Well-organized and good chat help

This payday advance service was faster and easier than brick-and-mortar places that I have used in the recent past. I'm going to use CashNetUSA from now on for several reasons:
1. don't have to burn expensive gas to get to the b-&-m store,
2. no stress of dealign with city traffic and standing in line.

Good enough!

When you need money they are there but other companies accept payment and you can have a loan the very next day. This one you have to wait 2 days and not good if it is on the Friday cause then you have to wait till Tuesday! But it helped, late, but it helped. Online Chat was good too!

Best Case Scenario

Short-term credit is certainly not ideal, but CashNet USA makes it a quick, painless, and discrete process. I like the preferred member status levels, including sginificant discount rates. The discounts help take some of the sting out of it.

The worst service I have seen..

It was very difficult to try to deal with this company. The said I was approved for a loan for 750, they calle dmy employer on Sunday for verification. I have not had such bad service in my life.

What a relief to find this company

I did a quit webchat with a representative named "Epiphany" who was very helpful. They answered all of the questions I had and followed me through the application process.

Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with this service. I very rarely give out 5 stars but Cashnetusa deserves them.

Complete waste of time

No help whatsoever, the chat is a complete helpless, pain the butt when you need help with an existing loan, rude, and certainly lacks customer service for sure. I fell sorry for anyone who reads this after the fact.

This loan was a lifesaver for my family. Rene, was the rep that helped me through the online chat and she was extremely helpful and patient. I think this is a great place for someone who needs money fast. The only negative thing I have to say is they say that you can call someone 24/7 but I tried numerous times and it kept telling me to call back during normal business hours. So I clicked on the chat help and in seconds I was helped. Rene was very knowledgable and answered all my questions quickly. Thank you very much for all your help! :-)
