I paid £6 for postage just for a T shirt and it took more than a week to arrive. The site never said it would take a long time and for that much postage you expect a pretty quick delivery. Then for £26 I expect a good T shirt, not some cheap thing that looked like it cost 50p to make. Not only that but it has to be cold washed inside out. That's ridiculous and they forgot to mention it on the site. So how long before I forget that and it gets ruined. I would have sent it back except for the hassle and cost of sending it all the way back to where it came from. I will go back to Amazon in the future.
I ordered (or attempted to order) two canvas bags from Cafepress for my wedding. I paid via PayPal, my order was processed and the money taken out of my account immediately. The next morning I got an email from Cafepress saying that my order had been cancelled and my money refunded. PayPal hasn't received the refund so I called Cafepress only to be informed that refunds can take as long as 30 days, yes an entire month! Seriously this is the end in a long line of bad experiences with them!
PS- if they cared about their customers they could send the design back to me so I could change the offending part (I put an image that while it is open access violates their policy), but no it was just easier to unilaterally cancel an order and lose a customer forever. Glad their business is doing so well that they can afford to lose customers without caring!
I have ordered some very cool coasters and placemats... paying over £120 for 6 of each and shipping.. .coasters arrived today, with very bad quality, from the print (heads cut of on coaster) to the quality, not covering the coaster with lines left on the site... worse the placemat s were not with it... apparently send separately which it says on the receipts, however on the order email from them and tracking from them, it says that all was shipped together..... so I await with breath if I get the placemats and if they are as bad quality as the coasters... I should have read the reviews before, my mistake, as I would never have used them nor will I ever use them again..... lets see how they act towards my complaint email I send to them, and I will most likely return the coasters ( and placemats if they arrive).... if I get my money back, which from the reviews on this site is not likely ... So only advice I can give DO NOT USE THEM
I ordered a T-shirt for my boyfriend for his birthday. I paid 13.00 shipping to ensure it would arrive in time. I received my order 2 days after ordering. I opened to inspect and found 4 dark hard spots at the base of T-shirt. I took photos and emailed to customer service(there is no phone number on the site). I received a quick response to reply to the email with order #, product #, size and color to exchange. I did as instructed. That was 8 days ago and I have not received any further correspondence from the company. I also have not received an undamaged replacement. I am very disappointed!! This was a gift and the birthday it was for has since now past. Not only did I waste 37.99, I then had to spend more money to purchase a new gift on short notice. I will never do business with this company ever again. I would also suggest to anyone else to stear clear of this company

really, there is no better way to HIDE your products than with a cafepress-store.
additionally, shopowners just got practically expropriated by the company. they also made some shady deal with google, thats probably why you just find cafepress-t-shirts when searching.
Dont buy there!
its expensive, obviously crappy service (see reviews) and the designers are also ripped off. there are plenty of other print-services! If you want to appreciate the designers work, buy their design and THEN go to a print shop or an online-service to put it on a product, its nearly as easy as ordering directly and this way you only pay for the designer and the actual work, not for the greedy CEOs of cafepress.
AND DONT OPEN A SHOP THERE, you get more traffic with every own crappy site than on cafepress!
I ordered my products on the 19/12/13, almost 4 weeks later I still haven't received them! Considering the high price of the delivery you'd expect a better service. Emailed them 3 times with no response. Will never use them again!
This was the worst online site I have EVER ordered from. They have terrible customer service. Product came two weeks late. And now I can't even get a refund out of them. I mean they said it processed, but that's all a lie. Don't waste your time or your sanity shopping here. The products I customized looked NOTHING like I ordered. I have emailed them probably over 10 times and can't get an answer to my question. I'm just sick of dealing with them but I have to until they refund me.
My holiday tradition has been to buy pj's for my daughters and now their husbands as well as myself and my husband. Each item I ordered through cafe press truly was a reflection of their personality; unfortunately the quality was horrible. I bought my daughter a Believe t-shirt and her hand went right through it when she went to put it over her head. I bought my son-in-law a BMW shirt which was completely ruined after the first wash. They actually got all of the sizes wrong to boot but it was too late and I ended up giving everyone the wrong size. That wouldn't have been horrible if the items were worth it. $40+ for a set of pj's each person and it's crap. I have ordered from Cafe Press in the past but am officially done. Not worth the expense of disposable items.
I ordered 7 shirts from this company and paid $142. I placed my order on 12/10 and was promised to receive the order between 12/17-12/20 plenty of time for Christmas. When my order came I was so disappointed. I only received 2 shirts correctly. 3 came BLANK and 2 did not come at all. I used this company in the past and was happy. NOT this time! The only thing worse than my incomplete order was the customer service I received after. I called and used their automated response to request a call back 4 times and only received a call back once. I sent multiple emails and they would respond by telling me my order was delivered. When I finally did speak with someone they told me they could refund me for the order I didn't receive or reprocess my order free of charge. FREE of CHARGE??? I already paid he acted like he was doing me this big favor by resending the order I never received! When I said I wanted a full refund and I would return the shirts he said I would have to pay for shipping and handling. And then the phone disconnected. SO I know have to waste more of my time calling back to get a refund! Ridiculous!!!
Having read a lot of negative reviews on this site after placing my order I was very sceptical as to whether I would receive anything! I ordered a printed t-shirt on the 10th December 2013 to be delivered to Northern Ireland. When I arrived at the address on the 21st December my parcel had arrived in perfect condition and was just what I ordered. It has already been worn and washed and is still looking great. Clearly from other reviews some people do have issues with this website however I would definitely recommend cafepress!
