Even when we deleted by mistake one application on my phone, melvin patiently helped us solve the problem, even though the fault was caused because of us and not because the store. I ordered a Samsung focus, easy and fast ordering process. Representative call me back in one business day (a little slow i think). Representative was professional and knew how to answer various questions about the device settings, language and so on. cell phone Arrived by registered mail a week later. The phone works flawlessly they also included warranty cards Definitely recommend this shop to buy in the future.

STOP! Do Not Purchase from cell2get!

STOP! Do NOT for one moment even consider buying from this vendor. Dishonest, sleazy. I bought a new phone - they substituted a lesser version and it has dings on it. I spent extra for 2 day delivery, I got it in 7 days. I went to sites where they had positive reviews - I'm sure they wrote every one of them, including those on this site. Should have checked with the Better Business Bureau, learned a valuable lesson. Will use ebay in the future - they have policies to keep this from happening. DO NOT BUY FROM cell2get!

i received a great service and customer support

i was shopping for a cell phone I chose to buy the iPhone through the store, after i was burned before when i tried to buy a cell phone online, so I was a bit suspicious.
Because of fear, I decided to pick up at the store to see with my own eyes the "goods". I coordinated the arrival phone with Janet and I got to the store. The service I received was professional and courteous, I should mention that I ordered the device (iPhone 5 black) is out of stock, Janet took full responsibility and gave me instead of the same model in white (which cost $50 more ) at no extra cost.
The service I received was courteous, fast and professional and I would definitely return to buy in the store the next time

my phone was out warranty cell2get repaired it for free!!

I purchased from cell2get - iPhone 4s good and fair priced about eight months ago, but without warranty. When the device broke i sent it for repair through the shop. To their credit, the cell phone was repaired in less than a day! They did not charge money for the repair (even though I had no warranty Thank you cell2get you guys are great i will recommend you to everybody. nice and courteous and honest store.

Great Store and very friendly customer service

I called the shop and a guy named Melvin from Sales department answered my called i asked him if have Samsung Galaxy 3 White in stock. they had only the blue in stock but he offered me another %10 off on the blue galaxy s3 i Asked him to keep me one for another hour. i called them back and placed my order service was excellent and great ordering experience they answered all my questions. i received the phone in one day but the package was missing manuals and warranty information i contact cell2get and they send those items the next day (how could a new phone missing manual and warranty cards?) i asked them this questions and they answered that they unpacking the phones out of the box to get them unlocked the phone indeed look brand new and repacked but when i spend so much money for a phone i was expecting to received all in the box. overall i am very happy with this purchase.

It is important for me to write this review, because bad experience with a different online store i bought blackberry cell phone which sold to me as new when i got the phone i discovered it was used and was advertise as new. i found cell2get thru bing search i contact cell2get to make sure they do have the phone in stock sealed in the box because i am buying it as a present customer service assured me the phone they sale is brand new i decided to give them a chance and i am very happy i did i received the phone brand new with case and a car charger

great store great repair service

I'm the world's biggest clutz. i dropped my iphone and i was so upset. i called the guys at cell2get and they offered to fix it for just $20 when apple would have charged 10x that!!!! of course i broke it again a few months later and once again these guys were so helpful and understanding. you're truly the best!! thanks!!

i just got mu htc one x from there. the phone was advertise as unlocked but when i got it it came locked i called customer service and they gave me the unlocking code and help me to setup my phone will recommended to buy from cell2get

Professional and courteous service!

I called the store after checking where the most inexpensive and reliable service. Indeed - Service beyond expectations both at time of purchase and after I purchased the product and had problems with audio, the store manger contact me right away, and was in close contact with me and helped me to get my cell phone working agian.

i got a phone from cell2get and I find out can not insure the phone thru verizon I called the store and explained the problem. Asked to replace another model that verizon will insure. i Was granted and indeed they replaced the cell phone. Efficient service and courteous store. Highly recommend the store. very good

phone came with missing accessories and they send those i am happy

I ordered a device to my father. Phones arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately came without the Warranty paper and operating instructions. My father took two days to understand how the cell phones works.
When I called the store I received a response that this new product arrives. buy said they will send me those accessories that was missing and they send me all the missing accessories and warranty papers overall i happy customer

lies, lies and more lies

"I ordered a phone and requested for overnight shipment. When I called two days later for a status I requested to cancel the order and was told the order had shipped already. The shipping company and tracking information was not correct. I then called the following day and was told the order was indeed cancelled and they were waiting for the package to be turned around. However, four days later a package arrived with a post mark date after the date we cancelled. All the information given by the customer service rep over the course of the three days were all lies. The package never shipped on the date stated and now they have charged up after the fact. The customer rep was extremly unfriendly and in fact found it amusing that he had been lying. DO NOT purchase from Cell2get

