Bought a Nintendo ds lite for my daughter when i received the item the box was damaged and the packaging fell apart.
The touchscreen was very unresponsive there where finger prints all over the screen within 2hours of my daughter playing this system the screen froze and went a bright purple colour.
I sent the item back because it was faulty stating that i want a refund but they refused because they said the packaging was damaged.
So i would have to buy new packaging to send to this company in order for me to get a refund on a faulty product or i would have to pay them to send me this FAULTY product back to me.
The manager was rude and unhelpful he basically just wanted me to get off the phone.
My advice is to avoid this company at all costs they will say anything not to give YOUR money back!!
waited over two weeks for my order and when i opened it i found they had sent me the wrong thing. After talking with their hopeless staff they had agreed to collect the package and give me a refund however, after another week no on came to collect it. after wasting me of my time on the phone to them they sent another courier to collect the parcel. the courier came and i thought that was the end but, after two weeks no payments have been received. terrible service, terrible company and avoid at all cost!
I bought a NOKIA LUMIA 800 from you and what can i say other than thank you so much the description was spot on and it arrived super quick . the phone is excellent and looks nearly new the only problem was i didnt know that it needed a micro sim as my old phone was just a normal sim , but it was only a small blip as i phoned orange told them what i wanted and i now have my micro sim and all is brilliant .
Bought a Wii which what I thought was a bargain for 26quid inc. delivery. It could be clearly seen in the picture that the controller had the motion plus built-in, but what I received was the old version of the controller. Plus, in the description they mentioned it comes with Wii Sports which also wasn't there. The console has some bad scratches, but they did mention this in the description, so that's fine. But now I will have to buy a motion plus adapter and the game which both will cost me 18GBP. I wrote to the store I bought (OLD SWAN) requesting either a partial refund or an 18GBP voucher so that I could buy the things that had to arrive with my purchase
Bought a wii bundle which was described as "very good" when it arrived it basically stank and needed a good clean also one of the flaps was broken. Look I'm not complaining too much I wasn't expecting perfection from cash generator and the price was good for what I got plus it had a 3 month warranty and everything works fine. But either give the stuff a scrub or list it as it was, ie acceptable condition.
Two orders placed with them. First order hasnt turned up, no tracking details, store wont provide any tracking info or even confirm dispatch. Second order is en-route with tracking data. Very much a 50/50 experience.
The store that's not got me impressed is Norris Green, in 5hrs and 3 calls they have so far not even looked at my issue. PayPal dispute in progress, so I'm not having a good experience :(
My Galaxy S1 came in good condition except for one melted patch on the bottom right corner of case,as you face it,( quite deep ). It did look in good condition.
Unfortunately after a few days of use my friends started to mention that they were having trouble hearing me clearly and that i sounded muffled . I put this down to signal strength being erratic but no, it had a faulty mouthpiece and it is very annoying.
I bought the phone for £95 give or take a few pence and am now not keen on buying from Cash Generator again because of this. Its a real shame because the last phone i bought was a Nokia 6700 in polished steel and is still a super phone, the Samsung is now in the back of a drawer. It seems that it may be a bit of a raffle in the quality of phone you receive even after Cash Generators phone tests ! I am saddened that i seem to have wasted my £95.....
I bought a PS3 console from the Kensington store in (Liverpool) a week later I was still waiting for delivery I emailed the store but received no response so I phoned and was told I would be called back in 10 minutes but still had no reply 2 hours later.
I contacted Paypal and opened a dispute and within 1 hour I received a refund which is all I wanted in the first place! very poor service from Kensington Cash Generator. the second bad experience was with Norris Green which is also in Liverpool they sent me a PS Vita console that couldnt be reset to download apps and games which made it useless, not sure if these stores are company owned or franchises but I will not use these store again.
I purchased 2 rings from 2 different stores, postage was £5 for each, one was sent by special delivery which I was very happy about and arrived quickly, was also what I expected,the other was sent second class and took ages but wasn't gold as i was expecting but gold plated. Overall I am fairly happy with my experience buying from cash generator

Although the first Samsung tab they dispatched was faulty it was replaced by return of post and some freebie dvds followed as an apology. Great value, speedy service and everything very well packaged.

