Price & Quotation perfect but 24 hr phone line is of no use.

The quotes provided were perfect with immediate call back during working hours. The vest prices provided for cargo services in the market and various options provided. Collection centres make it easier to drop off parcels.
Only bad thing is the 24 hr phone line which keep on queue for long saying it will be answered shortly and then the line reaches a mailbox saying the extension is not available.
The website is properly built up to process transactions hassle free as it comes up with error message at certain times.
Overall serves the main purpose of cargo service perfectly.

Its a bullshit company who has broken most of my stuffs

First of all these people kept us waiting for three days, everyday they use to say we came there but house was closed where as it never the case and on third day they told me that they will coming to my house between 2-3 pm from 1:45 pm to 3:30 pm i kept standing outside my door and nobody turned up and when i called customer care they again told me house was locked, you can imagine how frustrating is this.Then after lot of coordination i somehow managed to send my cargo from UK to India.After my cargo has reached what i see - all my stuff is broken....

I will suggest anybody to use this cargo company as their working really pathetic

The consigned boxes were crushed a little by the courier company.. No damage inside though.. Otherwise overall good experience..

Great and fast service, good pricing too

Called up their center and described the boxes and the delivery location and immediately rates were provided and an explanation of what needs to be done. An itemized list of all items was required and once that was given to them the pick up person showed up the very next day. Delivery was done as promised in really quick time and they even wrapped my cartons in plastic wrap to make it more water proof. Will definitely recommend.

My baking items were delivered in the specified timeframe and in perfect condition! Am happy with the service.

Keep up the good work team

I happen to ship some of my household goods to India but was very skeptical because the pricing was low in comparison with others. I did check with couple of my friends and they too let me down on knowledge of this company. I decided to take the risk of sending my goods to India. The package was picked from my door and delivered right at my doorstep in India with no additional charges apart from the quote. Also the package arrived in perfect condition. Thanks to the team behind this and count me in when I again visit the UK.

Worst delivery company ever

Absolutely the worst delivery service I ever dealt with. The parcel came completely ruined, 4 weeks late.

The other reviews? – absolutely all reviews are left by the first-time reviewers. Furthermore, all reviews are left roughly on the same date. Thus, most likely bought/falsified. There is no way anyone could rate them positively.

The parcel came ruined, with great dents, packaging half-off, covered with yellow paint.

Worst service ever

Sent our cargo to south Africa with cargoforce, with final destination Kimberley, but only made it to Johannesburg. The company made no attemp to contact us and let us know. It was us that had to contact the couriers in south Africa. They let us know Kimberley can't excep imports from overseas. Cargoforce had no idea of this. I paid the full amount 24 hours after receiving the invoice. It is now one month later and we have still not receive our refund. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

Cargo Force is the best!

This company is the best! After a brief phone-call giving me all the information I needed to arrange collection (from our home in the UK), a really nice helpful person arrived within the arranged time-slot & checked our package before it was sealed up & labelled. So much easier - and more reasonably priced than other carriers. Our family in California was delighted to receive their parcel within 36 hours! I wouldn't use any other company for our international parcels, as this service couldn't be bettered.

I was initially sceptical about using them since i did not have enough feedback about them and their sales guy sounded too good to be true. But i am happy after availing their services. The goods arrived in good condition and on time. They even helped me when i needed a copy of the payment receipt after two months of using their service.
