Good quality bags, good price, no catches and a speedy delivery. I can't ask for more.
A straightforward service, no catches no hidden costs and I got a delivery the next day even though I elected standard delivery. The bags are good quality, a decent price, I will use them again.

Slightly dissapointed
I was happy with the ordering and delivering service.
But, the products I received were of a different color from the ones I have ordered, although on the invoice/delivery note the right color is written down.
And it's too late to send them back as I need them.
The only good thing is that the "wrong" color is an acceptable one.

fast efficient service - great price for a fab product
I was recommended Carrier Bag Shop by a friend who had used them for her craft business. I checked out their website and the choice is amazing AND your order is delivered the next day! I managed to get all the bags I needed to open my shop and matching tissue paper - the packaging was important to me and I needed it in a hurry for my opening day - colour matching all the packaging seemed the simplest and most effective way of gift wrapping, and it has really helped me coordinate my branding. Quick, reliable service
It was very easy to place my order and the stuff arrived remarkably quickly. The only thing was that they sent it in two parcels which were delivered by two different couriers so I had to stay in twice in the same day - once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I would rather have had my delivery a day later, but in one parcel.

Bad customer service
Send the wrong products, next day delivery paid for but then won't refund the delivery costs either, customer service doesn't help either

Hi, I found carrier bag shop very helpful with queries I had regarding bag sizes. When doing online search re prices, I found them to be very fairly priced and not putting prices up and marking down at discount like their competitors, and their prices were still cheaper. Bags arrived ontime. They use DPD, who are able to narrow down the delivery timeframe for you to be at home. Will definitely use again and look into having bags printed too.

Less affordable than before
I've always enjoyed great service from Carrier Bag Shop but was dismayed to discover the minimum order for my usual product had doubled, making it much less affordable out of my finanical year's budget.

Fantastic communication via e-mail and telephone. The two members of staff I spoke to were professional, polite and helpful even though there was a problem this end. The carrier bags were of a high standard and we received excellent fast delivery and a very pleasant delivery man.
