Didn't receive keys

I bought 2 SimCity Limited Editions and never received the keys. I sent them multiple emails about this but received no reply. Many people are having the same problem and complaining on their Facebook page. I have now opened a transaction dispute on PayPal and hopefully I'll get my money back. THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

Get what you pay for

Got BF3 (Russian ED) for 11£ it was not instant delivery despite the advertising saying it was, i got it after 8+ hours but I DID GET IT IN THE END. And it worked fine, but it has made me think twice about using them again.

You pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

Again, 2nd time I tried this site, 2nd time I wasted time.

Almost a day of waiting time, still pending refund.

Mise à part le système de payement à améliorer; je pense notamment à "skrill" et "paypal" pour les revendeurs qui l'utilisent, c'est un excellent site. Quant aux revendeurs, je pense qu'ils pourraient présenter plus de jeux avec toutes les langues car le prix le plus affiché en premier est souvent en anglais / américain mais pas sa propre langue.

Hey there,
i bought a key in this store and it said, that you will become your key directly, i waited 1,5 days until it arrived. After realizing, that this key won't work with an European Steam Game, i contacted the support, and ordered a refund/retoure. Until today im not getting my money back, they also never contacted me for my issue. Poorly Service.. my own mind is, that this shop isn't trustworthy.

Good service, could be somewhat more informative

It's a good company. My order went through and was processed correctly. My only gripe, the only thing that stops me from giving it the full five stars, is that I wasn't informed that the key will take at least 24 hours to arrive. Other than that, they've been an excellent partner in business.

Acceptable but they have some fails...

My transaction was fast, secure and I happy with that but they never sent me the cd key to my email, so I don´t understand why you have to register to buy if they didn´t use my email address to send me the cd key.

Besides, I would like that they have all games I would like to buy so I wouldn´t to go to another store to buy it.

It has been 24 hours, i havent got my DEAD SPACE 3 CD key... they do not reply my emails. I made a huge mistake buying from them...

Good website for cheap games.

This website has a good selection of games and I did not have a problem when I purchased a cd key. The only problem is that I asked a question a few days ago and they have not answer my question yet.

It worked so I'm happy

I was sceptical about using these people especially with many people complaining about their legitimacy but I'm pleased it work. The money went through and 5 mins later I got a key for my game. The key works so that's good. I didn't get an email of the key but I had to login to the account to find it which was annoying.

Apart from that, pleased it went through fine.

Terrible, don't waste your money

I bought Euro Truck Simulator 2 key here, after the update the key didn't work any more, after I contacted SCS Software, they told me the key was not valid, it was generated with a keygen, i tried to contact CDKeyDeals a lot of times, but never got an answer.

Cheap, efficient and totaly safe.

Bon site mais support peu convaincant : il faut se débrouiller tout seul si on a une question...

Super site au niveau des prix, mais j'ai failli écrire un avis très négatif après avoir acheté "Far Cry 3 - Edition Deluxe" et ne trouvant pas mes contenus bonus j'ai contacté le site qui ne m'a jamais répondu... Après avoir avancé dans le jeu, je me suis rendu compte que les bonus étaient intégrés dés le 1er code d'activation sur "Uplay" et que la méthode du site pour les débloquer était caduque... Ceci n'étant indiqué nul part et rien ne m'indiquant la présence de ces contenus, je trouve dommage que personne ne m'ais répondu pour me donner des réponses (contactés via tous les moyens du site au moins 4 fois) et qu'au final j'ai du me débrouiller tout seul...
Mais bref, au final je suis satisfait de mon achat et c'est tout ce qui compte: du coup je me suis pris "Dead Space 3 - Edition limitée" et là aucun problème...

Simple, Clean Transaction

I live in eastern Europe. Sometimes my location rises some difficulties while shopping via net. But my CdKeyDeals worked out smoothly despite it was a sunday morning.
It was a simple, clean transaction as it must have to be.

Never got my key and no response on email

I bought borderlands 2 season pass, it was stated that it was going to be sent instantly. Didn't get it after I paid. One day later they changed my order status to "completed", nowhere on the site can I see my key and neither in my mail. I also got an email that confirmed that I got 170 points for buying the key. I've now waited for an entire week with no response at all on email or skype, just sent a return request but I doubt anything will happen. Don't buy from this site.

