Great items but disappointed by delivery service
Really pleased with the items I ordered. Good price and good quality. Just disappointed with the delivery service as ordered a couple of minutes after the 2pm deadline shown online, paid extra for next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery but the items didn't arrive until 2 days later. When I queried this with Character.com I received an email saying their dispatch cutoff is 1pm - their Delivery Policy on their website states 2pm!? Will use again, just won't trust the delivery policy on the site.

The Best service i have ever experienced.
The quality of the products were good... and the deleivery time was exceptional...I have never ever exeperienecd such a amazing delievery time. I ordered goods in the morning and the stuffs were with me next day noon. Thats too it was free... The clothes were also of the top quality. i am mighty impresssed with Character.com service and would recomend it to everyone...

Fabulous Prices.......Fabulous Quality!!
I highly recommend Character.com..........'Bang on Trend' quality clothing/accessories/toys at 'Bargain basement' prices. I first bought through their ebay shop and when my item arrives at super fast speed they gave me a 10% discount code. I surfed the site and got more bargains!! Fireman Sam A Big Hit
I purchased a Fireman Sam T-shirt for my 20 month old grandson. The shirt was a big success with my little fellow. When the package arrived...right on time I might add...he was so excited. He keep saying "fire truck"..."fire truck" . Then when he finally looked at the entire picture and saw Sam. He started saying hello to Sam. He was wearing his new shirt when I visited him. He kept showing everyone his fire truck shirt.
Prompt Service...Order was exactly what I asked for...delivery was on time in fact one day earlier than scheduled.
I will definitely buy from Character. com again. Highly recommended by this please grandmother (meme).

Fantastic Items For Fantastic Prices
I spotted this site just on a search engine just for some low prices Disney pyjamas and then saw the prices.... I was gob smacked!! I ordered 5 pairs of pyjamas and a night dress for our 3 kids and it only came to £20 with the delivery. That's amazing! Will definitely use again as the items arrived after a couple of days and the quality is fabulous also :-)

I found Character.com through a random internet search and I wasn't sure what the service or the quality of the products would be like - both proved to be excellent. The order arrived very quickly, one item was out of stock but I was informed the next working day. An additional item was in my delivery which I hadn't ordered so I phoned to question it (I was worried I had recieved somebody elses order!) but the really lovely lady explained it was part of a special promotion they were doing! .. basically they were great and I will definitely be ordering again.

Terrific efficient company

Really fast delivery for appropriately packed shoes. Excellent price (almost half of a well know supermarket). Sensible postage costs which helps too.

I ordered 2 pairs of Liverpool short pyjamas for my son's last Thursday lunchtime.
