Even after being assured on three separate occasions that our free gift would arrive in time for Christmas it didn't and still hasn't. We ordered back in mid November to avoid this very outcome. So no these people are diabolical and not once have they contacted us to apologise. Avoid avoid avoid!!!! If being lied to by customer service, not receiving the goods as per their part of the contract(God help you if you want to cancel your side) and a company that appears incapable of admitting it is wrong is what you are after then by all means sign up now.
