Excellent service
All the members of staff that I talked to over the duration of ordering my car were extremely friendly and helpful, and able to answer my questions fully and quickly.
I never felt as if I was 'out of the loop' in what was happening. I was always kept informed on what was happening and when.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family and anyone who would listen to me really, and I will happily use them again in the future.

Great Service & Price
The whole process was hassle free, and the service was great, from initial contact to keeping me informed about delivery.

Early days but so far so good!
Used central contacts after being recommended by a friend at work.
From start to finish my main contact was Laura Goodwin was impressed throughout. Laura had the right balance between persistent but not pushy. Knowledgeable and helpful.
Ended up with the right car which we are happy with.
Could have got slightly cheaper with a rival but decided to go with Central because of the friends recommendation and the help from Laura especially. Would recommend both company and individual.

Great customer service, great deal, incredible car
Cannot recommend these guys higher - I dealt with Jason Reynolds and he always took the time to speak to me, answer my questions, and to find me the best available deal.
Ended up with a great Mercedes c class coupe amg sport for under £300 per month including VAT; so look out for the best deals and speak to these guys. If there is a deal to be had, they will get it for you.
Following order they remain in regular contact with you, which many companies fail to do. Once they have your money they continue to care so I will be using these guys from now on for my car leasing, and have referred a number of colleagues and friends.

Central Contract Excellent- Delivery poor
I would recommend central contracts as an agency to use, i have a personal customer service representative, that responds to my emails immediate. Which excels my expectation. The whole journey from inquiry to order was excellent. My only bug was that my vehicle was delivered with 8 miles of petrol left, with the nearest garage 10 miles away. However, very easy to overlook, with the overwhelming good service received.

Central Contracts should be given an award
Dealing with Central Contracts have been an absolute pleasure, from start to finish their services have been pleasant, swift and very professional.
The ease of obtaining my chosen car which arrived on time added to the experience & if awards could be given for car leasing, Central Contracts should definately be given first prize. A special thanks to all involved right from the initial phonecall to Neal Martin right through to Amie Lloyd and Helen Lloyd who kept me informed of developments.

Simply the best.
A very professional company who go the extra mile to ensure you are always kept up to date from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the vehicle, would recomend to any one (business or personal) that is considering contract leasing.

Central are faultless
The patience and professionalism of Central are remarkable. In particular Ed and Amie were very helpful. It took us a while to get to a final decision on a vehicle but nothing was too much trouble.
We now have three vehicles with Central and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant until the contract signed and car arrived; then service went downhill.
I really enjoyed using Central Contracts when arranging the vehicle. They were knowledgeable and really helpful. Communication was perfect and they were not push sales people. I could not fault.
The issue came when the vehicle was delivered. It was filthy dirty on the outside (having been driven over 100 miles in the rain) and messy on the inside on the drivers side (where he had clearly got in and out of the vehicle a couple of times during said journey). I've never taken delivery of a new vehicle like that before. When you have a new car you look forward to it, but when it arrives like this, then it is an anti-climax and real disappointment.
The car mats I had arranged were not delivered and then the wrong ones were sent. So a week with no car mats and children, just really not ideal.
When I called, although the car mat issue was dealt with, the company forwent the opportunity to really make a huge customer service point. If it had been me I would have offered a free clean at next service or something along those lines. I would really have gone out my way to apologise.
Instead they hid behind the "we have no influence, it's an outside contractor not us" mantra. Maybe true, but that is just lazy, unintelligent customer service. I want to see ownership of the issue and some action.
My wife now needs a new car - Up to the vehicle arriving I would have used Central Contracts (even recommending to a friend) but now not so certain.

