i have used this company several times and always found their products great. had a problem with the last cartridges i received and one quick email was all it took to get a replacement really quickly and hassle free.
100% happy with their service and i really couldn't recommend them any higher.

How wrong was I , instant responce from Hilary at customer services who helped steer me in the right direction and resolved my issue, turned out it was my fault anyways but was dealt with in a quality and seemless way

This was the second time I've ordered from The Cartridge People for my Epson Stylus 680 and, as with the first time, I am absolutely delighted with their service. Even though my printer is quite an old one and new cartridges are rare to find, they're always available at The Cartridge People and the prices are lower than I've found elsewhere. Delivery takes about two days tops, and the quality is as good as you'd expect from an original printer manufacturer. Having had bad experiences with other suppliers in the past, I simply wouldn't buy printer products from anyone else.
Having ordered incorrect cartridges for my new printer and informing Cartridgepeople of my error,they forwarded a prepaid label and envelope
to me for return and full credit.I received this and the correct cartridges,which were ordered at the same time, in 2 days.In addition I also returned unused cartridges which had been ordered for my old printer,before breaking down beyond repair,and was also given credit for those.This whole transaction from phone call to refund was completed within 5 working days.Excellent customer service and products.
I purchased a large set of cartridges for my wireless Canon all-in-one printer and unfortunately one of the cartridges was faulty, resulting in the total failure of my printer. The Cartridgepeople apologised and asked if I could take my printer to an independent printer engineer for an inspection. I did this and sure enough the engineer found that the print head had been damaged and had triggered off a fail-safe with-in the printer thus stopping any kind of power getting to it. I sent the engineer report to the Cartridgepeople and after they assessed the report they not only refunded the entire cost of the cartridges that I originally purchased but also sent me a cheque to replace my printer! And all of this done with happy understanding people, who offered fast and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Something that I believe is a rapidly depleting skill.
I'm very happy with the Catridgepeople's attitude to their customers and I shall not only continue to use them for my cartridge requirements but I shall be recommending them to everyone I know who owns a printer.!

I purchased a set of compatible cartridges for my new printer as they only give you enough to start you off. Unfortunately the yellow wasn't accepted and I was sent another to try but this didn't work either. the other colours I replaced were fine so, obviously my printer heads are too sensitive as I purchased an original locally and it was accepted. caroline in Customer Support has been extremely helpful and i would happily recommend this company to others.

I ordered some ink from the cartridge people around 2 weeks ago - and thats how long it took for delivery, they look like good quality but unfortunately I no longer need them due to the fact that I had to go out and buy some more.
I am very pleased with the quality of the cartridges and with the aftercare information and service. Also the price was the lowest that I found. I shall definitely be back and will recommend to my friends.
I bought 4 inkjet printer cartridges from Cartridgepeople, but on installation of the first one my printer refused to accept it. The second one, however, worked fine.
I sent an email to customer services asking, if I sent the faulty cartridge back at my expense, would they replace it. This was Sunday afternoon, so I didn't expect to hear anything for at least a day or two. Within half an hour I had a response!
I was asked to try a possible "fix" for the problem and let them know if it worked. It didn't, unfortunately, but again within minutes I had a reply saying they would send me a replacement and a pre-paid envelope to send the faulty one back. No quibble, no fuss, and I had the replacement in a couple of days. Excellent!
Recently I ordered the wrong cartridges for my model of printer in error, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Customer Services flagged a solution to me. More amazing was the speed with which my refund was processed. Without doubt the best Customer Service I have received from any Company in many a year! If you want ink, these guys and gals are the tops.
I had a bulk order in January - had some problems with the ink but kept using it until today when I emailed the company to advise of the problems. My emails were answered within 10 minutes and I was absolutely delighted with how my queries were handled. No quibbles, no fuss just an immediate solution to my problem - to refund me via prepaid envelopes that they would send in the post. I was and still am amazed at how fantastic their customer service is. I will never buy ink elsewhere now - their loyalty towards me (and I was a new customer) deserves my loyalty back and with that sort of customer service on display, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I received a batch of cartridges with faulty chips on them. As we all know, it's very inconvenient to have no printer when we're so used to having all this technology at our fingertips.
I emailed Cartridgepeople and they were extremely helpful. I emailed them to update them with my progress frequently and each time I got an almost immediate reply.
The faulty cartridges were replaced quickly and the returns were free of charge (prepaid label sent with new cartridges).
The cartridges were spread over two orders and even though I'd only quoted the latest order no. when I realised older cartridges were also faulty, the previous order no. was picked up without me having to trace it.
I ordered a set of cartridges but one of them was faulty. No quibble speedy service to send out a replacement AND a postage paid envelope was sent to return the faulty cartidge. VERY IMPRESSIVE! I would definately use the Cartridge people again for future purchases and would recommend them to anyone.
I purchased some printer cartridges recently from Cartridgepeople, but I had ordered the wrong ones ( had a senior moment ) ! I had to return them and I was very pleased with their customer service. They responded promptly to my e-mails and my refund was made very quickly. Not a lot of companies can be proud of their customer services, but this company can be. I would strongly recommend Cartridgepeople to others.
Very good value alternative make ink cartridges. Okay, so the printer manufactures say that independent make inks are not as good as their own and it's possibly true for high quality critical work, however the alternative inks supplied by the Cartridge People are fine for most applications. Delivery is quick and customer service appears to be generally excellent(never have had cause to use them myself though). They appear to get good reviews generally and I have purchased from them for about ten years without any cause to complain. Would recommend.
I ordered from here as i work for a charity and i try to keep costs down and they definately can't be beaten on price. My ink cartridge arrived after seven days and was faulty. I was quite annoyed at the time but after emailing the customer care team, they responded very quickly and agreed to replace my cartridge straightaway and it arrived within days. I know things can't go right all the time with orders but i believe that the true measure of customer care is how they deal with it when things go wrong, and these guys do it well. I will be recommending this company to the rest of my charity.
This was my first use of a company supplying reduced price ink jet cartridges for my HP Photosmart C6180 All in On Printer. I received 8 cartridges, photopaper and Easter Eggs for less than the price of two HP cartridges.
The package arrived 2 days later but I was a little concerned when the first box out of the package had ink stains on the box. On opening it, the bag inside was full of ink as the cartridge had obviously leaked badly.
My email asking for a replacement was answered immediately by Louise apologising and saying a replacement was being despatched.
Two days later a pristine cartridge was delivered.
I appreciate that problems can occur from time to time but if a company responds as quickly as Cartridge People did then it is not an issue.

