, because the deal I had originally had was no longer available !!! Have you not heard of "specific performance"?
Everyone has been very lovely and understanding and you did promise to refund postage costs, but, really, all I want is the phone I ordered on the tariff that I've paid for. Too much to ask?
So can you tell me how my daughter went the carphone warehouse with the documents that you requested passport an bank statement today an got the new galaxy on tmobile with no problems. Yet you ad a problem with the passpot
my father had taken out a contract with this company and his phone developed faults within days of recieving it, phone woudnt charge properly, couldnt recieve mms etc, buymobiles will not accept any responsibility whatsoever to repair the handset without a massive charge to ourselves! claims that the handset is damaged therefore voids warranty although this handset was faulty when purchased!!!. tries at all costs to fob you off sent numerous letters to get this resolved with no compliance at all. had a battle going off with them now will be a year in june and still no signs of resolvement. ive had to buy my father a new phone as he has no phone to use im been told by trading standards to take them to court which i am now going to do. Final letter draughted and about to be sent off to buy mobiles. Then file a claim in the courts! WATCH OUT BUYMOBILES theres a court case comming your way very soon!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID i can not stress enough what a terrible company this is will never ever buy or suggest this company ever again>>>>> ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Phone broken when arrived would not repair. they asked me to lie to my home insurance company and claim off it even though it arrived broken. Was told not able to cancel even though was still in 14 day cool of period. The staff I spoke with told lies would not give me there names very unprofessional. And my 1st bill has come in £7 higher than was advised on the monthly fee. NIGHTMARE COMPANY.
I dealt with the customer services person on the phone was clear courteous and did not try to sell me anything extra. I was not pressured into buying extra chargers covers insurance or anything else. I was told what the product was, asked about my usage and needs and then given a choice with no hidden extras.
The phone arrived next day delivery and I was able to set up and go.
What a great service.
In the past Iif I have had a problem with the phone I had they were helpuful and it was exchanged or repaired

Initial contact seemed fine new phone arrived, couldn't use it as T-mobile stated it was blacklisted due to being stolen. Contacted buymobilephones and there was no sense of urgency to rectify the problem causing me to think they may have scammed me. Arranged for new delivery but only after the weekend had past! Then stayed in all day on the Monday to call them in the afternoon to find out they handmade another mistake and would arrange for the delivery on the Tuesday. On complaining the customer service person didn't want to deal with me and tried to pass me to the original person who made the order! Seemed to take no repnsibilty, a half effort of an apology and no one knew what they were doing. I asked for someone who did know what they were doing to call me, but the only response I got was when I put a negative comment on Facebook and so was emailed stating a manager would call me. This still has not happened and no communication from them other than completing satisfaction surveys!!!
Order Number: 3000229 on 30 March for Samsung Galaxy S4, pre-order upgrade with O2, with verbal confirmation that it would be delivered on release.
Email 15 April, and again on 30 April, reminding me to upgrade!!!!
Several telephone conversations confirming initial delivery date, and when it didn't arrive was told would be here 29 April.
Complaints sent, the replies to which completely ignored the points raised, primarily that O2 had confirmed that any pre-orders received by them before 19 April would be guaranteed a 27 April delivery.
Email today advising, "due to a component error with the handset, Samsung had
delayed the release date" (Who authorises this?)
If only there had been honesty from the outset I would not now be seriously considering redress via official channels (OFCOM and Trading Standards).
The phone has still not been received nor any definite delivery date!!!
My partner and I bought contract mobile phones on a cashback plan through buymobilephones.net in February 2012. The phones arrived in good time and there were no apparent issues. The scheme was 'cashback by redemption' meaning that we had to mail in our statements and a voucher every few months (with increasing regularity) through the 2 year term of the contract. Complicated and fiddly, but at the first claim date we diligently gathered together 6 months of statements and the vouchers and sent our packages off, awaiting a return of £60 each. Imagine our dismay when we heard absolutely nothing. On contacting the company we were asked whether we had used recorded mail. In their small print they 'recommend' using recorded mail and mysteriously, without it, *both* of our packages had gone missing - despite being sent separately, at different times from different post offices. Suspicious, much?? £120 gone as we were now too late to claim again.
So it was with some hesitation that we sent our next lot of statements and vouchers off - by recorded delivery. Mine were returned because I had missed one of the statements. My partner's was paid in full, but when I returned all the correct statements I was only given a part payment - no explanation was ever offered.
Our third batch of statements has been sent and we are awaiting our latest payments. An email confirmation of receipt from them is dated 9/4/13 but on 1/5/13 I am still waiting to see if I am going to actually receive a payment from them, which can take 'up to 56 days.'
I will *never* buy from this company again and have warned everyone - friends and enemies - to steer clear. It is a scam company. They are incredibly dishonest and deceptive. The way that their 'cashback by redemption' scheme is set up is designed to prevent people claiming at every step - the vouchers which, if lost, cannot be replaced, the fact that non-recorded mail goes in the shredder rather than being processed, the fact that they are so picky about which pages of your statements you send ("if in doubt, send the whole bill" - yeah, so I am going to send you my itemised, 16 page bill x 6?! I don't think so!), the fact that they take so long to make a payment so that by the time you realise you haven't been paid, or haven't been paid in full, it is 'past the claim date' and too late to do anything about it.
All in all, a very nasty, dishonest company. Learn from my mistake and find somewhere else to buy your phone - it might look like a bargain but it's just an elaborate scam.

