sent me a broken s3

They sent me a broken s3. When I called up I was told there was no exchange service provided by courier so I had to pay for special delivery then wait till they had received the phone before they would send out another if they would replace it at all. Then I would have to wait a month to get the cost of delivery back.

I think this is completely unacceptable but as I need my phone for work I cannot send it back. So I have paid £100 deposit for the contract then paying a grand total of around £700 for the contract for the next two years and all for a phone thats worth no more than £100 with a cracked screen!

If some arrangement cannot be made very soon I shall be contacting my solicitor and taking legal action.

I will not be recommending this company to anyone unless a suitable arrangement is made

    We are sorry that the handset you received was faulty.

    We do refund the cost of the special delivery postage in full once we have verified the fault and replaced the handset.
