The loan was very easy to do, but the interest payments are high, so I plan on paying it off early. But other wise it was an easy process and I would use them again !

needed money fast and quick
became a customer of cashnetusa and love them. they are very polite to talk with on the internet, very helpful with questions you may have even after you have gotten your loan. they will get my business again if i ever need them. i have never had any problems at all with them, sending me the money or them taking the payment back out of my account. i was able to extend the loan when needed to without any hassles or problems.

WE NEED MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS LIKE THE ONES AT CASHNETUSA!
I was lost and made a request. A customer service rep came on and saw me through the entire process and even got me the discount I was planning to take. It was like she read my mind! She stayed with me and walked me through the entire process, explaining as we went along. She knew her stuff, this one! If the others are as good as she is, Cashnetusa really has it going on! Not Happy
I am not happy with the fact that my bank information was not updated as i sent in my void check early enough for the information to get updated. Now I am risking the chance of getting charged 2 fees one from the bank and one from these guys.

awesome customer service!
I had used auto-fill and it used an email address I had not had access to in several years. I was able to do live chat with Tamara who was understanding and fixed the issue immediately. She offered a password reset, which I definitely needed, and also gave me the loan info I needed. She waited until I had successfully logged into the site. She has great customer service skills!

Take it from me and you will not go wrong.

One stop online shop
This is the only pay loan i get when i need 911 money. It's a one stop shop. I go online, enter my information, check is in my account the next day. The money then gets taken out of my account without having to worry to go to the bank. It's a great quick i need money now place.

FAST CASH, COURTESY 24 Hr Support. Recommend to all.

I needed cash fast and had forgotten I had previously had a loan with CashNetUSA. I spoke with a person named Terry and had everything all sewn up in a matter of ten minutes. I was in a pinch, found the website and applied ... I was approved in about an hour. I love this place.
I am on a fixed income and the utilities from the winter all came due at the same time. I didn't know what I was going to do until I found the CashNetUSA website. Now, I am able to pay in installments, keep the utilities on and not be in a bind.

Great Service!
I started a chat conversation to inform the representative that I needed an extension regarding my payment date. Tamica was pleasant and very helpful. I informed her that I was changing banks and that I wouldn't have the information right away. I asked for an extension until Friday. Tamica was great! She not only helped me with the extension, she gave me enough time to get the new paperwork to her and have the payment come out as well. I had a wonderful experience chatting with her. She was truly wonderful to chat with.

Very Disappointed with nonacceptance of bank account information
I used to love CashNetUSA. But after a few loans with them, and now them not accepting my bank account information just because it has a prepaid card associated with it, instead of physical checks, it's not easy to love someone who doesn't reward your loyalty as a returning customer. I thought they were the answer to my prayers until this happened.

Cash not bull
We have been using CashNet on and off for several years. They have always been courteous, pleasant and have had great customer service. We have had to change our account once or twice since we started using them, but there have been no hassles. We had one incident where there was a problem, but it was on CashNet and they admitted to their error. We have been pleased with their assistance when we have needed it. Thank you, CashNetUSA!!

I had a question and did an Online Chat
I chatted with Christopher online about a phone call I got that supposedly from Cash Net USA. I was suspicious of the call and wrote down the name of the company they gave and told them that they could contact me Wednesday. I did that in order to check with Cash Net USA and verify the information that the caller gave me. I am so glad I did as Christopher was so nice and explained to me that the call was not from their company. He apologized and asked me if I would fill out a complaint form for them for the Authorities. I said yes. Christopher was so poliet and apologetic about the scam call and if everyone in their Customer Service is like him then they definitely deserve a 5 Star Rating!

Quick Response VERY helpful
I had a question and use "live chat" and found that the representative Tamara was very helpful and took care of my needs in less then 2 minutes.
