Bent over to make my child a happy child
Thank you so much for the excellent service. Never before have I received such a magnificent service from an on-line company. Unfortunately the Royal Mail failed to deliver as specified (through no fault of yours). You responded to emails immediately, refunded monies to bank account and also immediately offered to send out another pair of wellies free of charge! I am pleased to say though that the wellies did turn up next day and they haven't been off her feet since!

Excellent Customer Care
I ordered 3 pairs of pyjama's for christmas presents. One pair was the wrong size, when I phoned to explain the error I was told that the correct size would be posted to me with a returns envelope. This arrived the following day. Excellent customer care and would definatley use them again and would recommend them to friends.

I ordered 5 pairs of pyjamas on a Thursday night and they arrived early Saturday morning. The pyjamas were in perfect condition with tags and were cheaper than other websites I'd looked at and with free posting. Will use again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Skylanders wow

Cracking prices
While I was looking on this website I could have spent a fortune as the prices for the Disney related pyjamas were an excellent price. Cheaper than I had seen anywhere and as my son is into Thomas, Mickey Mouse and Jake and the Pirates I had one of each. I will definitely be using them again as my delivery was with me within 1 working day. That's speedy service. Excellent.

Good service, good price and good quality
It's rare nowadays to get all three of the above from a website! I use review sites a lot but very, very rarely write any myself. However the service I have just received from Character.com has been so excellent, I knew I had to do my bit... I recently ordered a set of kids Disney Cars pj's and two rucksacks. The price was SO reasonable (dare I say cheap?) I was fully expecting them to be either dodgy quality or to be left waiting weeks for them to arrive. I was surprised to be proved wrong on both counts. I have already given the enclosed flyer to a friend and recommended the site to my sister-in-law for future purchases. So a big thanks and well done to Character.com. I shall definitely be back!