This is a joke. I ordered the item on 21.11.2013 and still havent recieved anything. I live in the United KIngdom so I know it will take longer than normal but this is stupid. Emailed customer services, no response. Never again.
I will never order from this company again. I ordered presents for the entire family on Dec. 17th. All of the items were said to be in stock. I paid for express delivery so there would be no possible issues. I paid over $52 for express service. I received and e-mail saying my order would be delivered on Dec. 20. This was the only present that I got for all the members of the family. My gifts never came. At 4:59 on Dec. 24th I got an e-mail from Cafe Press that they were sorry that my order hadn't been delivered yet but they had expedited something on their end and it would be there on the 26th along with giving me a $25 coupon). Needless to say, I had no presents for anyone under the tree from me. I was so hurt that I called on the 26th to say that I wanted my $52 express shipping fee refunded. (I was still going to except the package, but I wanted them to refund my shipping cost since I didn't get it on time) When I spoke to a representative she informed me that my order was still in production and hadn't been shipped. That was totally different that the e-mail that I got at 4:59 Christmas Eve. At that point I simply cancelled the entire order. They can't be trusted to keep their delivery promises. Unbelievable. Just wished I had know that they couldn't deliver prior to Christmas Eve so I could have gotten something for my family. I have never been more disappointed with a company.
Ordered my son's Christmas presents and was told they would arrive on 12/23. On 12/26 I called them and found out that my order is still in production and may ship out on 12/30. Are they serious? Thanks a lot for the embarrassment, now you can keep your stuff. Shame on you and bah humbug!
Ordered on December 2, when the expected date to receive the items came and passed I called, and was told it would be shipping in the next 48 hours (on the 16th), after a few days passed I called again, was told the same thing and upgraded to free express shipping. a few more days passed and still in production I contacted the facebook group and after a few interactions on Facebook, I've been blocked from posting or communicating with them there. Apparently if you can't fix the problem at least try and bury it so other people can't see their flaws. I wonder how many other people they blocked because they can't fulfill their own orders. It is 12/22 and my products are still "In Production", Being in Alaska there is no chance this order will make it before Christmas, and they don't care.
Where do I begin? Lets see.. For starters the website is confusing. You can't empty your cart yourself they have to do it. Try and get a coupon for a free tshirt? You are automatically signed up for a membership? What the hell?! I don't want to spend almost 20 bucks a month on product that won't come! I order a iPhone case first.. I ordered it on the 5th and it's now the 20th and guess what I don't have on my phone? That's right ladies and gentleman my marine corp IPhone case. A iPhone case?! How in the hell does that make sense? Almost 3 weeks for a little piece of friggin plastic? No sir... The next item I ordered was a tablet case for my moms birthday.. So I ordered it a couple days before her birthday and I looked for express packaging for shipping and what wasn't there? The shipping tool just said "confirm order" so I called and asked and the lady was incredibly rude.. I could hardly understand her through her thick Asian accent and she hung up on me when I was trying to get the present here on time.... Now the tablet case isn't going to be here till next month?! What the hell no! Not even! F-that! When I sent them a email today it said I will get a reply back in 5-6 days.... Lets see they don't work weekends and then it's Christmas... So no I won't here back till sometime next month.. This is frigging ridiculous and I'm extremely upset with this lousy company.. My friend bought the same case and a ipad case for himself four days ago and he got them yesterday... Different site same F-Ing product... NEVER AGAIN will I shop at Cafepress.com
They have a .co.uk website but everything is still shipped from america. They took over a week to even dispatch my t-shirt. I ordered it on the 5th of december hoping to get it for christmas, but it hasnt arrived and doesnt even have a working tracking code. Customer services they told me I should expect it by the 30th december. Although they might say they ship from america on the about us page, a lot of people wont see this and when your shopping on the site it looks to be a normal UK site. Buying any product that takes 25 days for delivery without prior warning is unacceptable but at christmas its is just outright bad customer service.
Ordered some xmas gift items from Cafepress, depending on their stated product availability and shipping dates as provided on the site. Unfortunately, the entire order (of which all products were "claimed" to be in stock) was still shown as "In Production" on the date that they said the order would be delivered. Called in, finally got somebody who gave a run-around. Said she would "escalate". When asked what that meant, she said "I'll call and ask the warehouse do their best to try and ship the order as soon as they can". Well, that's sure confident. Not even a promise to get the order delivered within a week of when it was promised. No help whatsoever. Asked for a "supervisor" and was told that "both of them" were "in a meeting". Asked if they would call me back, was told that they would in about 5 minutes. Four hours later, no call. Called back in, now there's a recording saying they can't take calls - or even a voicemail. Hours of support as per their website are until midnight - 7 hours from now. I'm done with them. I've had order issues before with them, but have never had it this bad. So, I want to cancel the order - site says you have to call in. That's helpful - when you can't get through to them. My advice? Stay as far away from Cafépress as you possible can. There's just no good reason to support a company that is simply either unwilling or incapable of providing reasonable service.
These cards arrived with a border that is totally uneven. It measures 1/8 inch on the left and 1/2 inch on the right. The quality of the photo is poor, too, but the fact that it's completely off center makes these cards no more than scrap paper. I have been unable to get a response from customer service and feel that I'm likely out more than $33 for unusable Christmas cards, plus the aggravation of having to find cards at the last minute.
