I stumbled across Canvas Dezign after looking for a printing company through Bing. My first canvas was beautiful. It arrived within 48 hours and looked perfect! So, I decided to order another...I placed the order early one day and received it the following afternoon.
I had a slight issue once, with the print area being slightly wrong, but I contacted them, received a response within an hour and, after sending a photo showing the problem, I had a visual proof within minutes to have the canvas reprinted. I really couldn't ask for better customer service, thank you Danny.
Canvas Dezign do everything I need - they produce a great quality canvas and deliver it quickly. Thank you!
I have purchased many prints of this company, never had a bad experience at all, have also recommended to family and friends to which they have all had good experiences too. Easy to use site, good quality print and speedy delivery.

I ordered 2 Canvases the week before Xmas and was quickly advised upon ordering it would be ready by Friday.
They got the job done quicker than expected and they sent me an email Thursday morning telling me it was ready for collection.
The Canvases were very reasonably priced compared to local and national competitors.
The quality was outstanding and would definately recommend them to family and friends. I will be back for more in the future!!
The person who is in charge of this company has absolutely no customer service skills. My emails were ignored and after receiving a poorly mounted canvas I had to claim for a refund through [Link].
In a separate order I received a canvas that was smaller than the one I had payed for. When I emailed to ask why, I received the following reply:
"Just that the photo fitted better on that size. No other reason."
No partial refund was offered. Not impressed.
On the other hand, the actual printing and delivery was OK. Such a shame the same can't be said about the customer service...
After CanvasDezign repeatedly tried and failed to get my review removed from Trustpilot, I received the following 'intimidating' email:
'We are currently investigating a fake review posted by you or somebody pretending to be you on Trustpilot. Our lawyers will be in touch before the end of May to let you know the outcome of the investigation.
You may also be required to give evidence in writing or possibly in person.
We will be in touch.

My review is legitimate as I have proved to Trustpilot (see 'Verified buyer' under my name) by forwarding order confirmations etc. If only CanvasDezign put as much effort into there customer service as they do into trying to cover up bad reviews.
