AAA service
My new compatible Lexmark cartridge was printing a dark green, it should have been black. A replacement was immediately posted out.

Apple Service Standard!
I bought some laser cartridges from Cartridge People, and two of then were not inserting correctly in my printer.
Not only did they respond to my mails quickly, they responded on a Sunday also.
There was no problem, they would refund or replace, and have since arranged to pick the cartridges up.
I have only ever experienced Customer Service this good on a few other occasions, and one of them at Apple.
Many multi-nationals could learn from these guys.......I will be using them again and again after this exceptional service.

Immediate response to e-mail query
I e-mailed Cartridgepeople this morning, as my Dell printer was telling me that the new cartridges I'd inserted were almost empty. They responded almost immediately, advising that this was probably because they were "Dell compatible", rather than genuine Dell, and that I should try them, but if I felt they ran out in an unreasonable time, I should get back to them. In these days of appalling customer service, I felt this was exceptional. This review relates to their service, as I've only just started using teh cartridges, but so far so good. Well done Cartridgepeople!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROMPT CUREOUS AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM DIRECTLY
I purchased from Cartridge people and the ink was brilliant, unfortunately my next order went missing but I got onto them straight away and they dealt with it in such a brilliant manner , I then got sent a new order and when I had an issue with a cartridge they gave me advise and help yet again.
Brilliant service ... beats even M&S.

one of the best for customer service
Their cartridges have served me well for many years and their customer service is excellent. I had a problem which I think was more to do with my printer than the cartridges but even so they responded with advice and offered a refund on the cartridges. The products are superb and terrific value for money. I always recommend them to friend.

Oustanding Customer Service.
This company has always afforded excellent Customer Service.If you do have a problem as I did recently with a faulty cartridge it is quickly resolved with the minimum of fuss.Always answer E mails promptly and if they are unable to sort your problem out,they dispatch replacement items swiftly.Would recommend them to anyone.

Great Deal!
I heard about this company, and thought i would try it ou, i was tempted by the package offers (the set of all inks or more) but i was a bit hesitant, So i just bought 1 cartridge to see how things would go.
To my initial dismay, my printer didn't accept the cartridge and told me to put a 'proper' one in!!! so i emailed Cartridge people and got an apology within minutes with instructions on checking the printer head etc. (which didn't work) so i emailed again.
I instantly got another response saying they have sent me a replacement free of charge with their deepest apologies.
This cartridge arrived and works beautifully.
I will now go ahead and buy the bulk packs, and recommend them too!
Polite staff and sincere apologies (plus dealing with the problem) go a long way. Thank you Cartridgepeople!

Cheap prices but they send random parts. But they do respond
Bought some Jetec inks for my i990 just to try the printer out after not using it for two years.
Total cost for seven inks £16 and they took just over a week to arrive, I emailed them the day before they arrived and they were very responsive and reasonable saying we need to allow 15 days before claiming non delivery. They arrived the next day any way so I was pleased.
I was even more pleased when i tried the inks, not only did my printer still work but the pictures the third party inks printed were the best non canon inks I have seen. very impressed.
I am ordering another set tonight.

I did order them but they sent 5 jettec and 2 other brand inks not good if you want to use for photos. After a few emails they eventually realised i ordered jettec and sent replacements, however one of those was an alternative part. So you cant rely on getting what you order.
Reduced rating accordingly.

great 100% guarantee and customer service
Had a faulty cartridge, cartridgepeople tried their best to give me instructions to try and solve the problem, after that didn't work - were at no hesitation to send me a replacement.

Prompt delivery and nice customer service!

Happy with 29 colour Lexmark Cartridge but not happy with 28 colour Lexmark Cartridge

It didn't work, but does now!
My last letter to The Cartridge People, concerning one cartridge, from my order, that didn't work, is below:-

Many thanks for all your, Houssem and Jordan’s help and advice. It seems I had one rogue cartridge. I was reluctant to try more until I got your go-ahead. You may not have wanted to risk a load of opened packets returned. All the cartridges are now used, or in use. I’m again out of magenta! All of you were most helpful, understanding and professional. This service is really appreciated.
My new order has just been sent, and I’ve already received your acknowledgement of that order. You can’t be any more prompt than that! It’s up to the postman now.
This latest order was sent on Thursday 11/10 at 23.09 and arrived on the morning of Monday 15/11. Even the Royal Mail did a good job!

Customer service quick and second to none
I purchased 2 ink cartridges but found they would not instal. I contacted Cartridge People and their response was rapid and helpful, but alas not successful. They were however just as rapid in refunding my costs and I have now returned the items postage free. Would use them again and recommend them to friends

Fantasmagorical service
I ordered 2 replacement cartridges which unfortunately proved

Very good customer service, and guarantee
Bought 2 ink cartridges from them as they have very low prices. However, the ink ran out far quicker than it should have. I didn't think about returning as it was over 6 months after I'd ordered and had even forgotten who it was with. Once I found out it was CartridgePeople, and that they have a no-quibble guarantee, I emailed them and they sent me 2 new cartridges which work fine and a return envelope, in exchange for the faulty ones at no extra cost. Very impressed with their excellent, friendly customer service and will definitely order from them again.

Excellent customer service
I ordered the wrong cartridges which I didn't realise till I'd unpacked them and installed them, then found my printer wouldn't print. I contacted customer service and they said if I return the cartridges they will refund my money. Very hassle-free, no complications which is very rare nowadays!!!!! They definitely made my day!!!!

poor service when cartridges don't arrive
I have used this company many times and the cartridges have all arrived very quickly. This time however two of the three cartridges I ordered did not arrive within ten working days and are not at the sorting office. I keep being fobbed off with 'wait another few days'

Excellent
Very quick delivery, great customer service, good choice of products and it's easy to find the right cartridges for your printer. Ideally if money is no object we'd all opt for original cartridges, but they are very over-priced and so most of us look for compatibles, I would always avoid the very cheap compatible inks as the quality is noticeable (unless you're just printing text then maybe it doesn't matter), but I find the Peach brand of cartridges very good at a fair price.
