Complete waste of money

I ordered a self designed clock and encountered three problems:
- the frame was damaged
- the clock face was made of thin paper, was loose and there were gaps between it, the back and the frame
- also the clock did not keep time accurately
I emailed numerous times and did not receive a response.
I called the customer service number in the U.S. (calling from Australia) and could not get through.

Poor Quality

I ordered a hoodie with 8 letter text print and they said to expect 7 days for delivery, but i received it within 3 so was very happy with that.

Where is was let down was when i opened the package and saw the quality of the print. It was terrible. Blury and feels like i could scratch it off so all i can see the hoodie for now is wearing around the house or to go running in at night. Basically where no one sees it. Cant be bothered complaining to them.

I wont be ordering from them again.

sneakers 1 : license plate frames 0

On Boxing day, I ordered both sneakers and licence plate frames. The sneakers showed up a week later from China. My order from Cafepress.ca, the license plate frames are still in transit 2 weeks later. While I was able to track the sneakers, I am unable to track the frames. Phoning Cafepress.ca does no good as they claim the courier's website they use is under construction. Finally, I got a tracking number out of them, and the courier's website apologizes for the inconvenience of missing or unavailable tracking information. Why Cafepress.ca would use such a poor courier service is beyond me. I have e-mailed them about this and still no answer. Even though the site is in Canadian funds, it's all shipped out of the States and you wind up calling the american customer services, where you get to listen to their southern gum chewing accents. First and last time I order from this company.

Strange company - but for custom work quality isn't there.

This is a strange company to deal with - I have never gotten a order correct yet. If I'm ordering something off the shelf they send either the wrong size or something else is goofy. They always get it right in the end, but it always takes several tries. Custom orders are even worse. I recently ordered 8 items as samples for a new company and they got 4 out of the eight wrong. I also had five contacts with there customer support team all of which were a start over completely type of call not only that but each one gave me completely different answers of what they would do. Three of these people even argued over the spelling of my own companies name even though half the products were right??? Finally spoke to a supervisor? and they said they would reprint and resend everything that was wrong. Still got calls for two more days from people wanting to help me again with totally wrong answers and no historic information.

Bottom line if you have a lot of time and are not picky about quality and are willing to use or sell poorly printed and crookedly applied logo's they have good prices. If you want to keep your own customers find a local printer and pay a little more. I could not sell or even give away 6 out of 8 items they didn't want them back so I'll use 2 for myself to work in the studio, and the other's well let's just say I now have studio rags with my custom logo!

Looks like a 6 year old made it!

I was excited to find a Navy Nuke t-shirt for my son! When I received the t-shirt, it looked like someone had printed it off their own computer and ironed it on a cheap Hanes t-shirt. It was blurry and fuzzy. I did not have enough time to get this child something else for Christmas. Why don't they screen print their shirts??????

HORRIBLE

I ordered two coffee mugs and two beer steins for Christmas presents. I received the box and only one coffee cup was wrapped in bubble wrap. The rest of the bubble wrap was at the top of the box. Of course the only item still in one piece was that coffee cup.

In addition, the printing was very faded on the coffee mugs, to where they were hardly legible. I wouldn't pay $16 for that. I took pictures; however the customer service said it was not necessary to email them.

I asked for a refund as they were Christmas presents and there is not time to have them reprinted before Christmas and they indicated that it would take 5-8 business days for a refund. Lovely.

I will not buy anything further from CafePress.

Bleary and unreadable

Bought a golf shirt with stenciling "reardon steel" from the movie "atlas shrugged". Shirtm
was inferior quality and the stenciling was bleary. Three small words below the reardon steel words were so bleary they couldn't be read. Sent a note four days ago and still haven't heard back!!! Reardon steel company they are not!!!

Mixed views

A quick return of goods seeing as they are custom printed. Three shirts all scorched around the print and printed off centre as if the apprentice was allowed a try. Complained and received fast response. They said to keep the shirts and have a refund. I decided to wash the shirts and try them on. Probably fair seconds and shirts are good quality otherwise. I may use the company again to have personalised stuff done but am hesitant.
Very nice staff - good quality shirt - good ethics - shame about the printing quality.

I love shopping at cafepress, especially for t-shirts, the selection is awesome and I don't see tons of people running around with the same shirts. The selection is amazing and the customer service is top level. Customer for life. Highly recommend.

I ordered a small, inexpensive item which arrived on time. However, I had misread the description and needed to return it. I followed CafePress instructions to get a returns form and received an email from them - telling me they were sorry I wasn't happy with the product but to feel free to keep it... and they refunded me in full. Thank you CafePress.

Amazing

I ordered a sweatshirt not very long ago. A good price and even though i live in Denmark, there was no tax, only the shipping, wich wasn't really expensive. They wrote that i could expect it comming between the 2nd and the 7th of feb. I got it yesterday - the 24th jan. A very nice surprice!
The quality is nice, but not fantastic. The print seems to be a long lasting one - very nice!

Outstanding Customer Service

I received a duplicate top for a Christmas present I ordered and was charged for it. Within an hour of notifying Cafepress I had received an apology, refund and told to keep the duplicate top.

Not sure I have received customer service to that level before!

Now My ONLY Place for Tees!

Custom T Shirts used to be a pain to get made. No more! CafePress has opened up availability of quality bespoke merchandise to the general public. Never before have I been able to so freely browse designs from, literally, anybody and everybody! No more being stuck with what choice retailers can offer.

The site is very easy to use. The search engine is thorough and fast. Shipping is perhaps the greatest asset with localized currency and absolute shipping costs - it's quick too (considering internation delivery). Frequent offers is a bonus. I go nowhere else for my T shirts these days!

Good Site

Products are a bit overpriced IMO, shipping wasn't horrible. But everything I ordered came fairly quickly and as described. Nothing bad to say about CafePress

Her lige modtaget min bestiiling fra cafepress.com. Det er jo en sjov ide at du selv bestemmer hvorledes dit produkt skal se ud, der er desuden forskellige produkter. Leveringen gik noget hurtigere end forventet. Desuden er det faktisk ret billget. Det tryk jeg har fået på er okay, men har hørt andre der synes at trykket ikke er så godt. Selve tøjet er ikke af top kvalitet, men det er fint til prisen...