I bought a se electronics 2200a mic, £101 with postage. Paid with card. Got an email from cash generator the next day saying "unfortunately the item is damaged you have been refunded". Unfortunately I have not been refunded I made this purchase on the 23/03/2013 the cash was aken from my account, however I have been told my refund wont reach my account till 09/042013. I will not be using. Cash generator again.

I ordered a Star Wars Oom-9 model a few weeks ago. It was tricky to come by so I was pretty happy to find it for such a good price, and delivery was very quick. However upon opening it, it appears that the product information provided was incorrect as it was just a normal battle droid model - I'm not too fussed as it really wasn't much different and my boyfriend still loved it, but he does really like Oom-9 in particular which was a slightly different product. All I can really say is that Cash Generator should check that what they're advertising is that exact product since they did specifically say it was the Oom-9 one? Other than that, I was fairly happy.

I came across this by accident as i was checking the details of an item I was bidding for on e-bay. I had never before considered buying from Cash Generators. Once I had decided to buy I found the process really easy and the transaction was simple. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived within 2 days but the carrier could not gain access to deliver so returned it,. Lisa at the Cash Generators store in Blackfen couldn't have been more helpful and when we had worked out over the phone what had happened she immediately re-posted the item letting me know how and it arrived 2 days later. They described the item as immaculate and it is.

I then realised that I didn't need this item so requested that I could return it the store (HUYTON) emailed me back straight away saying thats fine we'll collect Monday etc...
Long story short ... they never collected.. I sent emails enquiring never heard back from them since! Will not be using again

but the phone has arrived and its a bit dirty and grimey, and it reeks of cigarette smoke. I am going to give it a very thorough clean before I use it!

I was looking for a Blackberry curve via a Google search and found one available from Cash Generator (Welling). The mobile was listed as used but in good condition and with charger. Payment was easy as Paypal was accepted. The phone arrived a few days later but with only a USB lead and no charger. The lead was not the correct one for the phone so I contacted the branch to find out what the score was.Apparently the wrong lead had been packaged up and apologies were made and a replacement charger was to be dispatched within a day or two.In the mean time I had to borrow a lead from a friend to charge the phone and had access issues on the phone as in not knowing the last owner's pass key. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and suggested what I should try. This worked perfectly as described.I waited for nearly a week before chasing them up regarding the charger.I spoke to another person who couldn't explain why the other charger had not turned up but assured me that he had a genuine Blackberry charger in the store and would dispatch it asap to me.The charger arrived a few days later....again with totally the wrong lead yet again. Ok service apart from the charger issue as who ever sorted the order out did not check that the correct lead for the handset was available/put in the parcel. To date I have only received the 2nd charger and not the 1st one I was promised, meaning that it was never dispatched as promised when I chased it on the 1st phonecall.
I would not go out of my way to purchase anything online from this store again.
i bought a acer aspire 8920g laptop online from the woolwich branch.it was sold as being in in very good condition.when it arrived it had numerous faults- power connector had a loose wire inside the laptop causing a short,wrong power supply should have been 4.74v they supplied a 3.42v ,no hdd caddys ,cmos battery was dead,and lastly it had a pirate copy of windows 7, on it.i have tried to get a resolution from them but they wont reply to my emails.so am taking it up with trading standards very poor service wont be buying again
The products I recently purchased at this store have been to a really good standard , the products I had purchased were well worth the price due to the fact they work without any faults i.e. my IPad is immaculate performing well above what I expected it to be.
I purchased a laptop that was not even clean let alone working ..the item had obviously not been checked properly for faults so I had to return .
The return process was straight forward and I did receive a full refund so I cannot complain about that ...but I do feel more checks need to be made on technology items to make sure that they are accurately described and at least work
