I( received a call from a autodialer at 8:44am my time. I pressed a button to talk to some one. no one ever came on line. went to their web site and started a online chat. put in my e-mail address and phone number. Chat with Lizeth. No real answers from the chat, looks like I need to do some research on who these people are. I'm starting to feel as though the banks are out to get me. They have a new system of putting through payments before they put deposits through. Once that first payment doesn't clear, the effect snowballs and I am in a mess. Thanks to the patience of Cashnet, I have been able to get the money I need to get back on track. They work with you in every way possible.
I was very pleased with this company all around. The fees are in black and white and available to you before you apply (I researched this...they are the most reasonably priced for these kinds of loans). The application & verification process were very simple. The confirmation of emailed documents came immediately and response for my loan took less than 20 mins once the document was received. The funds were received the very next morning and I was able to do an online chat to pay off my balance. It couldn't have been simpler and the still maintained the verification of my identity nor have I been harassed by them with tons of email solicitations. I also was pleased that they processed applications for next day payments until 9p CST. I thought I had missed it because it was after 7p, but I was pleased to find out that I hadn't. I did not have any bad experience with this loan. Very pleased!

I tried to do an application online and everytime I get the same error message so when I chatted with an representative Tamica's the name she told me I was denied for a loan but I never even told cashnetusa my employment info, how much I earn, or my checking info because as I said before I never could get pass the first part of the app because of the error situation. Anyhow she then replies that we reviewed your information from 2012 thats why you are denied. O.K. first off I never did an application for cashnetusa back in 2012 and secondly why would she base me trying to get a loan today 11/2013 for info supposedly back in 2012 does not make sense right. So when I told her that she told me Your welcome have a nice day. Horrible would not reccomend to any one. I havent even registered my account yet so how can i be denied!
I chatted with a CashNetUSA customer service rep regarding a promo code that wasn't being applied properly on the website, and he monitored my account while I accepted the contract to ensure that the discount would be applied, and it was.
I've been using this company for over a year...and each time they seem to amaze me with their customer service and the way they do business. I've used a hand full of other payday businesses and this is by far the best one out there. They are in no way pushy and very professional. They are not "stalkish" when a payment is late and they don't need to verify information every time you need to take out a loan. Very convenient and so helpful. They are the best at what they do. Keep up the good work. And for those who speak bad about this company...that's all on you! This is a PAYDAY LOAN, not a typical loan so the interest and fees are going to be a little higher. But when you need money right away...I think it worth paying a little more for the convenience.
The process was taken care of as best as it could be. The young lady, Epiphany, worked to update my account but unfortunately, you still are not doing business in the state of PA. I was advised to check back periodically. Maybe next year, who knows, I always liked Cashnet usa. Now, I have to find someone else. Bummer!