Unfortunately we really do not have control of the PDI centre, we place our order in good faith and 99% of the time everything clicks into place. In this case, however, mistakes were made. These mistakes have (I understand) been fully rectified.
For my part I have spoken to the member of staff at Central Contracts who organised the replacement mats and who I know to be neither lazy nor unintelligent. On the basis that she ensured that replacement mats were delivered to you as quickly as possible I suggest that she did indeed demonstrate ownership of the situation and take action.
I have also asked the Senior Manager at the PDI centre to investigate matters and he has suggested that, if you would like to have your car valeted at a time to suit you then he will recompense you for your expense.
I know that Laura has contacted you and I hope that you will choose her to supply your wife's car in due course

Best Customer Service Ever!!
I contacted Central Contracts on a recommendation from a friend. Obviously a good friend as Central Contracts did not disappoint in any way. From first contact with Ross who was very knowledgeable, patient and honest to Helen who always responded with the answers I was looking for. The guy who dropped the car off to me was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to others (actually I already have)!

This company delivers on it's promise and keeps you informed at each stage and if there are any points of clarification they get straight back to you.The professionalism shown by this company was the main reason i got my car and for the same budget i actually got a higher spec. car and they did price match with other quotes.The staff are all friendly and helplful and certainly from point of ordering to aftersales service cannot be faulted and also they listen to your needs, questions,criticisms whereas other companies treat you as a number and fob you off if they cannot get a sale. I am very happy with the delivery of my car and exemplary service given by central contracts and would strongly recommend them especially as there are a lot of 'non bonafide' companies out there.

Great experience and smooth transaction

Really friendly, professional & competitive service!
While on the hunt for a new car, i requested Central contracts to provide a quote, which was competitive. Once all the quotes were in, i re-contacted Central and requested they match the best quote, which they were able to do. Hugely happy with there service and support through out the process, and very satisfied that i will be using them for any future business.

Very pleased with Central Contracts
CC handled my car lease very professionally from start to finish. I would use them again and would recommend them to others too. They are very thorough and took great care to help me at every stage of the process.
I have only one tiny quibble and that is that the documentation proved with the vehicle does not seem to detail what the maintenance package actually covers and how one takes advantage of it.

Central Contracts a joy to deal with.
Having decided to lease a car rather than buy I shopped around but so many to choose from. A work colleague had already leased through Central contracts and had raved about them. From start to finish they were friendly, easy to talk to and even though I kept changing my mind they always came back with different quotes very quickly. Finally, having made my choice Central Contracts made life so easy supplying me with the paperwork, date of arrival etc. All I did was sign the forms and send a cheque. My car arrived on time and I am delighted with it. I am demanding as a customer and I really cannot find fault with this company and it's services so feel that my review is justified - A huge thank you to Jason Reynolds, Hannah Baggaley, Amie Lloyd, Rhianne Croft and Ed Rose for making the whole process so easy.

I would've been happier if the car had been delivered on the date agreed at purchase- I waited 2 months after ordering to receive new car and be nicer if received on Friday 1 march
I was impressed with sales man. Customer service after sale agreed was not so good, had to chase to move things forward and disappointed car wasn't delivered on 1 march despite 2 months notice.

I would like to preface my response by saying that all delivery dates given are estimated and are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of Central Contracts.
I have reviewed your file and you ordered your car online on Friday January 4th. Your finance application was then processed and we ordered your car with the factory on Monday January 7th. At this time the estimated delivery date was Friday March 1st. The reason for this was that your car is a CVT model and was built specifically to meet your order. It is not possible to raise finance contracts until the PDI centre has issued a chassis number and registration number for the car and we received this information on Tuesday February 19th. Documents were produced and sent out to you on February 19th. You signed and returned the documents on Monday February 25th. We received the completed documents on Wednesday February 27th. Delivery arrangements were made immediately on receipt of the documents, however, having received them on Wednesday we were not able to arrange delivery for Friday the 1st only two days later (and one of the two busiest days for vehicle deliveries in the year). Consequently, delivery was booked for Wednesday 6th March, the next available delivery date, only three working days later than the original estimated delivery date which had been issued nearly two months previously. I do not know what caused the delay between you receiving the documents and signing and returning them, however, those five days could have meant that we would have been able to meet the original estimated delivery date.
All that said, I hope that you enjoy your Juke and thank you for submitting your review.

Simply the BEST!
