I purchased black and colour cartridges from Cartridge People for my printer and although hardly used the colour one recently stopped working. I contacted Cartridge People and after guiding me through some potential fixes (which didn't work) they offered to replace the item free of charge, and not only that but are sending me an SAE to return the faulty one. You don't get that sort of after sales treatment from every company, in fact about 18 months ago I purchased some remanufactured cartridges from a different company which dried up before I got round to using them and their attitude when I contacted them was "too bad"! I would certainly recommend Cartridge People to anyone.
Never had a problem with any product
Two years ago or so i bought a set of replacement ink cartridges for my Canon Pixma printer, as part of the bundle bonus i received a second set. My printer had been working and printing perfectly without any issues or problems at all. I recently replaced the first set with the second set (i don't print much really) instantly the printer on/off button displayed a flashing orange/green light. No matter what i did i could not get the printer to do anything at all, not even print a test page or do a nozzle or head clean. After taking the cartridges out and making sure they were seated properly and there was paper jam or anything daft i gave up and emailed the cartridge people. I received some instructions regarding cleaning the copper strip etc which didn't apply to my model of printer. Without any hesitation i was offered a full set of replacement set of cartridges. Although the cartridges had never been opened it was still 2 years after i bought them. There was never any doubt that The Cartridge People were going to make sure that i was fully satisfied with the resolution to my issue. The help i received was fast, efficient and extremely satisfactory.
I had a problem with a new cartridge that wasn't being recognised by the printer. I emailed the customer service department and got a prompt reply advising me to clean the copper contacts on the printer cartridge and run the cleaning routine on the printer. The cartridge worked fine after that. I use The Cartridge People as my sole supplier for printer cartridges for home and business, as I have always found them to be competitive with reliable delivery and great customer service.
I ordered three colour cartridges for my HP6510 printer. When I installed them I got the message "valid only for previous models of printer". I didn't know my order number but phoned Cartridge People. No fuss, no bother; they traced my order through my postal code, sent off new cartridges immediately + instructions and pre-paid envelope to return the dud cartridges. Dream service! Couldn't hope for better!
I've been through so many companies that I'd virtually given up. Just had a cartridge today, well boxed and packaged, even had a quality control sticker on it. Guess what, it worked first time, no fuss, no going back to the supplier three times to get one that actually works, this worked first time, would recommend.
I bought 2 colour cartridges from Cartridge People for less than the price of 1 cartridge from my usual supplier, and although I was disappointed because neither of the cartridges worked properly, as soon as I contacted Cartridge People they offered me a full refund or replacements. The replacement cartridges arrived very quickly and worked straight away, and they sent me a pre paid envelope to return the faulty cartridges. A superb after sales service.
I have nothing but praise for this company, I only wrote to them about a faulty cartridge and got a reply immediately, 1 day later a replace was sent. What more could I have asked for. Definitely would recommend them. ( could have had a refund if replacement not wanted)
I needed replacement toners in a hurry. Original manufacturer toners would have been over £400. Instead I got a full set of compatible toners for a quarter of that price. Arrived next day. Very impressed.
Is good customer service on a Sunday exceptional? It is in my experience - and even better, here is a company which will dispatch replacement goods without insisting on incorrectly supplied goods being returned first. I rarely post such comments but in this case it is deserved.
My first by from here was okay. My ink cartridge was burst open on delivery and they wonderfully sent out another quickly. However, as soon as I put the ink cartridges in my printer they said it was running out of ink already and managed to completely run out after 2 prints. Not happy with products but definitely happy with the customer service I received. They were very helpful und understood my needs as a buyer and issued a refund when asked.
I made 2 orders up to now with this company, goods arrived in 2 days of ordering.
I had a problem with one of the cartridge, i email the company they answer straightaway and after explaining the problem they said that have posted to me a replacement of the cartridge.

I agree with the many reviews that mention the unbeatable customer service from this company: they really could not be more helpful. However, if you want the best prices for printer cartridges, don't expect the best quality print results. My first black cartridge would not print reliably even after I followed all the cleaning advice so I asked for a refund. A second black cartridge is working OK. While the quality is fine for everyday domestic printing, the quality on 'Normal' setting on my Dell 968 printer is not as good as Dell original cartridges. For documents where best quality is important, I found printing on 'Photo' (1200dpi) produced a better result, but still not as sharp as Dell original cartridges. Overall I am pleased with the value for money and will continue to use Cartridgepeople safe in the knowledge that my purchases are risk-free and pleased that I no longer am paying Dell rip-off cartridge prices (no wonder they gave me a free replacement printer when my last one broke!).
I would definitely recommend this company as even when I encountered a problem with my cartridge, the customer service was second to none with almost instant messages of advice being sent and when i was unable to resolve the problem, a no quibble replacement was authorised. Excellent

Cheapest cartridges I've found anywhere on the internet and although I've had the occasional problem customer service is amazing and have replaced or refunded without question. No quibble guarantee means just what it says. Highly recommended.

