I wish I was able to download a lot of material when I want rather than for it to be dished out in piecemeals.
Once one buys the product I should be able to acess it in my home rather than just coming to work.

To access the PDF document click on the policy name, rather than the word document icon. If downloading in PDF is an issue for you, please get in touch with me directly and I will look into the issue for you.
Please also know that as our system is web based you can access it from any computer in the world that has internet access. If your home computer has the internet, you can quickly and easily log into your system to access your customised policies and procedures.

I could not be more delighted with the sytem, I log on practcally every day and have discovered it to be an amazing resource of knowledge, just knowing I can access accurate data quickly and find the answers to questions I have concerning compliance has made such a difference to our business. Having registered with Quality Compliance Systems prior to our registration mid 2011, we found the systems very helpful in enhancing our knowledge and understanding of the new legal framework as well as carefully planning how we would best achieve the very high standards of the quality of services we provide. This made it easy to prepare our application for submission to the Care Quality Commission. The fact that we have electronic, as well as hard file systems provides us with easy and instant access to specific information. Together with weekly compliance reminders and regular updates, these systems provides the template for high quality standards of services and it certainly leaves no room for complacence. Although costly, it certainly relieves the stress of scratching the surface on what to do at any given time in the process. I would recommend it to anyone as long as you can afford it. The only draw back is the limit to the amount of documents we can open in 'word', and the hassle of having to seek permission from QCS to have it increased, although they do not hesitate to do so.

I did not realise how many procedures were required and there is no way I could have done it. Having somoene more qualified to do it left me to concentrate on other issues of importance to enable me to get ready for registration. It might look like a lot of money but its worth it. Updates are so important too, its nice to know I won't have to worry about what's changed and when, I just wait for my updates to come to me. Whoever thought of this is briliant.

This system is a great asset to our home. It keeps you up to date with all changes relating to the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and is invaluable in all administration procedures.

From experience, CQS guide towards registration is very good but beware, it's you who have to put the work in to become compliance with CQC. Also if you are let down in any way in setting up your business, the contract you sign with CQS is binding for twelve months, it's the director of CQS who has the last call?
