Better value than anyone anywhere on the web and off
I purchased 2 bird feeders from Charlies and saved quite a bit of money. One of my bird feeders was £6.99 saving me £9.00 as the same feeder was £15.99 on another site the other bird feeder was £12.99 saving me £16.90 the same feeder was on another site for £29.89 i kid you not. This is why you should shop nowhere but at Charlies direct for great value and great service.

Excellent and efficient delivery.
Excellent website and ease of ordering. Great descriptions and phtoographs of products. Ordering option whilst checking out had the fantastic opportunity to leave a comment to the delivery company to leave the order with a neighbour or similar, reducing the liklihood of repeat delivery/depot collection.
Would definately use again.

Great Service
Ordered an Outwell Montana 6P tent. It was much cheaper than I had found anywhere else online or in the shops. Delivery was really quick, and I received an e-mail to confirm when delivery would be made and it arrived on time with no problems. Would use again.

Brilliant selection and delivery. Terrible links and e-mail.
The selection procedure and delivery were both brilliant. However, I would have liked to have seen a choice for cheaper delivery on small, light items. Mine would easily have gone by post and the delivery charge in my case was more than the item purchased. The sotware following payment for the prize draw did not perform correctly. This e-mail from you was addressed me with the name of the property next door (the default address)

Good service, great value
Ordered the jumbo size paddling pool to replace previous one attacked successfully by small boy with plastic spike. Good description, speedy despatch, well packaged, great value. Very pleased with service and product (but not with small boy).

Speedy, accurate, great prices

I found it really easy to view products on website as there a good selection of pictures with relevant technical advice. Once we found the product wasn't quite right for our needs, Charlie's offered a complete refund without any question.

Excellent service highly recommended
This is the first time i have ever wrote a review for an item purchased, however due to the first class service i received with this company i definitely would highly recommend them. I purchased a hozelock compact hose 2415 model Item was delivered within 48hrs and was sent a handy email to track exactly what day item was dispatched and to be delivered. This hozelock hose was cheaper than Argos, b&q and any other retailers I could find over the Internet. It arrived so quickly and was very well packaged. Very happy customer with this first class company. Will definitely use again

Cheapest anywhere for a outwell Montana tent.
I spent 2 weeks looking for a outwell Montana 6p tent for our family camping trip to France next year. Charlie's was the cheapest on the Internet by far. Not only that, they had plenty instock. Placed my order and was received next day. Fantastic service with no fuss! Well done!!

5 tier growhouse ordered and arrived within a few days. Excellent price (less than half a local garden centre's price for the same product from the same manufacturer) and with service like that I'd be more than happy to use Charlies Direct again. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Paid for a BBQ that wasn't in stock
I paid for a BBQ. After a week i got the email to rate them here. Sent them an email asking when the bbq will be shipped,got a phone call saying the item was out of stock. So not very good really!

Delivery disaster averted.
CityLink failed to deliver twice, blamed me for not being in, when I was and claimed to have left a card each time, when they did not and could not describe my house/door. Then told me I had to go to their depot to collect.
Charlies customer support were fantastic, CityLink support was a disaster. Charlies took on board the problem and resolved it pretty quickly. I hope Charlies uses another courier in future on this experience I wouldn't touch CityLink with a bargepole, but will go back to Charlies.

Service good, product quality average and damaged.
The items were delivered promptly but, the combination wardrobe had a dented top, a side panel knot broke away, there was a scratch mark on the shelf (not made by me) and there were missing holes for the upper door stops in the top.

Tale care in choosing the size of bean poles
The website gives a picture of 2.4m long poles and offers 2 sizes - 1.2m and 2.4m.
I assumed that the sizes offered were (based on the picture) 2.4m high and either 1.2 or 2.4m wide.
NOT SO - they are are either 1.2m or 2.4m high and both 2.4m wide.
So we bought some of the wrong size.
Either two pictures or a clear statement of 2.4 or 1.2m high would help customers.
Notwithstanding that, delivery was good and the product seems to be fine .

Faultless service.
This was the first time that I have bought via Charlies Direct. The price of the particular item was the cheapest that I could find, the order placing process was quick, and the item arrived the next day.
The item (a BBQ) has a minor fault but Charlies Direct has been very proactive in trying to find a fix - liaising with the manufacturer and updating me as needs be. I am impressed with this after-sales service ethic.
From this initial experience I will be buying via Charlies Direct again.

Fast delivery & very good communication
We bought the "Outback Spectrum 3 Hooded Gas Barbecue with Free Cover and Regulator". We had seen it in a different shop in the sale but when we looked on line we realised we could get it much cheaper at Charlies Direct and it came with a free cover. Our only problem was we needed it by the weekend for our little boys birthday party. I phoned on Wednesday to see if there was any chance of getting it on time. I placed the order online, then confirmed with one of the girls on the phone who was very helpful. She went straight to the warehouse to request it to be posted out that day. It arrived the next day in perfect condition. Very happy with the product & excellent communication & service. Would definitely use again and recommend.

QUICKISH DELIVERY
MY ORDER FOR A GELERT SLEEP POD WAS 1 DAY LATER THAN PROMISED AND WHEN RECEIVED WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED (THE POCKET ATTACHED TO THE FOOT OF THE BAGBWHICH HOLDS THE COVER WHEN OPENED) WAS TORN AT THE JOINT TO THE REST OF THE SLEEP POD i DIDN'T RETURN IT AS DAMAGED AS I NEEDED IT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEKEND AND DID NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR A REPLACEMENT

Top range products, price and speed!!
I am delighted to have used Charles Direct to buy a few household items. I am very happy with their ease of use website and very competitive pricing. The delivery was fast and I was kept informed throughout. Oh being able to pay by Paypal is a great plus too. I would surely to shop from them again and will definitely recommend them to my friends. Very good price
I did a lot of price checking for a Montana 6P tent and this was a great deal. Looking forward to some camping in 2013. City Link delivered a day late but was not an issue.
