Excellent customer service

Camp Mania, admittedly has a rather untrustworthy name.
But, do not be fooled. I ordered a tent canopy costing over £100 on the 19/06/2012. It arrived this morning (20/062012).
At first I was extremely apprehensive about putting my trust in a rather (to me) unknown company. A quick phone call later and a convinced me, I bit the bullet and placed the order (via the website)
How glad am I.
Item arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and for only a fiver.
Excellent company. Thank you!

Fantastic Tent and Returns Was A Breeze

Bought a tent from Campmania. It was a great tent but I put it up in high winds and it blew down ripping the fabric and bending the poles. I was about to throw it away when I decide to call Campmania to see if they had any suggestions. I was put through to a lady who was very sympathetic to what had happened. She said that if I sent it back, they would inspect it and see if they could get it repaired for me. Long story short, I returned it, they quoted me a very reasonable repair cost, which i agreed and when i got the tent back it was as good as new again. Thanks alot Campmania. I said I would give you a good review for such a fantastic service so here it is!

Great Service

I always get good service from these guys. I have ordered from this company three times now and always I have received exemplary service. I have ordered skiwear, outdoor gear and most recently a family tent. On a couple of occasions I have needed to contact them to check sizing and for general advice. On one occasion I had to wait in a queued call system for a couple of minutes but always when I speak to their operators I find them cheery, professional and very helpful. Role in their rapid often next day delivery and fantastic pricing on everything they sell and I really cannot fault the company, their products or their service.

AVOID all "MANIA" companies

If it ends in "mania.com" walk away...

Worst Customer Service Ever

Promised next day delivery, 3 days later nothing. My son now doesn't have a sleeping bag to take away. So far been waiting for a representative to answer phone for 23 minutes, I was 5th when I phoned, I have been the first person in line for 10 minutes. This company can not be trusted. I was supposed to be able to cancel my order by keying in the reference after the tone, but there was never a tone. If I ran my business like this I would have no customers. Now it has been 30 mins waiting.... As this is the cancellation line they must have some very angry customers wanting to cancel. Waited for over 45 mins and my phone ran out of battery........... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Excellent Service

Ordered a gelert merdian 10 from campmania. As we live in NI i waited to be informed of delivery cost to here. Although I had to contact them, the delivery cost was fairly reasonable considering the weight of the item. I was told that the item would be dispatched the same day and as they provided a next day service we could expect the item in one or two days. As I said we live on Mars..........Sorry, NI.
No company I have ever dealt with provide a next day service to here, Except, Campmania I was delighted my order was delivered 26 hours later. Delighted with the service hooray for Campmania.

Excellent service

Ordered two garden chairs on Thursday evening, had an e-mail mid day on Friday to say the goods had been dispatched. They arrived Monday afternoon.
I've never bought anything from Campmania before but I can't fault them on this occasion.
I don't often leave reviews, but I feel that it's only fair to balance out some of the bad reviews they've been given.

Campmania, totally unreliable

Ordered a Gelert beyond 6, showed that it was in stock, ordered other items as well, recieved email saying gelert 6 was going to follow, rang the customer service waited from position 9 in queue, waited 53 minutes on phone total 1hr and 8 minutes, they said sorry wasn't in stock, they said should have phoned to check availability, said i tried was on phone 40 minutes and then had to pick up children from school, ended up with Gelert 8 but no footprint, Amanda told mre they didn't make a footprint for Gelert but when got back to websiite there it was, i sent an email of complaint, they didn't repsond, i sent another email two later asking for a response, it came within 1 hour, bog standard reply, response worthy of a 8year old, and lied about stating that there was no Gelert 8 footprint, they don't have a head office for complaints they rely on the poor service, this company shouldn't be in business. pass it on use anyone but these.