Their products are incredible value for money! Received order in good time but one cartridge was missing. Emailed customer services and received a very pleasant reply TWO MINUTES LATER!!! No arguments. Simply agreed to send out missing item and apologised for any inconveneince caused (which was none, as it happens).
It is easy to give a good customer-experience when all goes well but the hallmark of a good organisation is how it deals with things when they go wrong. Ten out of Ten for their customer service!
Have bought HP compatible inks from Cartridgepeople in the past at excellent prices, and was always very happy with the results. Now have a new Epson printer and did a bulk buy again. Ink was very well priced and arrived quickly. I had a problem with one cartridge not working, Customer Services were excellent and replaced it quickly. That deserves 5 stars.
I put my last cartridge into the printer and ordered some replacements. Then I set the printer to do it's job. Out came bright green script. Wow and major problem so emailed the Cartridge people and, guess what, a faster than fast replt with full details of what to do to try and sort the problem. But, if they did not work, a replacement would be forthcoming. Not needed as a quick fix worked straightaway and I could get on with my important work. Thank you sooo much.
I have had a few dea\lings with The Cartridge People over the last year or two, and have had excellent service. Orders received by return, and packed singularly and fit rhrough letterbox!
I have a Lexmark Printer, and the last time I ordered Compatible Inkjets. My printer just wouldn't show how much ink left, and showed empty on another. I emailed Cartridge People, and had a reply by return suggesting I clean the head and gave me full instructions. This I did to no avail. I then had an email advertising the Lexmark inkjets on special offer for one more week. I was able to send the remailning Compatible Lexmark injets back for a refund and reordered the real Lexmark. They had no hesitation in refunding money for returns immediately.
I am most impressed with the speed of service and helpfulness. I will most certainly use the Company again with no hesitation, they are brilliant at Customer Service
I have just received my order from Cartridge people and I cannot be happier. Over recent weeks I have purchased 2 complete sets of EPSON branded cartridges from recommended suppliers and have tryed to get my (much needed) printer to function correctly, results have been totally unsuccessful. Leading me to think that it was a problem with the printer.
Having been a previous customer of Cartridge People I decided to place this order as a last resort due to cheaper costs. I have installed a complete set which has been delivered from yourself today. Without any nozzle checks or any other check I decided to go straight to print and the output was fantastic - no missing lines, dots etc. Colour is perfect. Ordered cartridges for what turned out to be a very choosy Epson printer (on-line search confirmed many others had same problem), black cartridge gave good results until I needed to replace colour as well when everything stopped working, wrote a review to that effect, and next thing I knew Cartridgepeople were ringing to offer me a refund that I hadn't even asked for. Refund processed quickly. They really do read the customer reviews and understand the meaning of "no quibble guarantee". Have been using for many years, cartridges good value, and delivery always prompt, so this was the icing on the cake.
Having paid for my Pack of cartridges which contained 21 inks and a pack of 50 + 15mm + 10mm photo print paper all for £19.99. on the 29 january and the deliver man knocking on my door with the package on the 1 february I think the service is second to none and would therefore highly recommend cartridgepeole to anyone in the world on order to delivery alone. I've been ordering cartridges from these folk for about 2 years - they have always been quick to respond, and offer value for money.
Recently, I ordered replacement cartridges for an HP printer - when the time came to fit them, it threw up error messages. I emailed Cartridge People, and had a reply within an hour - despite this being out of office hours. No quibble replace or refund offered - all dealt with at once. If only the whole country ran like this!
I ordered an ink cartridge from the cartridge people for my new printer, i fitted it on arrival but my printer would accept it saying it was faulty so i emailed customer services and within a few hours i have a reply offering an apology and advice on how to clean the printer/ink cartridge to see if that would help.
I did as they advised but with no progress so they offered to send a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement as i needed ink, so they sent new ink with turned out to have the same problem, again i emailed and within an hour i received another apology and because of their 100% no quibble guarantee the would be more than happy to give a full refund on receipt of the ink cartridges.
TURNED OUT MY PRINTER DIDN'T LIKE INK THAT DIDN'T HAVE HP ON THE LABEL!!!!

I bought some great deals with printer ink, only to find out there was a difficulty in my printer acknowledging it was a new cartledge, not a half full one.
I got some fantastic customer care to solve this in how to clean the sensors. I wasn't aware of this and it was perfectly delivered.