A few months ago I purchased a Motorola phone defey plus, the service and the order was fine, as it should. Last week I lost the battery cover. I called and asked for help in purchasing a new cover in less than 24 hours, they got me the cover ... Amazing service and courteous. good warranty on products they help me with my claim

i bought Unlocked HTC Sensation in June 2012. I received fast service and good price.
last month I had to use the warranty, because the problem of WIFI component of the device. Must specify the good work of their laboratory: Just facilities responsibility without asking unnecessary questions! Anyone who wants to buy a handset and be with peace of mind about the warranty, I recommend buying cell2get!

easy to find the phone i was looking for

My wife just ran over my verizon phone about 3 weeks ago. i was so distraught, especially since I just renewed my contract. Did a quick search for phones without contracts and found cell2get. So glad I did. I got the same phone that verizon gave me for practically the same price (with the contract!) cant be happier. I highly recommend this place.

Great Experience

My dad liked this i-mate phone and he's into i-mate phones so i was looking for a new phone and this company actually had it and recommended the JAM instead of the PDAL which is a bit more. I was frustrated until I saw the price with other companies for the JAM and gave it a shot, they promised me a refund if I didnt like the phone....my dad LOVED the phone and it took 4 days to get here, its been like 5 months and 2 of my friends have shopped there and they both said it was what's up and really liked them, customer service was good, they answered all my questions and their recommendation helped alot too

Slimeball company with fake reviews

Liars all the way.

Lied when I called in saying they had the phone in stock and can ship it immediately. Charged me an arm and a leg for 2-day shipment ($45+ for $8 priority mail)

Then did not ship the item (they did not have it).

When I called in, they told me they already shipped.

After waiting another week I file a dispute via credit card company.

A week after that they ship something, I don't open the package and reject it - but they are still trying to charge me.

shipping slow

i ordered my iphone 4s from there shipping was slow and its HARD to get an hold a customer service but phone received as described

best customer service

Needed a couple of phones for my employees, the ones with the
walkie talkies. Really surprised at how much the customer service
Rep knew. I placed my order over the phone and was glad that these guys
were actually in NYC not china which some reviews claim (even checked
the tracking number to be sure.) The phones were brand new and in their
original box and came pretty quick, highly recommended.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I was a bit weary, seeing as I read a lot of reviews that discussed issues about this business but decided to go to give it a shot because of the prices... for the new Apple phone, the 5GS, and turns out that I like this shop, it’s got a nice selection and excellent prices. The customer services is actually pretty awesome and the shipping was so much faster than I expected (seeing all of the reviews about slow shipment) ...I received my phone in three days so I am not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about. That phone that I ordered was for my father and the next one which I'm buying soon will be for me and I am definitely using this company again.

Cell2Get claims “All phones are brand new”. The phone I received from Cell2Get had no original factory packaging. The phone was in a zip-lock bag. The back of the phone was loose in the box. The battery was scratched. There was no instruction book or warranty card. The charger did look new.
When I called Cell2Get he told me that it was a new phone. When I told him it looked like a refurbished phone, he told me it was a new one…an overstock.
I bought from this company because I thought I was going to get a new phone. I could have gotten this phone in this condition elsewhere on the web for a lot less money.
Refund? He changed his mind so many times as to what he would or wouldn’t give me that I didn’t trust him to send me a full refund. At least I have a phone. After 2 weeks, though, the phone is already going bad. The hinge is starting to go bad and one of the numbers is bad.

speedy delivery

Simple and easy. I called after I realized the best price when i search google shopping I immediately realized that the people are pleasant and polite. i decided to visit the new york store location.the shop is full of cell phones and accessories are new and all good. Purchase was quick but not stressful, the box has been opened and I also got a treat and a serious discount on accessories. I just change some iPhone settings and they gave me some explanations and after 10 minutes I was on the way back to the car, happily with a new cell phone.

I found cell2get through Google, in my search for a new mobile phone model Nokia 6120. I tried to buy this phone on other place but the order was cancelled due to out of stock. not have much time left and I need the phone urgently for a gift. When I spoke with several employees cell2get I realized I had a good and reliable place. The device was in stock, unlike others who claim that, no need to wait several days, the price is the cheapest on the market and most importantly an entirely new device comes an original Nokia box with all the warranty information I got the phone and I am very pleased with the service

shipping little slow

I shop here every so often and thankfully it’s all gone without a hitch so far. I think their main business is phones but I mainly get accessories. Like I said so far so good but nothing unusual, one way or the other. I’d say everything’s been okay to good so far. I don’t highly recommend them but I do recommend that all the same. Will update as necessary!

Wow, this store has some serious fans!! But I’m one of the few who don’t get it I guess. I mean it’s an okay company, good at what they do, and I like their prices and selection but that’s about it. So what? Why’s everyone raving about this place??

Someone told me to check out this store and I am so glad I did for all the money I saved.

I have come to rely on this place for great prices. You can’t go wrong with these people. Nobody ever says anything bad about them. Think about that! I like to do my research before I buy and what I have found is that this store gets one hundred percent positive ratings everywhere.
