Excellent service, couldn't find my product anywhere on the web cheaper!
I was going away for the bank holiday weekend and ordered a new tent for the occasion, and having emailed to ask them if it would be possible to arrive before i went away, the staff responded very quickly and to tell me they would be personally ensuring its arrival before i went away. I feel the need to mention two excellent staff members who helped me and they were Amy Jones and Jade Owen. Thank you for going out of your way to ensure my tent arrived well enough in advance to even test drive it in the back garden so we didn't look like novices when we arrived at our camp site! Brilliant service. I have already recommended you to someone who complimented my new purchase after admiring it during our stay. Will definitely look to you for future camping purchases :)

Had to pay to return goods, wouldn't take the risk ordering something again
We ordered a set of drawers and a mirror from the website and thought from the photo that they would be fine. However when they arrived the wood was much darker and didn't match our other furniture at all. When we asked to return the items we were told we would have to pay for the courier to collect them, something we've never had to do with an online company before. We wouldn't take the risk on ordering anything from them again. The items also took an age to be delivered as they were waiting for both item to be dispatched together but we we never told that and just had to wait.

Pleased with cost, service and delivery
I initially found this as a seller on Amazon. I saw that the delivery was cheaper going directly through their own website.
I bought the Nuttery large seed feeder which Charles Direct were the the cheapest that I could find.

Excellent Cabin Bed
The bed is superb, it was easy to assemble, is extremely strong and a very good finish. I would highly recommend it to people who struggle to build anything (like myself).

Brilliant!
Christmas is coming, as we are all aware, and I got my decs out of the attic. Turned on some of the lights to make sure they work - and of course, one string of lights didn't! I thought to myself 'should I even bother looking for new lights?' as I thought prices would have increased dramatically. I went onto this website, and found a 20m string lights, multi-function, multi-coloured, for only £17 - I was astonished! Bought them straight away, and they only took 2 days to arrive! Fantastic website, cheap products, but quality products! Definitely recommend it, and will definitely be going on there again. Only down side is - postage was £5 (they're only based in Powys - 60 mins from my house!) and also, packaging was poor and slightly damaged (but that could be down to the couriers!)
Overall - fantastic website, highly recommended!

Emailed for availability of laser projector light evening of 6 Nov, had call back to advise 1 in stock on afternoon of 7 Nov, projector light arrived mid day 8 Nov. Charlies Direct gave me best service i have ever received, cannot fault them in any way, will certainly deal with them in future.

Chainsaw not in stock but got money back
I ordered and paid for a chainsaw (Makita): they accepted the money and told me 3 days later that it was not in stock. They returned the money the next day so they are trustworthy.

Brill service and delivery

Good Service
I ordered a Simple Human Bin and the wrong product was dispatched. A phone call to Charlies Direct rectified this and the correct one sent out. The only one thing I did not like was having to wait in all day for City Link to deliver. Most delivery companies now take mobile number and give you an hours warning. I would use Charlies Direct again though.

Would not use Charlies Direct ever again
Ordered an item which was shown on website as in stock. Chose them as they were cheapest I could find on internet. They took payment then sent an email saying the item was out of stock. In fact the item was still on the website but now at a higher price.

Prompt delivery
Item arrived within stated timescales. Exactly as described. The bin is being used to store dry dog food. It holds a 10 kg bag of food and once locked our dog is unable to help herself!! Really pleased with this slimline bin.

I needed a replacement patio furniture cover as the 'so called' summer had pretty well destroyed the old one.
