Excellent service and good quality product, postage a little pricey

Really impressed with quality of product, very reasonably priced and efficient service , only downside was price of postage to Ireland.

Disappointed in the service! :-(

I ordered 2 things on Character.com (28/05/13) one of which was for my daughter and received the parcel fairly quickly (30/05/13).
When I opened the parcel, my daughter's product was the wrong one that was delivered! I thought it was actually me that ordered the wrong item so I checked my confirmation e- mail and it turned out it was Character.com's fault!
I sent it back on 03/06/13 and i'm still waiting for my right product to be delivered! I hope I get it soon because it's my daughter's birthday on the 27th of this month and the product I ordered was a extra pressie and one of her favourite character's!!

I also want to add that with sending back exchanges, and refunds the company should do freepost. It was really annoying in the first place I received the wrong item but to send it off and pay for it too was equally annoying! >:-(

Great Clothing, Great Prices!

I recently brought some pyjamas for my daughter from character, and a gift for a friend's son. The have a great range of stuff, and I was really impressed with the prices (especially sale) and the quality is good too. They were also very very quick to despatch, so arrived within 2 days...fab! :)

Super service - great items!

My son has been invited to a friends birthday party this weekend and all I know about the little boy is that he is mad on Spiderman. So I thought, where better to look for gift ideas that Character.com - just entered Spiderman and the whole range appeared right before my eyes. All reasonably priced with a couple of amazing offers as well. I ordered the item that evening and it arrived two days later in perfect condition. Super speedy delivery - just what I needed - at a reasonable price as well because I hate having to pay postage!!

Speedy service

Really fast service and good value for money, but the sizing seems really strange. The trousers of 5-6 years were massive on my just turned 6 year old so he will just have to wait to grow into them which is a great shame.

Speedy delivery - great price and super product

I ordered a postman pat rucksack for my son as his first nursery bag and have to say I am impressed with how quickly the item arrived and the quality of it.
There are other suppliers of this item on the internet but character.com was cheaper than most others and the postage charge and delivery timescales were both really good - this is why I ordered from them and I was not disappointed.

My son is thrilled with the bag which is just the right size for a nursery bag - nice quality and wipes clean too which is a bonus!

I would definitely recommend :)

I eas able topurchase WWE andAngry Birds Star Wars pyjamas for my 6 year old son at an amazing price when other sites were charging much more. The PJs arrived the next day and were fantastic quality. Funky shorts

I bought these Batman swimming trunks for my son for his forthcoming birthday party. He's having a swimming superhero party and wanted to swim in one of his superhero costumes! Obviously this isn't possible so a friend suggested getting some superhero swimming shorts. I found these online and loved the style and price. Once I'd ordered them, they came really quickly. He hasn't seen them yet but they look the right size. Very pleased and I'm sure he will be too when it comes to his party.

Great service at a great price

Bought Thomas and Percy pyjamas and Thomas dressing gown both age 3 to 4 and my boy loves them. The dressing gown is a good fit but the pyjamas are on the large side. The order was dispatched very quickly and you just can't argue with the price.

Brilliant Speedy service

Character.com fulfilled all of my needs. The items were as they said they were, which came very quickly in the post, in time for a birthday, and being busy, it was quite a deadline to find time to get things done. However the website was easy to use, took a short time to create an account. really happy with this service and continue to use it.

Sort out your Website, it helps to know when an order has been accepted.

I think the problem was a web site glitch because although I was informed that my order hadn't been accepted and to try later the items arrived in two days. However as I wanted them for Christmas and couldn't get the website to accept the order I'd ordered a similar item from Tesco which I now have to return. Would I use them again...Yes now that I know the delivery is very fast but I wasn't actually sure how many of my tries had actually got through so I'm now waiting to see how many more pairs of small pyjamas might arrive.
