Quick order execution and perfect product
When ordering from another country, you have to trust the sender.
Ordering was fine. Delivery was fine. Product was wrapped and sealed - no visible scratches or signs of use. Good.
Only small thing, is that DHL Express would have been preferred over DHL Europaket. But of cause, that must be of the customers cost.

Ich will mein Geld zurück
Habe ein Baseline USB/SD/CD Interface + Kabel Citroen USB/SD/Aux Interface Citroen / Peugeot RD4 Radio bestellt. Das Geld per Vorauskasse bezahlt. Nach einer Woche Wartezeit bekam ich mein Paket. Doch was im Karton war habe ich nicht bestellt, ein Connects2 USB-Interface für Peugeot 207, 307, 407, 607, 807 (Quadlock) - CTAPGUSB011 (70576). Da kann man keine SD-Karte anschliessen und auch keine Audio-Klinke. Ich habe unverzüglich dort angerufen. Die Antwort die ich bekann war sehr ablehnend. Zum Schuss bot man mir den Kaufrücktrit an, den ich gern annahm. Nach zirka 2 Wochen hatte ich mein Geld aber immer noch nicht zurück. So das ich bei der Firma noch einmal anrief. Und da zog es mir den Boden unter den Füßen weg. Behauptet doch die Firma der Artikel wäre schon eingebaut und hätte Gebrauchspuren, noch dazu wären nicht alle Kabel und Bedienungsanleitung im Karton enthalten. Liebe Firma wenn ihr mir so ein Paket liefert , bekommt ihr es genau so auch zurück. Ich will mein Geld zurück!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst support I have experienced in my 12 years of online shopping
I ordered a HTC Desire dock with a cigarette plug charger for my new car 3 months ago.
When I received it there was a problem with the mini USB charger plug, it was inverted as if it was meant to fit a HTC legend.
After contacting caraudio24.de about my problem and shipping the defect charger back to them all my mails have been ignored and I have not heard from them in 2½ months.
I don't expect to hear from them again and all I can say is that I will never shop at caraudio24.de in the future!
Conclusion:
caraudio24.de is a very cheap place to shop, but if they send you the wrong item I recommend that you throw it out instead of returning it to them... It will save you postal expenses and frustration in the long run :)