Received my phone today the box had no security seal on it and it was worn in the corners opened it up and the phone looked new so i thought nothing of it as soon as i turned it on after it charging i realised the phone is stuck on the one screen all i can do is turn the phone on and off i know exactly where this phone is going.

The deals they offer on contract phones sound great but are they real? Looking at their offer for S4 I did order one for myself. The order was accepted and I was advised to share bank account statement / passport / Driver licence to verify few things. The next day they revert telling my passport data does not match with Experian credit agency's and I should speak to them. My order was cancelled. I spoke to experian and they said we do not hold any such data. Retailers only refer to us for credit data and my case it was termed as excellent. Took 2 iterations of dialogue between retailer and experian and I could not understand where the issue is. Experian said given your score we do not see any issues in retailer offering the contract phone.
I had also spoken to T-mobile for pre order and tele sales guy when asked to match buymobilephones.net offers said they only let you order but never send out phones at prices listed on their site. They also get your credit worthy data and share elsewhere. You would start getting calls from elsewhere offering a lot of other things.. While i discarded the wise bit of advise from T mobile; I now realize it was all correct. So I am writting out here to fellow buyers not to be tempted with offers this site makes. Make sure your personal data stays safe and not shared with them for unauthorized usage. I decided to discard T-mobile sales guy advise after reading some of the write ups here. I wanted to share my experience which negates most of good write ups here. Please be aware before you deal with them or tempted to order one.

I disagree to makeover response given by company. I never chose which mode I go with for credit check and at no point I did refuse for any online check. My order was accepted following online checks only and then I was advised to share additional details I sent over. As advised by the retailer I spoken to Credit agency and they say information which retailer is looking for is never stored by credit bureau.
This company is completely incompetent, I've had complaint after complaint with them regarding delivery, faulty handsets, poor service payments not being made into my account when I've been informed they would be and just down right lies. They have been of no help at all! Do not use them!!!!!!!!

The phone was easy to order and came the next day which was great as normally when ordering other phones in the past they have taken a lot longer, plus your delivery was free so a big thank you. Ordered the iphone 4s for my daughter, which worked out cheaper than any other deal on other sites plus you didn't have to pay for the phone like on other sites
I chose to get a htc desire x which wasn't available for anything less that £17 a month in carphone warehouse, and wasn't sold in phone4u. Using uswitch, I found a £14 a month O2 deal at buymobilephones.net. My dad ordered the phone on Sunday the 21st. The website said next day delivery but since it was sunday, the phone arrived on tuesday the 23rd in perfect condition along with my o2 sim all ready to use! I was worried about parcelforce as I've read a lot of bad reviews about it, but evn though it took a while for the tracking to be updated, I managed to find out when the phone had arrived at the depot. My desire X is currently charging and I can't wait to play around with it :)
I ordered a phone Friday afternoon, Asuming next day delivery would be available as heavily advertised on the site. Everything went through OK but had no email to confirm the phone had be dispatched, I was hoping to get the phone so I could set it up and get used to it ready for work on Monday. Saturday came and still no word, Wasn't sure whether to expect a delivery or not at this point. I ended up emailing them to ask what was going on and a few hours later received a reply saying that the device I orderd had been discontinued and the order was now void (even though it's still being advertised with various price plans on the website) Giving them the benefit of the doubt I started a new order with a different phone/price plan, again everything went through ok but same story, soon as they had my details communication ended. I now have no idea whether I'm going to receive a phone or not, all I know is they have my bank details and I'm still phoneless and clueless. Not very comforting.

