An invoice was not enclosed with the goods!
Company generally has a good service however this time the service was poor as my payments were cancelled by the company so I had to pay again!
Also I didn't recieve an invoice with the order which means I don't have a record pf my payment. The parcel came very quickly.

It might be mainly sporting trophys But choirs get a good deal also.
Having purchased from Challenge trophies before and had a very good service I have again puchased from you again and still got a proffesional top class service and at a reasonable prices While he trophies are mainly for sporting or corperate events
My trophies was was Male Voive Choirs I would like to see challenge trophies advertising that choirs can get presentation trophies Male voice choirs and indeed other choirs travel far and wide and to be able to present a welcome trophies is a good way to get things off to a good start

Mispelled
The 4 trophies I ordered arrived on time. But the "fastest player" award was engraved as "faster". Shame!

Good value good quality and helpful staff
The website is easy to use and has a good range of stock, with prices to suite all budgets. I was very impressed with the quality of the trophies I bought even though they were at the cheaper end. I needed to add to my order and also change the delivery address and Liza could not have been more helpful.
I got what I ordered in good time and was very impressed by the whole service – I will use you again and have recommended to friends

DId what they said - good price
Did what I asked - got 8 prizes engraved and delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Lost one star because I felt website was a bit clunky to use.

Easy ordering and excellent service
Four Spelling Bee trophies with engraving ordered - all delivered within time and worth seeing the smiles on the faces of the children when they received their awards. Excellent service, will certainly use again.

Very pleased with the trophy
Got a cash prize from my Bowls Club for winning a competition but didn't think it'd look so good in the display cabinet as a cup so I spent the prize at Challenge. I shopped around a few sites beforehand to see what was on offer and have been very pleased with my choice - both for the trophy itself and for the service, price and delivery. The engraving is nice and neat too. Challenge said the delivery would be on the 29th - so said, so done! Thank you Challenge.

Great value apart from priority postage
Squash trophies ordered at short notice, delivered on time and everyone was very pleased with the quality.The only downside - which made me think twice about ordering - was the hefty charge for priority posting which was about £12 out of a total cost of £27. Next time I will make sure that enough time is allowed for the items to be sent by normal delivery, which was a reasonable cost.

Excellent Service.
This is the first time that I have used Challenge Trophies but it will not be the last. Their service was first class and they sent me an email to check that all the engraving and writing was as I had ordered before sending the trophy. It arrived a day early and was properly packed and in good condition with everything as I had asked for.

Lived up to my CHALLENGE!

seamless delivery of exact goods required
only issue i had was using secure payment online- did'nt want to accept my password that i had just set up..., but lady took credit card details over the phone to complete the order and allowed me to put it on account so the order went through till i could do payment over phone.
Delivery was said to be in 7 days, 7 days later the good were received as promised...
What more can you ask for .... and a free pen aswell..... quality... will be coming back next year too....

I'm delighted to provide you with feedback online with regards to my recent order for football trophies & medals for my youth soccer side 'Chelsea Rovers' who form one of the 12 teams in the U10s league at Primary Boys Football League (PBFL) based out of Tolworth.
I chose to approach your company, as you have a history of providing awards for our league & as such come highly recommended. I was delghted that you were able to provide PBFL centres for each trophy, along with the ability to etch a .jpeg logo of the league onto the outside of a glass tankard. The end result looked most professional. You provided me with picture samples of the engravings to proofread first and were always willing to accomodate my answers by way of phonecalls. arrived on time - but was a little disppointed with the quality of the plaques
I needed the trophies delivered on the friday before the event I was running. I'd left it a bit late to get things sorted but Challenge Trophies were up to the job and had the 6 items delivered by courier by lunchtime. The small cups were good (with heavy stone bases) but the 'wooden' plaques were a little disappointing - feeling a bit plasticky.
