I did receive my order but one item was incorrect in that I received carbon for freshwater instead of saltwater. I have had this problem with another firm too and think that training should be given to the people who make up the orders for delivery. It is essential that they realise the difference in the products and how important it is that they select the correct goods. However this was quickly rectified and I did then receive the correct product but had the inconvenience of having to pack and post the other one back.