Received the Pro- Smart end of Jan, within a few weeks of it turning itself off and having to unscrew the back cover, lift the battery out then put it straight back in to restart the thing,got a bit fed up so returned it to Data Select who replaced it with another one saying the original was faulty.Had this one almost four weeks, and guess what, it has just turned off for the third time, so I will be ringing Data and yourselves to see who sorts it this time,I wont be paying another £6. odd to post it back, nor will I be accepting the same model again. Can anyone recommend a better option. Not very impressed at all, sorry!
Bought my Lg optimus 4x hd sim free from buyMobilePhones and it was no hastle at all to make the purchace, only trouble i had was i wanted to have it delivered to my parents address where there would be someone home to sign for it due to me working, my first order got rejected as delivery address did not match billing address and had to re-order to my house allthough i wouldnt be home. All other great shopping sites amazon ebay etc let you deliver to alternative addresses.
got a fone & afree laptop add nothing but trouble with the laptop from day 1 they keep telling me it been sorted & the laptop is fine & ive sent it back 3 times now only got in feb 2013 .

This is the second time i have used BuyMobilePhones and once again I cannot fault the service, the speed the order was processed and how easy it was to process my requirements. I would definitely recommend the company to friends and family and would have no hesitation in using them again. Fantastic!
In my first contract, I thought Buymobilephones were great. The service was great and any query was answered promptly. Therefore, when my contract was up for renewal, I stayed with them and got a pretty good deal. This time, my experience was very poor. My new phone didn't appear and my queries were not answered - even 4 months later, I have had no explanation. I had no phone for 5 days and they just weren't interested. It turns out my phone was delivered to a rather reclusive neighbour, but no note was put through my door.
I haven't had any great success with any other queries with them since then and I don't think I will be tempted to renew with them after this contract expires. The Customer Service has simply disappeared - along with my phone!
I ordered screen covers and a phone cover (Terrapin). The phone arrived in time, but not the screen or phone cover! Two emails later, I get a reply saying it is out of stock and will be delivered soon. It is now over a month and there is no sign of the accessories!!
I had to book a day off work to receive delivery and was promised a message within working hours the day before if there was any problem - at 9pm the night before I received a no reply email delaying delivery - by then it was impossible to contact them or change my work arrangement.. Complained the next day and was promised a call back from a supervisor with a view to some sort of redress - this, of course, never happened! So the competitive deal on the phone was wiped out by loss of an extra day's earnings plus the attendant hassle.

Only negative point, they don't deliver on weekends. Ordered on Thursday morning and had to wait till the next Monday.
i got my phone the next day, but they sent me the wrong phone, i read up about returning it but i needed a phone there and then and couldn't wait any longer that's why i went to them, next day delivery and all... but yes i read up about returning it and sounded like a nightmare so just left it! Anyway a few months into having the phone it broke! and when i tried to claim on insurance it was declined because they need proof of purchase where as the proof is of the wrong model phone so am now paying out for 2 years on a contract without a phone, AWFUL!

My first redemption voucher was turned down as they said it was a few days over the time limit. However, it was the Christmas period and I had lots of other things to organise. When I bought my phone, I was unaware that for the next 2 years I would have to remember to send off their silly vouchers (why paper vouchers??? it could surely all be done online with codes etc). They obviously hope that the vouchers will go missing in the post - and they say in the small print that they do not replace them!!
I therefore sent it recorded delivery, which is another extra expense and I will send them Special Delivery next time.
IT IS ALL SO MUCH HASSLE AND JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS THAT IN FUTURE I WILL NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH BuyMobilePhones - WOULD RATHER PAY A BIT EXTRA FOR A SMOOTHER EXPERIENCE. You get what you pay for!! AWFUL FIRM!!! CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!

This is the second time I deal with buymobilephones. I was quite satisfied with both. The first time I had free Lenovo thinkpad laptop with 24month contract and this time I had free Galaxy note 2 with 12months contract. It is just unbelievable. I wouldn't have been able to afford such devices otherwise.
I ordered my phone and then changed my mind and sent it straight back i never even touched the box the guy from parcel force took it straight back, have spoke to your customer service team multiple times and went over this was told each time i would get a email when you received it back and that i would not be charged anything, you have now charged me by Direct Debit (04/04/13) for something i have never had and was assured i would not be charged for i only noticed the charge today (06/04/13) and due to my shifts at work cannot call your company until monday, when i call i sincerely hope this is sorted quickly and i get my money back that you have taken from my account otherwise i will be taking this further as you have had more than enough notice that i never received this product, considering you managed to deliver it in just over 24 hours i think its ridiculous that a month down the line you still claim to not have had this phone returned, i will be telling everyone that i know not to go anywhere near your website, expect a call monday morning.