This was the second time I've ordered from The Cartridge People for my Epson Stylus 680 and, as with the first time, I am absolutely delighted with their service. Even though my printer is quite an old one and new cartridges are rare to find, they're always available at The Cartridge People and the prices are lower than I've found elsewhere. Delivery takes about two days tops, and the quality is as good as you'd expect from an original printer manufacturer. Having had bad experiences with other suppliers in the past, I simply wouldn't buy printer products from anyone else.
Having ordered incorrect cartridges for my new printer and informing Cartridgepeople of my error,they forwarded a prepaid label and envelope
to me for return and full credit.I received this and the correct cartridges,which were ordered at the same time, in 2 days.In addition I also returned unused cartridges which had been ordered for my old printer,before breaking down beyond repair,and was also given credit for those.This whole transaction from phone call to refund was completed within 5 working days.Excellent customer service and products.
I purchased a large set of cartridges for my wireless Canon all-in-one printer and unfortunately one of the cartridges was faulty, resulting in the total failure of my printer. The Cartridgepeople apologised and asked if I could take my printer to an independent printer engineer for an inspection. I did this and sure enough the engineer found that the print head had been damaged and had triggered off a fail-safe with-in the printer thus stopping any kind of power getting to it. I sent the engineer report to the Cartridgepeople and after they assessed the report they not only refunded the entire cost of the cartridges that I originally purchased but also sent me a cheque to replace my printer! And all of this done with happy understanding people, who offered fast and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Something that I believe is a rapidly depleting skill.
I'm very happy with the Catridgepeople's attitude to their customers and I shall not only continue to use them for my cartridge requirements but I shall be recommending them to everyone I know who owns a printer.!

I purchased a set of compatible cartridges for my new printer as they only give you enough to start you off. Unfortunately the yellow wasn't accepted and I was sent another to try but this didn't work either. the other colours I replaced were fine so, obviously my printer heads are too sensitive as I purchased an original locally and it was accepted. caroline in Customer Support has been extremely helpful and i would happily recommend this company to others.

I ordered some ink from the cartridge people around 2 weeks ago - and thats how long it took for delivery, they look like good quality but unfortunately I no longer need them due to the fact that I had to go out and buy some more.
I am very pleased with the quality of the cartridges and with the aftercare information and service. Also the price was the lowest that I found. I shall definitely be back and will recommend to my friends.
I bought 4 inkjet printer cartridges from Cartridgepeople, but on installation of the first one my printer refused to accept it. The second one, however, worked fine.
I sent an email to customer services asking, if I sent the faulty cartridge back at my expense, would they replace it. This was Sunday afternoon, so I didn't expect to hear anything for at least a day or two. Within half an hour I had a response!
I was asked to try a possible "fix" for the problem and let them know if it worked. It didn't, unfortunately, but again within minutes I had a reply saying they would send me a replacement and a pre-paid envelope to send the faulty one back. No quibble, no fuss, and I had the replacement in a couple of days. Excellent!
Recently I ordered the wrong cartridges for my model of printer in error, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Customer Services flagged a solution to me. More amazing was the speed with which my refund was processed. Without doubt the best Customer Service I have received from any Company in many a year! If you want ink, these guys and gals are the tops.
I had a bulk order in January - had some problems with the ink but kept using it until today when I emailed the company to advise of the problems. My emails were answered within 10 minutes and I was absolutely delighted with how my queries were handled. No quibbles, no fuss just an immediate solution to my problem - to refund me via prepaid envelopes that they would send in the post. I was and still am amazed at how fantastic their customer service is. I will never buy ink elsewhere now - their loyalty towards me (and I was a new customer) deserves my loyalty back and with that sort of customer service on display, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I received a batch of cartridges with faulty chips on them. As we all know, it's very inconvenient to have no printer when we're so used to having all this technology at our fingertips.
I emailed Cartridgepeople and they were extremely helpful. I emailed them to update them with my progress frequently and each time I got an almost immediate reply.
The faulty cartridges were replaced quickly and the returns were free of charge (prepaid label sent with new cartridges).
The cartridges were spread over two orders and even though I'd only quoted the latest order no. when I realised older cartridges were also faulty, the previous order no. was picked up without me having to trace it.
