I've used Cartridge save a couple of times. The first time for third part cartridges - worked OK.
I then ordered more. The first batch didn't work well. I advised CS and they sent out a replacement the same day for next day delivery. The second batch didn't work either, so I bought HP branded. I informed them of the second cartridges not working and again they refunded the same day.
Outstanding customer service, and will definitely use again.
Having had problems with re-manufactured cartridges from other sources I tried Cartridgesave. Delivery next day, print quality a match for Canon original, and cartridge life actually seems a little longer. Just starting on my third cartridge. I'll be back if there are any problems.
Easy to order and find product website. Unbranded cartridge fine, not perfect but not paying brand price. Ordered from a few times, normally last minute run out of ink and next day delivery great. Very happy.
They state that they are the "lowest price guaranteed", but they are not. Wilkinsons sell exactly the same ink for nearly half the price! When I queried this with them, CS said that they are the cheapest on-line and it says so in their T&C's. I said it should state that on the main page when you choose to buy their ink (just add the word "on-line") but they won't - they are deliberately misleading buyers!! I will not buy from them again and have taken my complaint further.
Cartridgesave NOW say "Lowest online price guaranteed", but that is a recent change (May 2013) and only happened because I said I would contact BBC's Watchdog programme about their deliberately misleading statement. I don't know what ink cartridges Gareth Dancer uses, but my printer is a Kodak ESP C310 - I bought a colour and B&W pack from Wilkinsons last week and it cost me £18. Cartridgesave have exactly the same one on their website today at £22.44, and I don't have to wait for delivery!
Always use this company for my printer & Fax supplies. Very easy to find what you want, and the cheaper replacement option if you want that. They even have photo's of the printers so you really can't go wrong. I find deliveries times are always good.
Hi, we ordered some printer ink cartridges at the weekend. We were notified (due to it being weekend) we would receive them on Tuesday 26th June 2012 - and that is when they were delivered. Thanks we will be back again.
Just placed my 2nd order, hope it all goes as well as the first. I was slightly concerned about using non-Dell toner, but all worked fine so far. I didn't even need to select the option on the printer to use non-Dell, it seems to recognise the cartridge as genuine Dell. Only genuine test of a company is when things go wrong, so wait and see before increasing to 5 stars!
Bit of an update, all 4 cartridges in my Dell Laser Printer have now been replaced. One cartridge was damaged in the package - a small, but important pieced of plastic hadn't been attached properly. As I'd ordered it 2 months previously, thought it a bit cheeky to try and return. Bit of superglue and all works fine. I'll be checking on delivery in future, but at these prices, more than happy.
I run a small office and ordered some cartridges from Catridesave last week. This is my second purchased with them and everything seems to work nicely as before and I received a dispatched email on 19.03.2012 for next Monday's delivery.
Things start to get confusing when I have separate emails informing that the cartridges I have ordered is out of stock. I rang up this morning and the lady confirming that it is now out of stock which was not reflecting during the time of purchase. The operator told me that it may be dispatched on coming Friday instead if the stock comes which mean a week Monday's delivery. I then request to be informed if it has been dispatched so that I can make arrangement to ensure that someone is there to receive the items.
Unfortunately, she advise that she won't be able to do that for me there is nothing she can do to help which is not great for my situation. I try to persuade her to help but she kept telling me the system won't know when exactly the stocks will arrive etc and if I would like to cancel the order.
I am disappointed with the services and hope this is not one of those mushroom company which is on the way to administration like many others.
I received the parcel (after three working days when I was told it would be next day delivery) and was mortified to see the ridiculous amount of excess packaging! I ordered one teeny tiny black ink cartridge, which is about 2 inches big. It had to be delivered in a MASSIVE cardboard box, almost a foot squared in size! What a joke. But, having said that, the deals aren't bad.
I found the order process somewhat problematic. I paid via google &. I was told I'd receive a receipt email which I didn't get. On returning to the website I found my order was still in the basket- however the google order page said I had paid! When I phoned cartridge save they said the problem was my Internet(ridiculous). She said no one had ever had this problem before. I politely advised her that this may confuse customers into trying to pay again and the system was not very user friendly.
