You seen it, you wanted, you got it!
Everything is ok with order. Receive it quit fast. Checked it its fine. So im happy.
The only thing can be more flexible on invoice. I bought item which later going abroad, so i do need a proper invoice on company name, vat numbers etc. At moment i received invoice on my name. At moment i need to change.
Apart from that evwrything is ok!

Reliable service
I have purchased an industrial dishwasher from Buzz Supplies with labour and part warranty. The dishwasher is used in a small restaurant on daily basis. When it was broken Buzz Supplies completed the service within 5 working days, as they promised. Since then (a month ago) the machine works without any problem. My only advise is that you when you order spare parts and/or detergents/washing aids make sure you order all of them together as a single parcel, as you save a lot on the p&p.

Great, fast, service
This was a great experience. The product was way cheaper than the closest alternative and arrived real fast. I used it to clean a dishwasher in a volunteer run bar that smelled like a cat died in there. After two washes it smells like fairy farts and roses. I would definitely use this company again.

Order supposed to arrive the next day still haven't got it a week later
I placed an order and specified a delivery address only for my order to be delivered to the billing address which is hundreds of miles away. A full week later and I am still waiting for my delivery.

You could not better your service.
I ordered an item on sunday,i then received a phone call saying the item was not in stock and was offered an immediate refund.I choose an alternative and the difference in cost was refunded the same day and the item was delivered the next day,tuesday.
Whilst i was disappointed the item was out of stock i was so impressed to receive a phone call explaining and apologising on the monday after ordering it on line on the sunday.I think its how a company deals with you when there is a problem shows how good the company is and in this case the it could not be bettered.
It is also worth mentioning that the item i ordered was an inexpensive and i was not spending a fortune.Larry

Staff were helpful. Price was great. After I had an issue with delivery (delivery address defaulting to the billing address) staff were a great help in ensuring that I received my equipment in time for my event. A great experience all in all.

Good product,
The goods arrived earlier as axpected which is brilliant. I was just a bit disappointed because it didn't came with a proper box. So we have to store it in the same packaging box where it was a bit bigger that my husband needs to alter and did some trimming of the box so it will fit snuggly.
But overall product view, it was fantastic!

Promised next day delivery on the phone, failed miserably
I checked on the website via live chat that they would be able to still do next day delivery in time for an office BBQ for 170 people, they said yes. Delivery tracking showed the order didn't get dispatched, so can't blame city link. Resulted in Lukewarm food for our colleagues. Wouldn't recommend as they don't deliver on promises even when asked

Easy to use but a bit slow
Easy to use website, easy to find what you want but you click and wait, only a few seconds but there is a 1,2,3 pause. (I'm using Firefox?)

Not Next Day Delivery
Hi, Ordered on Friday am. received on Wednesday pm.?? Buzz sent an email on Monday to say delivery would be Monday but the chap had tried to deliver (no card left) Stayed in all day Tuesday they did not deliver, finally delivered on Wed in the late afternoon (Citylink)

i ordered my bits be for going home at 1600 they had beed deliverd
by 11 the next day only pretty good i thort only one item missing due to out of stock and was credited

I ordered a 3 tube rotating cereal dispenser from buzz.
The next day delivery that was promised has yet to materialise a week after ordering, as Buzz gave an incomplete & incorrect address to the courier, city link, who in themselves, have been incompetent in misplacing the item and has yet to make my consignment available.
Not too sure if i would use this service again due to the delivery grief i am still experiencing...
other than that, ordering was a simple procedure,as with most websites....

Seamless, quick and efficient service

I placed my order for a next day delivery on Thursday night, hoping to get my orders on Saturday morning.
I called mid day Saturday when nothing had arrived only to be told that nobody does deliveries on Saturday repeatedly. He was cheeky enough to ask me that if I placed an order on Saturday, would I expect delivery on Sunday. I was really disappointed as I needed the stuff on that Saturday, I had to go about on Saturday looking for a shop to buy the stuff. I advised that it should be stated on their website that they do not deliver on Saturdays, which I find absurd as I have had deliveries on Saturdays from other online merchants.

A mistake was made but dealt with incredibly quickly and efficiently
I ordered cake covers and got cake plates by mistake. This was rectified in a very friendly and efficient manner. goods were on my doorstep within 24 hours direct from the supplier.Mistakes happen its how they are put right that matters. Would definitely use again.

Helpful, very efficient, good prices and free delivery, what more could you ask for.
Disaster! Heavy-handed visitor killed the Viva Gaggia - good thing he'd already left when we found out, otherwise there might have been a nasty scene involving hoisting from the nearest lamp-post.
Did a panic search for a replacement and found Buzz.
Order placed and acknowledged 3:30pm on Thursday, sent email 4:30pm asking about delivery and got a reply back first thing Friday saying it would be despatched that day.
New machine arrived Monday morning. Was impressed that they turned this order round so quickly, especially since the price was good and no extra delivery charges.

Great service, prompt delivery, shame no communication regarding stock not available.
I am very happy with the products received and the prompt delivery and packaging. There was not as many teaspoons in stock as I had requested. Buzz catering did an immediate refund for these items, however, I would have preferred to wait until they came in stock again and have them sent when available. This is because they were 2 small packets, and if I reorder, I will have to pay additional delivery on them. As a small business starting out, this makes a difference, a phone call to ask whether I would prefer a refund or to wait until stock was available, would have been appropriate.