Cheap, Efficient, Safe

The page supplies only a few games, but these games come at the cheapest price found online. A number of security measures are put in place to reassure the nervous buyers who often mistrust cd keys vendor. CD KEY DEALS would be my go-to place for games had it not been for their lack of choices. But quality oft comes at a cost to quantity. And I would not have it any other way.

Hacked/stolen CD keys

I recently bought a key for Euro Truck Simulator 2. The website said it was not "steam-ready", but I discovered on the official website of Euro Truck devs that EVERY version of the game was activable on Steam. So when I tried to activate it, I received a nice message saying the key was already registered by another steam user
When I tried to contact the site, I received no answer at every e-mail I sent

Stay away from CDKeyDeals!

When "Euro Truck Simulator 2" was finally added to Steam and I heard it was possible to activate retail keys as well, I immediately went to allkeyshop and found out that CDKeyDeals offered the lowest price, so I went there, signed up and placed my order, paying immediately with PayPal.

The store claimed to have keys in stock, and that the delivery would be instant, however that was not the case. When I still didn't have any mail after several hours, I tried to contact the site multiple times, via their own website, then via the different mail addresses I found. CDKeyDeals didn't react to any of them.

When I looked them up on Twitter, I found their account (@CDKEYDEALS) to be protected, and their Facebook page also had several customers complaining about deals not being fulfilled. I then immediately opened a dispute on PayPal to get my money back, and it took them 2 more days to finally refund me.

As far as I'm concerned, CDKeyDeals is a scam site, even though I got my money back. I will most definitely not buy anything from them again, and I suggest you stay away as well.

Delivery on time, but could be faster

Fast delivery , clear information

Games for cheap- very little tradeoff

Great place to get games for a fraction of the normal cost. Got Borderlands 2 when it first released for $20- price has dropped since to $15. It sometimes takes several hours to actually receive the CD key, but the wait is easily worth it considering the steep discounts.

Not instant delivery - false advertisement - DO NOT RECOMMEND

Order says complete but didn't receive key. Sent email to both sales@cdkeydeals.com and support@cdkeydeals.com and I also left a message on their webpage contact info. Currently awaiting an answer. Will reply here with more info when available.

EDIT: No answer, canceled order, asked for refund and opened a dispute in paypal.
Will update my review once it get resolved.

EDIT#2: Dispute got resolved, got my money back the same day. Not a scam, but definitely not recommendable. I would rather pay a little more to get better customer service and a better key delivery. Good luck to you all !

The Key was delivered within 24hours. I bought the key overnight (gmt).
Didnt expect an immediate response, as it was stated "within 24h".

So, I got what I want, cheap, and in time. 5 Stars.

Very bad experience

So, I bought a Borderlands2 CD Key. I paid with paypal and it said order complete. So I searched my key and I Couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted them, they did not reply. My order went from Complete to Reversed. In the info it says waiting for product. Now the site is in maintenance. Wow.

Fools sent me an email asking me to rate their site, knowing that I can make a Paypal dispute because I have not received my key 24 hours after ordering!
So I pulled over-ONLINE GOLD.DE who sent it to me before purchase confirmation PayPal :-)
I also recommend G2PLAY.NET, which works very well.
For my part CDKEYDEALS is blacklisted!

Great Prices, and more...

In overall the prices in the webpage are really good and its worth what you get for, but in the counterpart they just need to be clear with the info given (i mean, they need to be clear with the customers about how long the key will be delivered after the payment its confirmed), and i least they should answer the emails also, sometimes it made me feeling like a ghost company because there is no answer and the skype contact its not working also

Solid website, provides what you pay for in a moderately timely manner

CD key deals is fairly decent for the price you pay. I purchased BL2 (Borderlands 2) for the cheapest price on the internet I could find, and got my serial key within 5 hours. This time delay I think is due to them needing to photograph and upload a picture of the serial to send to you, which I guess is understandable given the affordability of the games. If you want something instantaneous, go pay full price on steam. Otherwise, CDkeydeals is pretty spot on and I would buy from them again.
